西安市专业人才队伍的现状及发展思路

近年来,西安市专业人才队伍有了一定的发展,但人才观念滞后、人才结构失调、人才体制不成熟、人才环境欠佳、人才队伍不稳,制约了队伍的建设.为加快专业人才队伍建设,促进西安社会经济发展,我们应进一步营造重科学、重人才的社会氛围,加强对人才队伍建设的领导管理,建立完善各种激励机制与政策,加大对人才的培养、选拔和使用,改善工作生活环境,搞好人才立法,吸引更多的专业人才投入经济建设主战场.     

A new 3-D Gd–Cu heterometallic polymer [Gd_2Cu_3(bpy)_2-(ip)_6]·6H_2O with a non-interpenetrated α-Po net

A new 3-D porous Gd-Cu heterometallic polymer [Gd2Cu3(bpy)2(ip)6]·6H2O (1) (bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, H2ip = isophthalic acid) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1and displays a 3-D non-interpenetrated α-Po network with 1-D channels filled transversely by the hexa-nuclear chain-like (H2O)6. The EPR and thermal stability of 1 were investigated.     

Numerical Simulation of the Morphology and Moving Velocity for Electrospun Stable Jet

GAMBIT,POLYFLOW and FLUENT POST were used to simulate the morphology and the velocity of electrospun stable jet.Simulation results shows that jet diameter decreases with the increased draw force acted on the stable jet.But too great draw force would lead to thick knots appearing along the jet or stable jet disappearing during electrospinning.There is a linear relationship between the velocity and the moving distance.But the linear relationship does not exist under great draw force.     

掺加降粘剂Sasobit对沥青指标影响的研究

近年来改性沥青在道路工程的大量使用,满足了工作性要求,却在施工过程中产生了大量烟尘等废弃物。而降低拌和温度是较好的办法,于是出现了温拌技术。该文以新疆克拉玛依90#A级沥青为研究对象结合温拌技术,研究掺加不同剂量的Sasobit对沥青的四种组分的影响及由此引起的变化,以确定Sasobit的合理掺量。     

Effects of Electrochemical Treatment on the Superficial Properties of Rayon-based Carbon Fibers

The development of surface acidity on rayon-based carbon fibers during mild electrochemical treatment was investigated. Conductimetric titration was the primary method used to investigate the functionalities on the carbon fiber surface. The acidity on the surface of the untreated carbon fiber was very low, while for the treated fibers, the acidity increased significantly. Moreover, with the treatment extent proceeded, the acidity on the fiber surface also increased. SEM analysis shows electrochemical treatment under intense treatment degree caused considerable etch on the fiber surface. Cavities and grooves can be observed on the surface via the SEM microphotograph. While in a more mild treatment, electrochemical treatment didn't cause great etch on the surface of the fiber.     

程潮铁矿体视化仿真系统地质数据库的建立

通过分析程潮铁矿地质采样数据的特点，结合矿床及其开采设计体视化仿真系统的性能需求，从数据库表结构，表间关系及数据的录入处理等三个方面，描述了矿床地质数据库建立过程，采用ADO相关技术实现了地质数据库管理子系统，实践表明，本系统是合理的、有效的。     

沙田柚种子化学成分的研究

从沙田柚种子中分离出一种柠檬苦素类似物，其结构经元素分析，ＭＳ，ＩＲ，￣１ＨＮＭＲ和￣（１３）ＣＮＭＲ确定为ｎｏｍｉｌｉｎ。     

磁与电气石集合技术的康复理疗作用

随着科学技术的发展，人们生活水平的提高，工作节奏的加快，康复理疗越来越受到人们的重视。传统的康复理疗，往往是运用单一的物理因子作用于人体，其疗效难以令人满意，磁与电气石集合技术的发明集磁场、远红外线、负离子等多种生态物理因子于一体，形成生态能量场．较好地解决了这一理论难题。     

溶胶-乳状液-凝胶法合成掺Al_2O_3的纳米级Y-TZP粉体

以二甲苯为油相 ,氧氯化锆、氯化钇和氯化铝的混合水溶液为水相 ,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯为表面活性剂 ,采用溶胶 -乳状液 -凝胶法合成了掺杂Al2 O3的Y -TZP超细粉末 .通过热重 (TG)、差热 (DTA)、XRD ,分析了由凝胶粉末热解至Y -TZP粉末的转变过程 .用TEM观察了粉末的形貌和分散状态 .探讨了Y -TZP粉末形成和生长过程 .实验表明 ,约在 50 0℃ ,凝胶转变为Y -TZP固溶体 ;在 550℃下焙烧制备的Y -TZP粉末粒径为 8～ 1 0nm ;在 1 1 0 0℃下所得烧结体的相对密度达 96% ;粉末在高温下能保持很高的四方相含量
