Polyacetylenes from the spongePetrosia ficiformis found in dark caves

Summary Several high molecular weight polyacetylenes have been isolated from the spongePetrosia ficiformis found in dark caves. These compounds are related to, but different from, the polyacetylenes isolated from the same sponge living in its usual habitat.This work is a part of the Progetto finalizzato per l'Oceanografia e i Fondi Marini, CNR, Roma.The authors thank Mr G. Effects of ACTH and diabetes on phospholipid metabolism in adrenal mitochondria.

Incorporation of 32P into adrenal mitochondrial phospholipids (PL) incrased in ACTH-treated rats, but it decreased in diabetics, inspite of the fact that these animals showed adrenal overacity. Since diabetics did not show increased 11 beta-hydroxylation. as opposed to ACTH-treated rats, it is suggested that the stimulation of this enzyme activity by exogenous ACTH is related to an increased turnover of PL at the mitochondrial membrane. The process is impaired in diabetics and prevents the stimulation of 11 beta-hydroxylation.     

Changes in ecdysone levels in the spiderPisaura mirabilis nymphs (Araneae,Pisauridae)

Summary RIA of ecdysones are made on nymphal extracts ofPisaura mirabilis during the intermoulting cycle. The hormone level is low during exuviation and the greatest part of the intermoulting period but increases notably before and after ecdysis. The main hormonal peak or pre-ecdysial peak is due to -ecdysone, characterized by combined TLC/RIA.Acknowledgment. We wish to thank Dr M. Hirn for his help during the manipulations and J. 铁纳米线阵列的结构与微观磁性

采用电化学方法制备了平行排列的Fe纳米线阵列。利用透射电镜、X—射线衍射、物性测量系统和穆斯堡尔谱分别对样品的形貌、晶体结构、宏观磁性和微观磁性进行了研究。结果表明样品形状均匀，但沿纳米线方向有晶体织构，且存在着很强的形状各向异性。利用结果，结合计算机模拟，对样品中原子磁矩的分布进行了讨论。     

兰州北山生物结皮中陆生藻种类组成与群落结构

通过对沙井驿、刘家堡、九州台、白塔山、小牛圈沟等样点采集的生物结皮样的培养和鉴定 ,研究了兰州市北山生物结皮中陆生藻种类组成及其群落结构 .结果发现 ,该地陆生藻共计 5 3种 ,其中蓝藻 34种 ,绿藻 7种 ,硅藻10种 ,裸藻 2种 .蓝藻中以丝状种类占优势 (6 5 % ) ,绿藻中仍以球状种类居多 (5 7% ) ,但也有不少丝状个体(43% ) .黄土结皮以非洲席藻为第一优势种 ,石崖表具鞘微鞘藻占绝对优势 ,人工草丛中小球藻最丰富 ;种类数在砾质黄土中最多 (2 3) ,黄粘土中最少 (16 ) .     

二阶色散管理孤子的传输

在准理想的的色散管理系统中建立了非均匀扰动模型，研究了它们对二阶孤子传输的影响。结果表明，扰动导致孤子崩塌。它们影响的大小与周期长度和扰动强度有关，而且它们都存在着最差周期长度和扰动共振现象。     

提高Web信息检索精度的多步策略

Internet的普及和发展 ,使互联网中的信息量与日俱增 ,人们普遍采用搜索引擎进行各种信息检索 ,但效率及精确度偏低 .从用户的角度及检索机制上 ,比较客观地分析了目前造成这种现象的原因 ,并从多方面给出了提高信息检索精度的几种策略 .实验结果表明 ,检索效果有一定的提高     

A novel audio watermarking scheme using multiscale wavelet modulation

A novel audio watermarking scheme to embed robust and inaudible watermarks for the purpose of copyright protection is proposed. The key innovation is to add time-frequency redundancy into watermark signals by multiscale wavelet modulation. In order to maximize the watermarking strength within perceptual constraints, the signals synthesized from different scales are masked using a frequency auditory model, respectively, and then intergrated to form the final watermark signal. The detection structure is built using the redundancy in watermark signals, and the performance is further enhanced by modeling the statistical behaviors of wavelet coefficients as generalized Gaussian distribution. The use of original audio signal is not required in watermark detection. The experimental results show that our approach can achieve not only good transparency but also satisfying robustness to common audio manipulations.
