超启发式DE算法求解零等待发酵工艺调度

为解决具备间歇过程特点的零等待发酵工艺调度过程中易变质的难点,提出了一种超启发式差分算法,并将最小化最大完工时间设置为优化目标。此算法分为2层,高层为改进的自适应差分进化算法,来对低层的启发式操作进行选择排序。而低层组合排序成了新的算法对问题域进行操作,加入模拟退火算法避免陷入局部最优。所提出的方法具有学习的机制,对不同问题具有较强的泛化能力。通过测试算例和实际生产进行算法的比较和求解验证了此算法的有效性,结果表明所提出的算法比传统的启发式算法性能更优。     

多重约束下智慧仓储机器人配置仿真优化研究

针对智慧仓库的仓储机器人配置问题,构建了基于排队论的离散事件仿真模型,在保证系统可靠性和服务强度的前提下,考虑到故障对系统的影响,以距离成本、时间成本、空闲成本和购置成本所构成的总成本最小化为目标,提出了一种基于FlexSim平台的离散事件仿真优化方法。通过分析系统平均队长、订单平均逗留时间等指标,将直观化的系统瓶颈与运行实际数据相结合,求得系统成本最小的配置策略。结合实例,对算例中的智慧仓库机器人配置方案进行求解。结果表明,基于FlexSim平台的离散事件仿真寻优方法,能够求解仓储机器人配置的优化方案,并能保证模型方法的计算效率。     

De Casteljau Algorithm and Degree Elevation of Toric Surface Patches

De Casteljau algorithm and degree elevation of Bézier and NURBS curves/surfaces are two important techniques in computer aided geometric design. This paper presents the de Casteljau algorithm and degree elevation of toric surface patches, which include tensor product and triangular rational Bézier surfaces as special cases. Some representative examples of toric surface patches with common shapes are illustrated to verify these two algorithms. Moreover, the authors also apply the degree elevation of toric surface patches to isogeometric analysis. And two more examples show the effectiveness of proposed method.     

A new DFM flow for sub-100nm standard cells

DFM （Design-For-Manufacturability） method, which aims to improve manufacturability of ICs through specific design considerations, is becoming important nowadays. In particular, standard cells now should be designed by DFM method. This paper reports a new DFM flow for sub-100 nm standard cell design with a group of technologies for process modeling, manufacturability simulation and trial RETs. Based on this flow, a set of DFM-friendly 90nm standard cells were designed.     

Mutations in the RNA exosome component gene EXOSC3 cause pontocerebellar hypoplasia and spinal motor neuron degeneration

RNA exosomes are multi-subunit complexes conserved throughout evolution and are emerging as the major cellular machinery for processing, surveillance and turnover of a diverse spectrum of coding and noncoding RNA substrates essential for viability. By exome sequencing, we discovered recessive mutations in EXOSC3 (encoding exosome component 3) in four siblings with infantile spinal motor neuron disease, cerebellar atrophy, progressive microcephaly and profound global developmental delay, consistent with pontocerebellar hypoplasia type 1 (PCH1; MIM 607596). We identified mutations in EXOSC3 in an additional 8 of 12 families with PCH1. Morpholino knockdown of exosc3 in zebrafish embryos caused embryonic maldevelopment, resulting in small brain size and poor motility, reminiscent of human clinical features, and these defects were largely rescued by co-injection with wild-type but not mutant exosc3 mRNA. These findings represent the first example of an RNA exosome core component gene that is responsible for a human disease and further implicate dysregulation of RNA processing in cerebellar and spinal motor neuron maldevelopment and degeneration.     

超长波天文观测微卫星宽带有源天线设计

月球轨道超长波天文观测微卫星(path finder of discovering the sky at the longest wavelengths,DSL-P)是国际首次开展绕月轨道超长波干涉技术验证实验。DSL-P工作频率1~30 MHz,其关键技术之一为宽带有源天线。介绍了DSL-P宽带有源天线的方案,重点分析其噪声特性,通过仿真和测试获取有源天线的噪声性能,分析宽带有源天线对系统设计指标的满足度。研究表明,用于超长波观测的宽带有源天线并不是传统意义上的被动天线和前置放大器的组合,其主要作用是阻抗匹配,并可兼顾噪声要求。     

芦丁在碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学性质研究

制备了多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(MWNT/GC),并研究了芦丁在MWNT/GC上的电化学行为.研究表明,MWNT/GC对芦丁的氧化具有明显的电催化作用.用循环伏安法对芦丁浓度进行了测定,其氧化峰电流与芦丁的浓度在5.0×10-1～1.0×10-4molL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9918.     

Parallel Optimization of the Crystal-KMC on Tianhe-2

The Kinetic Monte Carlo(KMC) is one of the commonly used methods for simulating radiation damage of materials. Our team develops a parallel KMC software named Crystal-KMC, which supports the Embedded Atom Method(EAM) potential energy and utilizes the Message Passing Interface(MPI) technology to simulate the vacancy transition of the Copper(Cu) element under neutron radiation. To make better use of the computing power of modern supercomputers, we develop the parallel efficiency optimization model for the Crystal-KMC on Tianhe-2, to achieve a larger simulation of the damage process of materials under irradiation environment. Firstly, we analyze the performance bottleneck of the Crystal-KMC software and use the MIC offload statement to implement the operation of key modules of the software on the MIC coprocessor. We use Open MP to develop parallel optimization for the Crystal-KMC, combined with existing MPI inter-process communication optimization, finally achieving hybrid parallel optimization. The experimental results show that in the single-node CPU and MIC collaborative parallel mode, the speedup of the calculation hotspot reaches 30.1, and the speedup of the overall software reaches 7.43.     

湖北省冬小麦种植面积遥感估算方法研究

冬小麦是中国最主要的粮食作物之一,粮食是关系到国计民生的重要战略物资,利用遥感技术进行冬小麦种植面积监测是保障粮食安全的重要手段之一。本文以湖北省2004年获取的TERRA／MODIS时间序列日NDVI数据为基础,在图像分区、叠加的基础上利用非监督分类方法进行时间序列日NDVI数据的分级处理,并在2004年野外实地调查基础上,利用样区LANDSAT／TM数据提取的精度较高的冬小麦种植面积,建立MODIS／NDVI日时间序列分级影像与TM影像的冬小麦分类结果图之间的统计关系,提取各县市冬小麦种植面积,最后汇总得到湖北省2004年冬小麦的种植面积。提取结果与国家农业统计数据相比,湖北省2004年冬小麦的监测误差为-0．33％,满足农情监测的需要。     

高频雷达中LFMCW信号的分析

高频雷达在现代战争和民用事业上发挥着越来越重要的作用 ,线性调频连续波 ( L FMCW)信号是高频雷达常采用的信号形式。就 L FMCW信号在高频雷达中的应用作了具体分析 ,并导出了其差频相位的具体表达式 ,它表现出了要检测的各量的物理意义 ,对检测的方法提供了理论依据。在此基础上 ,利用二维 FFT处理技术对目标回波信号的信息提取进行了仿真 ,并对仿真结果进行了分析
