THE HAMMING DISTANCES OF NEGACYCLIC CODES OF LENGTH 2^s OVER GR （2^α, m）

The Hamming distances of all negacyclic codes of length 28 over the Gaiois ring GR （2^α, m） are given. In particular, the Lee distances of all negacyclic codes over Z4 of length 2^s are obtained. The Gray images of such negacyclic codes over Z4 are also determined under the Gray map.     

A line search filter secant method for nonlinear equality constrained optimization

<正> This paper formulates and analyzes a line search method for general nonlinear equalityconstrained optimization based on filter methods for step acceptance and secant methods for searchdirection.The feature of the new algorithm is that the secant algorithm is used to produce a searchdirection,a backtracking line search procedure is used to generate step size,some filtered rules areused to determine step acceptance,second order correction technique is used to reduce infeasibility andovercome the Maratos effect.Global convergence properties of this method are analyzed:under mildassumptions it is showed that every limit point of the sequence of iterates generated by the algorithmis feasible,and that there exists at least one limit point that is a stationary point for the problem.Moreover,it is also established that the Maratos effect can be overcome in our new approach by addingsecond order correction steps so that fast local superlinear convergence to a second order sufficient localsolution is achieved.Finally,the results of numerical experiments are reported to show the effectivenessof the line search filter secant method.     

Wigner-Ville distribution and cross Wigner-Ville distribution of noisy signals

The Wigner-Ville distribution （WVD） and the cross Wigner-Ville distribution （XWVD） have been shown to be efficient in the estimation of instantaneous frequency （IF）. But the statistical result of the IF estimation from XWVD peak is much better than using WVD peak. The reason is given from a statistical point of view. Theoretical studies show that XWVD of the analyzed signal can be estimated from XWVD of the noise-contaminated signal. The estimation is unbiased, and the variance is equal to that of noise. In this case, WVD cannot be estimated from W-VD of the noise-contaminated signal. Therefore, higher SNR is required when WVD is used to analyze signals.     

Research on consistency measurement and weight estimation approach of hybrid uncertain comparison matrix

The consistency measurement and weight estimation approach of the hybrid uncertain comparison matrix in the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） are studied. First, the decision-making satisfaction membership function is defined based on the decision making＇s allowable error. Then, the weight model based on the maximal satisfactory consistency idea is suggested, and the consistency index is put forward. Moreover, the weight distributing value model is developed to solve the decision making misleading problem since the multioptimization solutions in the former model. Finally, the weights are ranked based on the possibility degree approach to obtain the ultimate order.     

Periodic performance of the chaotic spreadspectrum sequence on finite precision

It is well known that the periodic performance of spread spectrum sequence heavily affects the correlative and secure characteristics of communication systems. The chaotic binary sequence is paid more and more attention since it is one kind of applicable spread spectrum sequences. However, there are unavoidable short cyclic problems for chaotic binary sequences in finite precision. The chaotic binary sequence generating methods are studied first. Then the short cyclic behavior of the chaotic sequences is analyzed in detail, which are generated by quantification approaches with finite word-length. At the same time, a chaotic similar function is defined for presenting the cyclic characteristics of the sequences. Based on these efforts, an improved method with scrambling control for generating chaotic binary sequences is proposed. To quantitatively describe the improvement of periodic performance of the sequences, an orthogonal estimator is also defined. Some simulating results are provided. From the theoretical deduction and the experimental results, it is concluded that the proposed method can effectively increase the period and raise the complexity of the chaotic sequences to some extent.     

一种MPEG2解码同步算法及其分析

讨论了MPEG2解码系统的时间模型和各种基本流的同步机理 ,详细介绍了MPEG2系统时间时钟的恢复 ,设计出具体的采用锁相环 (PLL)的时钟恢复电路 ,给出了针对节目流 (PS流 )的解码器同步算法的具体实现及其相应电路 ,针对各种失步情况 ,做出了具体的错误掩盖处理。算法及几个主要电路设计适用于各种MPEG2解码器。     

冗余系统费用模型及优化

根据冗余设计的不同形式 ,在Tillman并联系统费用模型的基础上引入了系统功能指标 ,并将其推广至其它形式的冗余系统 ,从而得到了一个较为完整的冗余系统费用模型。在此基础上 ,建立了用于优化并串联冗余系统设计的非线性混合整数规划模型 ,分别使用了模式搜索与启发式算法的组合算法以及遗传算法对其进行求解 ,着重讨论了两种方法的实现关键及各自的优劣。最后 ,经计算比较 ,提出了遗传算法与模式搜索、启发式算法相结合的求解方法 ,并说明了该方法的有效性。     

以DDS为核心的数字模块在相控阵雷达中的应用

介绍数字收 /发模块在相控阵雷达中的应用。首先分析了数字收 /发模块的核心部分 :直接数字式频率合成器和数字接收机的基本工作原理。由于直接数字式频率合成 (DDS)具有分辨力高、转换速度快等优点 ,使系统的整体性能得到了显著提高 ;该数字模块的控制部分、数据输入、数据输出均是数字序列。最后给出了实验系统的实验结果     

基于质量评价技术的多信道语音选优决策系统

在分析远距离多信道同源语音信道特性的基础上 ,用若干特征参数来表征信道传输的语音质量并建立了语音质量客观评价模型 ,结合人的听觉特性等因素开发出一种基于语音质量客观评价技术的优质语音信道选优决策系统。该系统能够确保语音通信始终在最佳信道上 ,且在切换过程中无跳变感觉 ,不影响听觉效果 ,现已在实际工程中得到成功运用并取得了满意效果。
