改善管式反应器内微观混合的途径

提出改善管式反应器内微观混合的基本途径是:减小流体初始微团尺寸和增加局部能量耗散速率。流速、管径、加料位置、体积比,特别是物性,通过影响这两个参数而影响微观混合性能。实验用化学偶合法考察了空管、Kenics静态混合器、湍流促进器、多孔分布板、肋条人工粗糙管及几种喷射器内的混合特性。结果表明,内插件和喷射器均能显著地改善管内微观混合状态。其中以Kenics静态混合器、多孔分布板和带有节流口的喷射器效果最佳。

常温下肝片形吸虫成虫的体外培养

肝片形吸虫成熟虫体175条在常温下置不同培养液中体外培养,其结果是:在常温下,肝片形吸虫在适宜培养液中可存活10—12天,平均11天;在3类,17种培养液中以1640血清混合液为最佳,199血清混合液次之,台氏液最差,其中又以10％血清1640液为好;不同室温对肝片形吸虫的影响:在20～23℃与11～17℃的室温下,虫体产卵数与产卵天数均无明显差异,但在11～17℃下,虫体的存活时间明显延长。     

几种国产渣油粘度的研究

采用旋转粘度计测定了５种国产渣油在４５～１３５℃范围的粘度，结果表明，在固定剪切速率下，５种渣油软化点温度下的粘度各不相同，给出了５种渣油在牛顿型区域内粘度的计算式，根据粘－温计算式试算了５种试样在１４０～２００℃时的粘度，可供工程应用中参考．     

Studies on introduction of arrowhead proteinase inhibitor gene intoN. tobacco protoplasts

The Arrowhead Proteinase Inhibitor (API) gene was introduced into the protoplasts of mesophyll cells ofN. tobacco by PEG-mediated. The transformed protoplasts underging differentiation of callus and regeneration of plantlet have been growing into transgenic plants. Restriction endonuclease analysis of products amplificated by PCR indicates the existence of the API gene in the transformed plantlet. The extract of the leaves from the transformed plants shows trypsin inhibitory activity, which indicates the expression on the introduced API gene and the transformed plants can accumulate the inhibitor. However, the variation of the inhibitory activity of the transformed plants reveals the importance of the integration site of the API gene in the genome. Wang Xin: born in Dec. 1965.
