Nd12.3Fe80.7NbB6纳米晶永磁合金的磁性能与微观结构

研究了添加Nb元素对Nd2Fe14B单相纳米晶永磁合金微观结构与磁性能的影响.结果表明:添加Nb可以在甩带过程中促进非晶的形成并稳定非晶相;在退火过程中,加入Nb后形成的析出相可以抑制晶粒长大,使晶粒细化且分布均匀,进而大幅度提高了材料的综合磁性能.名义成分为Nd12.3Fe80.7NbB6.0的非晶薄带在550 ℃退火处理10 min后,可得到最佳磁性能:剩磁0.90 T,矫顽力912.64 kA·m-1,最大磁能积126.24 kJ·m-3;随着退火温度的进一步提高,综合性能有所下降.     

冠醚配合物:[K(DB18C6)]2[Co(NCS)4]C3H6O的合成与结构研究

合成了二苯并18冠6冠醚配合物:[K（DB18C6）]2[Co（NCS）4]C3H6O,并通过元素分析、红外光谱及X-射线单晶衍射对结构进行了分析.配合物为:单斜晶系、空间群C2/C.晶体学数据:a=2.051（8）,b=1.517 4（7）,c=1.912 5（8）nm,β=92.422（8）°,V=5.927（4）nm3,Z=4,Dcalc=1.352 g·cm-3,F（000）=2 516,R1=0.061,wR=0.126 5.配合物由两个[K（DB18C6）]+配阳离子、一个[Co（NCS）4]2-配阴离子和一个C3H6O分子组成.四个硫氰酸根的氨原子与钴原子配位,[Co（NCS）4]2-为四面体构型.K+除与冠醚环6个氧原子成键外还与丙酮氧原子配位成键.     

Thermoelectric power and carrier concentration of La2−xSrxCuO4(0.03 <x <0.17) single crystals

Thermoelectric power (S) measurements have been systematically investigated in high-quality La2-x-Srx-CuO4 single crystals with different Sr concentrations (x =0.03, 0.05, 0.07, 0.1, 0.12). In this doping range studied, S remains positive, and with the increase of Sr concentration,room-temperature thermoelectric power S (290 K) decreases.An empirical formula which presents a relationship between hole concentration P and room-temperature thermoelectric power S (290 K) is reported in this note. Based on the theory of metallic diffusion model, the experimental results are discussed.     

第四系天然气藏储层物性参数测井解释模型

以柴达木盆地东部台南第四系松散未成岩生物气藏为例 ,研究建立该类储层物性参数测井解释模型的方法。主要包括 :(1)应用“JD 5 81”常规测井资料 ,通过定量计算对声波测井进行了压实、泥质及含气影响的校正 ,建立了孔隙度测井解释模型 ,探索性地提出声波测井曲线天然气影响的定量校正方法 ;(2 )根据毛管理论 ,综合应用毛管压力曲线、岩石物性、岩性分析及测井资料建立了渗透率测井解释模型。研究结果表明 ,利用电阻率曲线对声波测井进行天然气影响的定量校正方法是可行的 ,该方法提高了气藏孔隙度声波测井解释模型的精度 ,实现了应用“JD 5 81”常规测井资料即可进行储层孔隙度参数评价的研究。储层微观孔隙结构参数孔喉半径均值的主要影响因素是岩石比表面及孔隙度 ,综合利用孔隙度与岩性测井曲线可以较为准确地计算该参数 ,这为储层渗透率参数的评价奠定了基础。     

热带森林不同生长时期的小气候特征

利用西双版纳热带森林生长循环过程不同时期（林窗期、建群期、成熟期）干热季小气候观测资料，探讨了热带森林不同时期森林群落的小气候特征。结果表明，在干热季，不同森林群落的小气候与旷地存在显差异，森林具有显的降温增湿效应。由于不同生长时期森林的生物群落结构不同以及郁闭度和热力性质等的差异，导致不同森林群落的降温增湿作用不尽相同，各小气候要素随时间变化状况也存在差异，这将对不同生长时期森林群落的植物生长、发育等产生影响。     

结晶紫—锗钨酸—PVA体系显色反应的研究

本文研究了结晶紫-锗钨酸-PVA体系的显色反应。显色反应的条件是:[H_2SO_4]=0.13mol/L,(结晶紫)=1.2×10~(-4)mol/L,(聚乙烯醇)=0.32％。结晶紫-锗钨酸缔合物的最大吸收在545nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.1×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),锗钨酸在0-3.2×10~(-6)mol/L范围内服从比耳定律,发色完全后1小时内吸光度稳定。由热重量法及摩尔比法测得离子缔合物中结晶紫离子:GeW_(12)O_(40)~(4-)=3:1。

Loss of integrin alpha(v)beta6-mediated TGF-beta activation causes Mmp12-dependent emphysema

Integrins are heterodimeric cell-surface proteins that regulate cell growth, migration and survival. We have shown previously that the epithelial-restricted integrin alpha(v)beta6 has another critical function; that is, it binds and activates latent transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta). Through a global analysis of pulmonary gene expression in the lungs of mice lacking this integrin (Itgb6 null mice) we have identified a marked induction of macrophage metalloelastase (Mmp12)--a metalloproteinase that preferentially degrades elastin and has been implicated in the chronic lung disease emphysema. Here we report that Itgb6-null mice develop age-related emphysema that is completely abrogated either by transgenic expression of versions of the beta6 integrin subunit that support TGF-beta activation, or by the loss of Mmp12. Furthermore, we show that the effects of Itgb6 deletion are overcome by simultaneous transgenic expression of active TGF-beta1. We have uncovered a pathway in which the loss of integrin-mediated activation of latent TGF-beta causes age-dependent pulmonary emphysema through alterations of macrophage Mmp12 expression. Furthermore, we show that a functional alteration in the TGF-beta activation pathway affects susceptibility to this disease.     

Molecular self-assembly behavior of mono[6-O-6-(4-carboxyl-phenyl)]-β-CD in solution and solid state

A novel modified cyclodextrin, mono[6-O-6-(4-carboxyl-phenyl)]-]-β-CD (1), has been synthesized by the reaction of mono[6-(p-toluenesulfonyl)]-β-CD with 4-hydroxybenzoate, and its molecular self-assembly behavior in both solution and solid state was studied by means of crystallography, NMR spectroscopy and microcalorimetry. The results indicate that the bezoic acid groups are successively penetrated intermolecularly into the adjacent β-CD cavities to form helical columnar supramolecules in the solid state. As compared with crystal, the similar self-assembly behavior of 1 in aqueous solution has also been confirmed by the ^1H ROESY spectroscopy. Thermodynamically, the formation of polymeric supramolecules by modified CD in aqueous solution is mainly driven by entropy changes.
