具有小时滞的线性泛函微分方程解的稳定性

本文讨论一般的线性自治泛函微分方程(t)=L(x_i)(*)其中L:C([-r,0],R~n)→R~n,r>0很小.L 是线性连续泛函.在某些假设下,我们通过某常微分方程(t)=Ax(t)(**)的平凡解的稳定性来研究(*)的平凡解的稳定性.主要结果是:当r>0很小时,(**)的平凡解的渐近稳定性可推(*)的解x=0的渐近稳定性.并且对具体方程(t)=ax(t)+b∫~0_(-r)x(t+θ)dθ计算出r 的变化范围.     

电腐蚀法制备n-Bi_2 S_3光电极

电腐蚀法是以金属腐蚀原理为基础的。它是一种极为简便的制备光电报的方法。对于n—Bi_2S_3光电极的制备,只要将镀有铋的金属或导电膜放在电腐蚀液(硫化物电解质溶液)中,加上一定的电压,便可在金属基板或导电膜上形成一层具有光电性的硫化物沉积物,此即n—Bi_2S_3,且有半导体性能,其禁带宽度为1.22ev。它在一定的电解液中具有较好的稳定性,我们对n—Bi_2S_3电极进行了初步的研究,发现在光的长期照射下,光电性基本不变。     

微机控制离子质量数监控与锁定装置的研制

本文在离子注入机设备领域中,提出一种新的检测控制装置.用于解决VISI和LSI 芯片生产的离子注入机设备中确保掺杂的纯度;提高低剂量注入下重复精度及操作的自动化等问题.在离子注入机的头部高压包内,使用微机进行实时控制.即检测当前质量数,用闭环调节激磁电流的方法调整B,使被分选的离子质量数自动锁定在给定值.锁定精度与高质量数的范围,优于±0.3a.m.u.本文阐述了质量数锁定的理论,实施方法和数据采集、闭环控制、系统接口防护等主要技术关键问题.     

福建省沿岸港湾余流的特征

对1980—1986年的福建省5个港湾79个测站的海流观测资料进行分析,得出福建省沿岸港湾的余流具有以下几个值得注意的特征:(1)港湾口门处的表层余流和底层余流流向大致相反;(2)在“口小腹大”的港湾中,表层余流存在着余流环流,而底层余流环流则随着水深的不同而具有不同的特点;(3)河口区的底层余流可形成辐合区,而表层余流则一致流出河口.     

On emplacement ages of lamproites in Zhenyuan County, Guizhou Province, China

Emplacement ages of lamproites that comprise lamproite and olivine lamproite in Zhenyuan County, Guizhou Province, China, have been constrained by the whole-rock Sm-Nd and Rb-Sr isochron methods and the whole rock K-Ar method. Intrusive activities of lamproites in the Sinantang area of Zhenyuan County, Guizhou Province, took place during the Late Cambrian, as indicated by the Sm-Nd isochron ages ( t ) = (503 ± 17) (2σ) Ma and by the Rb-Sr isochron ages ( t ) = (501.2 ± 4.6) (2σ) Ma. Intrusive activities of olivine lamproites at the Maping with Ⅱ-type diamond and Xitou in Zhenyuan County, Guizhou Province, took place from the Late Cambrian to the Early Ordovician, as evidenced by the Sm-Nd isochron ages ( t ) = (502 ± 27) (2σ) Ma and by the Rb-Sr isochron age ( t ) = (502 ± 27) (2σ) Ma. This suggests that the upwelling hot materials derived from the deep mantle were emplaced from the Late Cambrian to the Early Ordovician (503-497 Ma), while the time terminal of cooling of the geothermal event of magmatism-tectonism probably was at 442.64-435.54 Ma, as dated by the whole rock K-Ar method.     

Vegetation reconstruction of Bronze Age by using microscopic structure of charcoals

The microscopic structure of charcoals was determined in two sites of Bronze Age, Chifeng area by using the scanning electronic microscope. The results showed that these charcoals are all timbers of Mongolian oak (Quercus mongolica). It has powerful climatic indicative significance. Based on the assemblage of pollen composition, their eco-climatic index and character of community, the vegetation reconstruction of Bronze Age was obtained. The reconstruction showed that the zonal vegetation was Mongolian oak forest and Chinese pine forest in the loess hills in the Chifeng area, which suggested that the climatic condition was warmer and wetter at that time than present time.     

Interaction of fluid dynamic factors in the migration and accumulation of natural gas

The migration of fluid petroleum gas, described as fluid potential, depends only on gravity, fluid pressure controlled by depression and capillary force during tectonically stable period; but on tectonic stress during the tectonically active period with severe compression. This method is applied in the Junggar Basin, showing that the migration of Jurassic gas during Cretaceous and Eocene and the migration of Permian gas from Jurassic till the present are determined by capillary force and fluid pressure (including overpressure) which is controlled by depression; the migration of Jurassic gas from Eocene till the present and the migration of Permian gas during Triassic are controlled by tectonic stress.     

Sm-Nd isotope dating of hydrothermal calcites from the Xikuangshan antimony deposit,Central Hunan

The research on Samarium-Neodymium isotope systematics of hydrothermal calcites from the Xikuangshan antimony deposit, Central Hunan, places precise timing constraints on the Sb mineralization in this area. It is revealed that the Xikuangshan deposit formed during the late Jurassic-early Cretaceous Period, the early- and latestage mineralization took place at (155.5± 1.1) Ma and (124.1±3.7) Ma, respectively. The accurate age determination of mineralization is very crucial for revealing the super-enrichment mechanism of the element Sb at the Xikuangshan mine, and lays some foundations for the further understandings of its ore genesis and mineralization mechanism.     

天然气储量的价值分级--模型设计与检验

目的 对天然气储量建立科学的价值分级和评估模型，从而科学地评价其储量资产的价值。方法采用综合评价方法，研究了天然气储量资源在勘探开发中，由于储量资源受地质条件、气田所处地理位置、交通运输条件和社会经济条件的不同影响，使各储量资源形成级差成本和级差收益。结果建立一种天然气储量的价值分级模型，并选取长庆气田和川西气田的26个区块作为样本对所建立模型进行检验。结论天然气储量的价值是以资源地质自然条件等级为主变量，同时受其所处自然地理条件和社会经济条件的影响。     

Secondary instabilities of linearly heated falling films

Secondary instabilities of linearly heated failing films are studied through three steps. Firstly, the analysis of the primary linear instability on Miladinova's long wave equation of the linearly heated film is performed. Secondly, the similar Landau equation is derived through weak nonlinear theory, and a two-dimensional nonlinear saturation solution of primary instability is obtained within the weak nonlinear domain. Thirdly, the secondary (three-dimensional) instability of the two-dimensional wave is studied by the Floquet theorem.Our secondary instability analysis shows that the Marangoni number has destabilization effect on the secondary instability.
