Polyacetylenes from the spongePetrosia ficiformis found in dark caves

Summary Several high molecular weight polyacetylenes have been isolated from the spongePetrosia ficiformis found in dark caves. These compounds are related to, but different from, the polyacetylenes isolated from the same sponge living in its usual habitat.This work is a part of the Progetto finalizzato per l'Oceanografia e i Fondi Marini, CNR, Roma.The authors thank Mr G. Effects of ACTH and diabetes on phospholipid metabolism in adrenal mitochondria.

Incorporation of 32P into adrenal mitochondrial phospholipids (PL) incrased in ACTH-treated rats, but it decreased in diabetics, inspite of the fact that these animals showed adrenal overacity. Since diabetics did not show increased 11 beta-hydroxylation. as opposed to ACTH-treated rats, it is suggested that the stimulation of this enzyme activity by exogenous ACTH is related to an increased turnover of PL at the mitochondrial membrane. The process is impaired in diabetics and prevents the stimulation of 11 beta-hydroxylation.     

Changes in ecdysone levels in the spiderPisaura mirabilis nymphs (Araneae,Pisauridae)

Summary RIA of ecdysones are made on nymphal extracts ofPisaura mirabilis during the intermoulting cycle. The hormone level is low during exuviation and the greatest part of the intermoulting period but increases notably before and after ecdysis. The main hormonal peak or pre-ecdysial peak is due to -ecdysone, characterized by combined TLC/RIA.Acknowledgment. We wish to thank Dr M. Hirn for his help during the manipulations and J. 高压电场干燥技术在中药材干燥中的应用

在中药材、中药饮片及制药中间产品的传统干燥技术工艺中,存在着物料升温过高致使有效成分损失严重、生产时间长、能源消耗高、卫生不合格等问题.利用高压电场干燥技术对化橘红果和化橘红片进行了干燥试验及热风、真空干燥的对比试验,并对干燥后样品的有效成分作了实际检测.结果表明:高压电场干燥技术能够提高化橘红果和化橘红片的干燥速度,并且对有效成分可最大限度的保留.说明高压电场干燥技术是中药材加工领域里一项实用、有效的新型技术.     

Linux设备驱动开发方法及应用实例

介绍了基于LKM(linuxkernelmodel)的Linux设备驱动开发方法,完成了THIPC-7462测控模板的驱动程序,并讲述了其在THMR-V视觉临场感遥控系统上的具体应用.     

三嗪类化合物发光菌毒性QSAR研究

通过量子化学计算方法得到三嗪化合物的摩尔折射率、前线轨道能量、偶极矩、原子静电荷等参数．利用上述参数以及化合物对发光菌的毒性，建立了一个QSAR模型，并利用此模型对化合物的毒性进行了理论预测，得到了理想的结果。     

微乳法制备均匀分散的PbCrO4纳米发光椭球

采用水 (溶液 ) /TritonX 10 0 /环己烷 /正戊醇的微乳体系 ,分别配制Pb(NO3 ) 2 和K2 CrO4微乳液 ,经充分反应后 ,成功制备出分散均匀的纳米PbCrO4椭球 .利用透射电子显微镜 (TEM)、X射线衍射 (XRD)对产物的形貌、尺寸、结构进行了表征 ;在不同的微乳体系中 ,通过傅立叶变换远红外光谱 (FT IR)、紫外可见光谱 (UV Vis)、荧光光谱 (PL)对产物的光学性质进行了研究 .     

旧水泥路面与沥青加铺层间粘结性能

为了防止反向裂缝，在旧水泥路面与沥青加铺层之间铺设土工布防裂层，土工布的加铺对层间粘结性能会产生负面影响。采用压剪试验方法研究了土工布及其浸油量、旧水泥混凝土表面处理、粘结材料种类等因素对旧水泥混凝土与沥青面层之间粘结性能的影响规律。结果表明，采用高粘度改性沥青、增加旧水泥路面粗糙度、提高路面压实度可明显改善旧水泥路面基层与沥青面层之间的界面粘结性能，研究结果可为旧水泥路面改造工程的粘结层设计提供依据。     

粉煤灰烧结坯体性能试验研究

研究粉煤灰粘土坯体的成型条件、烧结温度、最大粉煤灰掺量3个方面对坯体性能的影响，得到粉煤灰砖生产的最优方案，为粉煤灰砖的实际生产提供理论依据。
