Assembling Zwitterionic, Water-Soluble Porphyrin and Its Biological Studies

A kind of zwitterionic water-soluble porphyrin 5-(N-trimethyl-4-aminiumphenyl)-10, 15, 20-tri (4-sulfonatephenyl) porphyrin trisammonium salt, has been synthesized. Its biological studies, interactions with DNA and bacteria cells, were investigated. The damage to the cell wall of bacteria E. coli were observed firstly by AFM (Atomic Force Microscope).

Interaction between poly（amidoamine） dendrimers and DNA studied by spectroscopic methods

The interaction between amino-terminated, and ethylenedtamine core poly（amtdoamine） （PAMAM） dendrimers and herring sperm DNA was investigated by various spectroscopic methods including UV spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, microscopic FTIR- and circular dichroism （CD-） spectroscopy. Ethidium bromide （EB） is used as a nucleic acid probe for this study. Experimental results show that PAMAM dendrimers can form stable complexes with DNA and the dendrimers bind to DNA sufficiently strong which cannot be displaced by EB, and we also found that the formation of the complexes can cause the conformation change of the DNA secondary structure. According to the Scatchard analysis, the association constant of PAMAM to DNA is calculated to be 2.53×10^4 mol/L^-1.     

GaN/Al_xGa_(1-x)N量子点中类氢杂质位置对激子态的影响

利用有效质量方法和变分原理,考虑内建电场效应和量子点(QD)的三维约束效应,研究类氢杂质对GaN/AlxGa1-xN量子点中激子态的影响.结果表明:量子点中心的类氢杂质使激子的结合能升高,基态能降低,QD系统的稳定性增强,发光波长红移.杂质位于量子点上界面时,激子的基态能最小,结合能最大,系统最稳定.随着杂质从量子点的上界面沿着Z轴移至下界面,激子基态能增大,结合能减小,带间发光蓝移.     

Microporous polymer electrolyte based on PVDF-PEO

Since Wright et al. found that the complex of PEO/alkali metals salt had the ability of ionic conductivity in 1973, in-depth studies have been carried out about various polymer electrolytes, which were applied to replacing the liquid electrolytes in lithium ion battery. Functional identification of gene cluster for the aniline metabolic pathway mediated by transposable element

A convenient and widely applicable method has been developed to clone aniline metabolic gene cluster in this study. Three positive recombinant plasmids pDA1, pDB2 and pDB11 were cloned from genomic library of aniline degradation strain AD9. The result of aniline dioxygenase （AD） activity and catechol 2,3-oxygenase （C230） activity assay showed that pDA1 and pDB11 contain aniline dioxygenase genes and catechol 2,3-dioxygenase genes, respectively. The sequence analysis of the total 24.7-kb region revealed that this region contains 25 ORFs, of which 17 genes involve metabolism of aniline. In the gene cluster, the first five genes （tadQTA1A2B） and the subsequent gene （tadR1） were predicted to encode a multi-component aniline dioxygenase and a LysR-type regulator, respectively, while the others （tadD1C1D2C2EFGIJKL） were expected to encode metacleavage pathway enzymes for catechol degradation. The gene cluster was surrounded by two IS1071 sequences.     

农业专家系统开发平台测试方案研究

主要阐述了对农业专家系统开发平台测试方案的研究及一些测试技术在其中的应用，提出了针对这类开发平台的一种分阶段、分步骤、分领域的测试方案，并运用案例分析了黑盒测试、应用操作覆盖测试和Web应用软件测试技术在测评这类开发平台中的应用。     

N-（2-氯苯甲酰基）-N′-[5-（3-吡啶基）-1，3，4-噻二唑-2-基]-硫脲的相转移催化法合成

在PEG-600为催化剂的固液相转移催化条件下用2-氯苯甲酰氯与硫氰酸铵及胺反应，一锅法制得N-（2-氯苯甲酰基）-N′-[5-（3-吡啶基）-1，3，4-噻二唑-2-基]-硫脲Ⅲ，其结构经元素分析、^1H NMR、IR和MS证实。

通过问卷调查法对东北老工业基地吉林市知识分子健康状况进行调查分析,调查结果不容乐观,因此建议有关单位和部门积极关注知识分子的身心健康,关注他们的工作和生活,把提高知识分子的健康水平纳入工作日程,高校体育俱乐部要全面指定出符合其需要的、适合其特点的、行之有效的服务体系,针对亚健康状态和一些慢性疾病,制定出一系列的运动处方,并掌握一定运动康复的具体方法进行综合防治。

介绍了在卵巢癌的发展和治疗中表观遗传学的重要性，特别强调了在卵巢癌中内源性和获得性耐药性遗传途径中异常的DNA甲基化和组蛋白去乙酰化的重要性．通过表观遗传治疗反转肿瘤抑制基因沉寂和其他参与药物级联反应的基因沉寂为出现耐药性的卵巢癌患者带来了新的希望．
