IMI及其微生物转化产物5-hydroxy IMI的HPLC分析

研究了烟碱类杀虫剂IMI及其微生物转化产物5-hydroxy IMI的反相高效液相色谱分析方法．采用Zorbox OSD反相柱，水和乙腈（75：25）（v／v）为流动相，流速为1mL／min，检测波长为269nm，IMI和5-hydroxy IMI得到较优分离．在0．5～50mg／L的浓度范围内，两种物质的色谱峰面积和浓度之间呈线性关系，IMI和5-hydroxy IMI的标准工作曲线分别为y=112．23x-1．7775和y=98．039x-17．508；相关系数为0．9999和0．9997．转化产物的样品中IMI和5-hydroxy IMI添加的回收率分别为99．3％和97．4％．     

计算全息半色调编码技术的研究

论述了计算全息的基本原理及常用的编码方法，在罗曼型和博奇型编码的基础上，运用空间脉冲调制技术，提出了新型的编码技术－－半色调位相型和标准型编码，半色调型编码用圆形通光孔代替矩形孔，以圆孔面积及位置来记录全息信息，改变了输出模式，减少了编码参数，为全息图的后期作提供了一种新的方法，同时通过理论计算和结果分析分析证明了半色调位相型编码具有和罗曼型同样好的衍射效率，半色调标准型编码具有和博奇型一样大的带宽，但综们的图形数据减少一倍。     

NaTaO3电子结构的第一性原理研究

在广义梯度近似 (GGA)下 ,利用全电势线性缀加平面波法 (FLAPW)计算了钽酸钠 (NaTaO3)的电子结构 .为了进一步理解原子间的相互作用 ;计算了NaTaO3的态密度、能带结构、电子密度 .通过对态密度的分析 ,发现在钽原子 3d电子和氧原子 2p电子之间存在强烈的轨道杂化 .对电子密度和能带的分析也得出同样的结论 .NaTaO3晶体中有两种电子相互作用 ,一种是钽原子和氧原子之间存在的共价相互作用 ,另一种是钠 (Na)和氧化钽 (TaO3)基团之间的离子相互作用     

关于无限维线性系统的小时滞鲁棒稳定性

在一般Banach空间中，给出了线性系统小时滞鲁棒稳定性的一个新类型的充分条件。     

射流悬浮床气固两相流动的数值模拟

从多相流多流体模型、气相湍流k-ε模型与颗粒湍流k_p模型出发,对底部向上射流悬浮床内气固两相流动进行数值模拟,得到了不同入口气速下各截面的颗粒相速度场、颗粒相脉动速度场的分布,结果与实验定性一致。计算结果与实验值对比的结果表明,数值模拟对进一步的研究有指导意义。数值结果与实测值间存在的差异则有待于进行直接三维流动模拟、进一步考察更为合理的边界条件及应用更先进的模型来解决。     

基于多目标规划的动力配煤软件

动力配煤是比较符合我国国情的洁净煤技术，其关键在于方案优化。本文以多目标规划的优化计算方法为依据，开发出适合于煤炭企业常规动力配煤的配煤软件，为煤炭企业动力配煤提供了依据。该软件人机界面友好，使用方便，可以对方案进行人工修正，并设有在线检测出口与其它数据库系统及Internet的连接，应用实践表明软件运行效果良好，适合煤炭企业实际生产要求。     

Disaster Reduction Decision Support System Against Debris Flows and Landslides Along Highway in Mountainous Area

Highways in mountainous areas are easy to be damaged by such natural disasters as debris flows and landslides and disaster reduction decision support system (DRDSS) is one of the important means to mitigate these disasters. Guided by the theories and technologies of debris flow and landslide reduction and supported by geographical information system (GIS), remote sensing and database techniques, a DRDSS against debris flow and landslide along highways in mountainous areas has been established on the basis of such principles as pertinence, systematicness, effectiveness, easy to use, open and expandability. The system consists of database, disaster analysis models and decisions on reduction of debris flows and landslides, mainly functioning to zone disaster dangerous degree, analyze debris flow activity,simulate debris flow deposition and diffusion, analyze landslide stability, select optimal highway renovation scheme and plan disaster prevention and control ergineering. This system has been applied successfully to the debris flow and landslide treatment works along Palongzangbu Section of Sichuan-Tibet Highway.     

Effects of hyaluronic acid－chitosan－gelatin complex on the apoptosis and cell cycle of L929 cells

With the development in the field of tissue engineering, the interaction between biomaterials and cells has been deeply studied. Viewing the cells seeded on the surface of materials as an organic whole, cell cycle and apoptosis are analyzed to deepen the study of cell compatibility on biomaterials, while cell proliferation and differentiation are studied at the same time. In this paper, hyaluronic acid is incorporated into the chitosan-gelatin system. Propidium iodide (PI) was used in cell cycle analysis and the double-staining of cells with annexin-V and PI was applied in cell apoptosis analysis. The results show that incorporated hyaluronic acid shortens the adaptation period of cells on the material surface, and then cells enter the normal cell cycle quickly. In addition, added hyaluronic acid inhibits cell apoptosis triggered by the membranes. Therefore, hyaluronic acid improves the cell compatibility of chitosan-gelatin system and benefits the design of biomimetic materials.

从提高发动机经济性和降低有害排放物质的角度出发，讨论了发动机怠速控制方法，对用PID控制，模糊控制，模糊－PID控制方法进行深入分析研究，并给出3种控制方法的仿真结果，模糊控制完全可用于发动机ECU的怠速控制。     

用事件-条件-动作规则表示模糊知识的方法

提出了模糊触发器的概念，采用模糊事件、模糊条件和模糊动作来对触发器进行模糊推理，为在主动数据库及其应用领域表达不精确的应用语义特性提供了可行的方法．通过一个“过热警报”的应用实例说明了模糊事件-条件一动作(ECA)触发器的建立及其实现方法．
