根据唐山市区曾发生过的地质灾害及其相关的活动构造、第四纪沉积物厚度和地貌条件,从城市建设和安全的角度进行唐山市地质灾害分区评价。     

关于时滞Liénard型方程的周期解

本文研究具有时滞的Lienard型方程周期解的存在性,得到了一些新的结果。     

Spontaneous transformation of C60Br24 to C60 in solvents

It was found that C₆₀Br₂₄ transforms to C₆₀ spontaneously in some solvents. The intermediate, C₆₀Br₈, can be separated in some cases. When the bromine trap, phenol, was added,p-bromophenol and other brominated product were obtained and identified. The influences of time, the kind of solvent, etc were investigated. Search for new antiphytovirucides

The lead compound of substituted 2-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)benzimidazoles were modified by phosphorylation sulfonation and carboxymethylation. The benzimidazoloamidophosphate (6) (7) have better activity against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). The benzimidazolophenoxyacetic acid, phenoxysulfonic acid containing trifluoromethyl, and nitro group have 77%≈85% efficiency for wheat rust disease. Cloning and expression of the vp39 gene ofBombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus inE. coli

The nuclear capsid protein gene (vp39) ofBombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus (BmNPV) was amplified successfully by PCR technique and inserted into pGEM 3zf(+). The 5′ and 3′ terminal area of the amplified vp39 gene were sequenced with silver-staining dideoxy method. Bmvp39 gene was sub-cloned into the expression vector pRSET-A, and transformed intoE. coli BL21. This gene was highly expressed by IPTG induction. SDS-PAGE analysis showed that the expressed protein is about 38 kd, and the expressed amount reached maxium in 4 h with IPTG induction. 镦粗工艺理论与技术的进展

提出了普通平板间镦粗圆柱体高径比Ｈ／Ｄ〉１时刚塑性力学模型的拉应力理论和高径比Ｈ／Ｄ〈１的静水应力力学模型的剪应力理论,前者打破了传统工程塑性力学中所阐述的镦粗体内部总处于三向压应力之说,后者圆满地解释了大型饼类锻件中常出现的“夹馅饼”缺陷问题,平板镦粗所理论已被定性物理模拟和定量数值模拟,广义滑移线解,力学分块法和生产解剖试验所证实,在该新理论基础上,进一步提出方柱镦粗的两个新力学模型,锥形板镦     

北疆地区辣椒上烟草花叶病毒（TMV）各分离物的差异性研究

以ＴＭＶ－ｏｍ为对照,测定了辣椒上５个烟草花叶病毒分离物Ｐ－９、Ｐ－３８、Ｐ－４４、Ｐ－７１、ＴＭＶ－ｗｙｍ在４２个辣椒品种、品系上的致病反应,结果表明这５个分离物对辣椒的致病性存在明显差异：Ｐ－７１、ＴＭＶ－ｗｙｍ＞Ｐ－９＞Ｐ－３８、Ｐ－４４;对接种过５个ＴＭＶ分离物的辣椒（四平头）进行过氧化物酶（ＰＯＤ）和酯酶（ＥＳＴ）同工酶分析,结果表明辣椒上５个ＴＭＶ分离物引起的酶活性有差异：导致ＰＯＤ上活性强弱为ＴＭＶ－ｗｙｍ＞Ｐ－９、Ｐ－３８＞Ｐ－４４、Ｐ－７１;引起ＥＳＴ活性强弱为Ｐ－３８＞ＴＭＶ－ｗｙｍ、Ｐ－４４＞Ｐ－７１＞Ｐ－９。说明北疆地区辣椒上ＴＭＶ存在着分化。
