一个实数不等式在矩阵论中的推广

本文将实数不等式a2/b+b2/a≥a+b(ab,∈R+)推广到矩阵迹不等式及Hilbert-Schmidt范数不等式。     

黄浦江原水的生产性试验研究

采用杨树浦水厂新建的组合工艺(预臭氧氧化→高密度澄清池→砂滤→后臭氧氧化→生物活性炭)处理有机物和氨氮含量较高的黄浦江原水,研究水力负荷对该工艺处理黄浦江原水效果的影响,并分析该工艺在最佳水力负荷下长期运行时处理效果的变化情况.结果表明:该工艺能够长期稳定运行,出水水质达到国家饮用水标准,适宜作为微污染水源水的有效处理工艺;在设计水力负荷范围内,适当增加处理水量可更好地发挥该工艺的效用,且对有机污染物的去除率不会有明显降低;杨树浦水厂调试运转中该工艺流程的最佳水力负荷定为1 200m3/h.     

In-situ secondary growth of nanocube-based Prussian-blue film as an ultrasensitive biosensor

A regular nanostructure has been widely confirmed to result ina marked improvement in material performance in biosensing applications.In the present study,a regular nanostructured Prussian blue(PB) film with two heterogeneous crystal layers was synthesized in-situ using a secondary growth method.A PB seed layer was first controlled to form uniform cube-like crystal nuclei through an ultrasonic reaction with a single reactant.Then,well-defined 100 nm PB nanocubes were further crystallized on this seed layer using a self-assembly approach.In order to accelerate the electron transfer rate during the enzyme reaction for glucose detection,the graphene was used as the main cross-linker to immobilize glucose oxidase on the PB film.The as-prepared biosensor exhibited high electrocatalysis and electron conductivity for the detection of trace glucose with a sensitivity of141.5 μA mM~(-1) cm~(-2),as well as excellent anti-interference ability in the presence of ascorbic acid and uric acid under a low operation potential of-0.05 V.     

有关最低工资标准确定若干问题的系统思考

最低工资制度是社会保障制度的重要组成部分。论文在对国内外有关最低工资制度的研究现状进行综述的基础之上,归纳出最低工资制度与标准的发展脉络及趋势,进而指出研究最低工资标准的基本思路与主要内容,最后提出了确定最低工资标准的建议。     

被动微波植被辐射模拟研究综述

论述了当前被动微波植被辐射模拟算法的进展和研究趋势.植被辐射的模拟方法主要分为3类:第一类是将植被看作各向同性的单层介质,光学厚度、单次反照率等设为常数或用经验关系来计算;另外两类主要差别在于冠层定义的方式不同.其中一种方法将植被冠层看作连续介质,另一种方法用植被冠层的离散特征(如茎和叶子的长度、方位)来定义.     

大亚湾石珊瑚群落近25年的变化及其对2008年极端低温事件的响应

在气候变暖、ENSO加剧等导致全球珊瑚礁生态系统严重退化的背景下, 相对高纬度海域的石珊瑚群落被认为是石珊瑚物种延续的最后保留地, 但相对高纬度海域周期性的冬季低温是妨碍其发育的最重要因子之一. 南海北部相对高纬度的大亚湾海区(22°31′~22°50′N)近40年来持续变暖, 珊瑚群落发育但未成礁. 2008年初经历了近50年来罕见的极端低温事件, 持续32 d, 大亚湾海区2008年2月平均SST低于14℃, 连续多天最低SST为12.3℃左右, 低于传统认为的使珊瑚“致命”的温度(13℃), 日最低气温则低达6.6℃. 该海域的石珊瑚群落生态调查显示: (1) 近25年来大亚湾石珊瑚覆盖度从76.6%下降到15.3%, 退化达80%; (2) 石珊瑚群落优势种由霜鹿角珊瑚变成秘密角蜂巢珊瑚; (3) 2008年低温事件对本区石珊瑚群落没有造成明显影响, 活珊瑚覆盖度没有发生明显变化. 总体结果显示, 相对高纬度的大亚湾海区的珊瑚种类已经总体上适应了极端低温的环境, 具有进一步发育的潜力, 可望在全球变暖背景下成为石珊瑚物种的避难所.     

河南荥阳薛村商代前期(公元前1500~1260年)埋藏古地震遗迹的发现及其意义

为配合南水北调工程建设, 2005~2006年河南省文物考古研究所在荥阳市薛村附近的南水北调工地进行抢救性考古发掘, 在薛村遗址揭露出大量的古地震遗迹, 主要有地堑、地裂缝和古代文化遗迹的错位等. 根据古地震遗迹与文化层(或灰坑)之间的相互关系, 初步判断古地震发生在商代前期, 大致时间在二里岗下层晚期到二里岗上层之间, 进而通过灰坑中木炭的AMS14C测年, 确定这次古地震发生在(2910±35)~(3165±35) a BP (或(3160±35) a BP)之间, 亦即日历年龄1260~1520 BC(或1510 BC)之间. 薛村史前地震遗迹迹象清楚, 年代确凿, 填补了中原地区这一阶段古地震记录的空白. 这一发现不仅加深了对史前地震的了解, 拓宽了古地震研究的内容和方法, 而且也为正在建设中的南水北调工程, 提供了重要的科学依据.     

应用构件技术的集邮业务管理系统研究与实现

针对目前邮政集邮业务存在的问题,结合邮政集邮业务的特点,提出适用于集邮业务管理的四级体系结构概念,并在J2EE技术的基础上,采用分布式构件技术,实现一个多层的应用软件系统,解决集邮信息的共享,加强各省局以及省局内部各个部门的协同工作效率.而且,该系统具有良好的扩展、维护性和部署能力,大大降低软件系统的运行成本.     

Expression, purification of a synthetic fuse-protein-TSF from PF4 and TSP1 fragments and its effect on angiogenesis and tumor growth

Sequences encoding PF4 (58–70) and TSP1 (429–459) were linked to yield a single gene TSF which encodes the fuse-protein of TSF. The gene was cloned into a pGEX-2T expression vector to generate a protein GST-TSF, which was strongly expressed inE. coli. The purified GST-TSF was degraded with thrombin to generate the protein TSF. With the methods of MTT and wound repair assay, the effects of TSF on the proliferation and migration of EC were detected, respectively. The results showed that TSF significantly suppressed BAEC proliferation and migration in a dose-dependent manner. The fuse protein GST-TSF, and the peptides PF4 (58–70) and TSP1 (429–459) also inhibited BAEC proliferation and migration, respectively, but their inhibition rates were not as high as TSF. Using the CAM assay, it was shown that TSF, GST-TSF, PF4 (58–70) and TSP1 (429–459) inhibited angiogenesis in chick CAM potentially, the effect of TSF was the highest.In vivo, the growth of Lewis lung carcinoma was potently inhibited by TSF treatment, and the inhibition rate was 68.75% at a dose of 1.00 μmol/kg · d. These findings suggest that the design on TSF gene was successful, and TSF with its anti-angiogenic and anti-tumor activity, should be a useful source of the inhibitor.     

Rate of decay in admixture linkage disequilibrium and its implication in gene mapping

Modeling linkage disequilibria (LD) between genes usually observed in admixed natural populations has been shown an effective approach in high-resolution mapping of disease genes in humans. A prerequisite to obtain accurate estimation of recombination fraction between genes at a marker locus and the disease locus using the approach is a reliable prediction of the proportion of the admixture populations. The present study suggested the use of gene frequencies to predict the estimate of the admixture proportion based on the observation that the gene frequencies are much more stable quantities than the haplotype frequencies over evolution of the population. In this paper, we advanced the theory and methods by which the decay rate of nonlinear term of LD in admixed population may be used to estimate the recombination fraction between the genes. Theoretical analysis and simulation study indicate that, the larger the difference of gene frequencies between parental populations and the more closely the admixture proportion approaches 0.5, the more important the nonlinear term of the LD in the admixed population, and hence the more informative such admixed populations in the high-resolution gene mapping practice.
