基于神经网络的管件开式冷挤压相对伸长量预测

为了预测各参数组合下的无芯棒开式冷挤压厚壁管件的伸长量，拓展开式冷挤压的实验结果，建立了无芯棒开式冷挤压厚壁管件的伸长量预测的神经网络模型，通过实验结果与预测结果的比较，二者吻合良好，为深入研究开式冷挤压工艺，建立开式冷挤压工艺设计专家系统提供了新的思路。     

Two methods to solve the ionospheric electron concentration horizontal gradient at Chongqing

The electron concentration horizontal gradient vector of the ionosphere and its south-north and east-west components over Chongqing station are analyzed and calculated, using the first approximation, time correlation and space correlation and another approach introduced. And then, the validity of the two methods is analyzed and compared. 高分子量聚丙烯酸钠的合成工艺研究

采用水溶液聚合法,研究了单体浓度、引发剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对聚丙烯酸钠分子量的影响,探索出了最佳工艺条件:反应温度为40℃-45℃,反应时间为4h,过硫酸铵用量为0.02%,单体浓度为45%,聚丙烯酸钠分子量高达106-107。     

玉米油掺伪通用检验方法研究

Tracking error reduction in CNC machining by reshaping the kinematic trajectory

In this paper, a method of reducing the tracking error in CNC machining is proposed. The structured neural network is used to approximate the discontinuous friction in CNC machining, which has jump points and uncertainties. With the estimated nonlinear friction function, the reshaped trajectory can be computed from the desired one by solving a second order ODE such that when the reshaped trajectory is fed into the CNC controller, the output is the desired trajectory and the tracking error is eliminated in certain sense. The proposed reshape method is also shown to be robust with respect to certain parameters of the dynamic system.

A novel data embedding method for H.264 stereo video codec with joint prediction scheme

It is important to reduce data redundancy of stereo video in practical applications. In this paper,first,a data embedding method for stereo video(DEMSV) is investigated by embedding the encoding data into the reference frame to encode stereo video. It can use only one channel to transfer all the video data and the receiver can choose a monocular video decoder or stereo video decoder adaptively. Construction of a bacterial artificial chromosome library for Gossypium herbaceum var. africanum

Gossypium herbaceum var. africanum is the only wild cotton species within the cultivated diploid G. herbaceum. As the A sub-genome donor of tetraploid cotton, it is characterized by its resistance to insects, diseases, and other adversities. We have constructed the first bacterial artificial chromosome library (BAC) for G. herbaceum var. africanum. With high quality and broad coverage, this library includes 75000 clones, with an average insert size of about 115 kb and fewer than 4% empty clones. Our library is approximately five-fold the size of the A-genome (1667 Mb) and it provides 99.3% probability for isolating genes of interest or their sequences. Using nine SSR markers that are located on five different chromosomes and linked with resistance to Verticillium wilt, seven of nine could amplify the 40 superpools and got 1-14 hits. Because of its moderate wide coverage and relative large insert size, this library will be an important genomic resource for classifying and analyzing the evolution of cotton species, as well as for isolating disease-resistance genes and control elements.     

对蜗牛Cepaea Nemoralis多态性变异与杂合性相互关系的研究

Cepaea壳颜色与壳样式(pattern)上的多态性一直被认为与壳可见外型无关,而是由杂合优势所决定.检验这种说法的一种途径就是察看是否显性表型的变异性要比隐性表型的变异性低.研究对两组蜗牛壳进行观察,两组样本内个体数分别是1 972和5 423个,经分析,隐性表型的变异性比显性表型显著(P0.05).在同一壳中,对壳测量所得数据进行相关分析,表性性状差异的证据未找到.如果变异的差异是真实的,那么将表明或者是可见的壳外型是不重要的,多态性由于杂合平衡决定的,或者是这种多态性平衡的进化是由壳外形的自然选择所维持的.
