The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and microhardness of a Ni–Fe based superalloy for700 °C advanced ultra-supercritical coalfi red power plants was investigated. Results showed that the main phases in the alloy were γ, γ′, MC and M_23C_6, and no harmful phase was observed in the alloy.M_23C_6-type carbides discretely distributed nearby grain boundaries as the alloy was aged at above840 °C. The microhardness decreased with increasing aging temperature. The coarsening of γ′ led to the increment of microhardness at 780 °C and 810 °C for a short aging time, and a signi fi cant decrease in microhardness after aging at 840 °C. The aging temperature had more signi fi cant role on the microstructure than holding time. Therefore, to obtain optimum strengthening effect for this alloy, the aging temperature should not exceed 810 °C. 相似文献

The depression behavior and mechanism of guar gum on talc-type scheelite flotation were systematically investigated by flotation experiments, adsorption tests, zeta-potential measurements, and infrared spectroscopic analyses. The flotation results for monominerals, mixed minerals, and actual mineral samples indicated that guar gum exhibited much higher selective depression for talc than for scheelite. Bench-scale closed-circuit tests showed that a tungsten concentrate with a WO3 grade of 51.43% and a WO3 recovery of 76.18% was obtained. Adsorption tests, zeta-potential measurements, and infrared spectral analyses confirmed that guar gum absorbed more strongly onto the talc surface than onto the scheelite surface because of chemisorption between guar gum and talc. This chemisorption is responsible for the guar gum's highly selective depression for talc and small depression for scheelite. The research and development of a C-band (5712 MHz) high gradient traveling-wave accelerating structure has been in progress for some years at the Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Conceptual design of the accelerating structure has been accomplished, and verified by cold testing an experimental model. The first prototype structure is now ready for high RF power tests. To develop a robust high gradient C-band accelerating structure, an optimized constant gradient structure with a 4 /5 operating mode for future X-ray Free Electron Laser facilities is proposed in this paper. The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics, isothermal crystallization and the morphology of crystals of the copolymer poly ( ethylene terephthalate/ isophthalate ) (IPET) were studied by DSC and polarized-light microscopy in this paper. DSC results indicate that the glass transition temperature Tg of IPET is slightly lower than that of poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET), but the melting temperature Tm and the crystallization temperature Tc of PET and IPET have much difference. The difference of Tc between PET and IPET2 is about 7℃, and the difference of Tm between PET and IPET2 is about 16℃. From the kinetics analysis of the crystallization, the crystallization mechanism of all samples is of three-dimension spherulitic growth from instantaneous nuclei and the incorporation of isophthalate (IPA) decreases the crystallization rate of IPET greatly. MRF4(myf6或herculin)基因属于MyoD家族成员之一,为成肌细胞分化成肌管的重要调控因子.本实验以松江鲈(Trachidermus fasciatus)肌肉总RNA为模板,采用RT-PCR结合RACE的方法,获得1 049 bp全长cDNA序列,包含了1个含有720个核苷酸的开放性阅读框(ORF),共编码239个氨基酸.其编码区序列与石斑鱼同源性最高、为91.81%,其次是东方红鳍鲀、为83.40%,与哺乳类、鸟类的同源性在65%左右,与爪蟾同源性最低仅为59.65%.预测松江鲈MRF4蛋白具有保守的HLH结构域,bHLH结构域形成剪刀状α-螺旋二聚体.用荧光定量PCR方法检测发现,MRF4基因的mRNA在松江鲈6种组织中均有表达,但其在肌肉组织中表达量极显著高于其他组织,提示其在肌肉的生长发育过程中起着重要作用. 相似文献
