海水提升法试采南海天然气水合物的可行性分析

海洋天然气水合物的开采方法是当今天然气水合物研究的一大热点.通过对南海海域天然气水合物成藏机理的分析,提出了使用海水提升法开采海底天然气水合物的新模式.介绍了海水提升系统的组成和工作原理,提出了水力输送设备的相关参数,并对使用该方法的产气量及能效进行了简单评估.结果显示这种方法具有产量大、能效高的特点,运用该方法在南海采集天然气水合物是可行的.海水提升法开采天然气水合物克服了其他传统天然气水合物开采方法面临的技术难题,为海洋天然气水合物的开采研究提供了一种新思路及技术支撑.     

一类多值强非线性拟变分不等式

本文从振动疲劳强度角度分析拖拉机驾驶室的结构和受力特点,找出了疲劳强度薄弱的部位,从理论上估算的该部位疲劳寿命与试验结果接近.     

基于SolidWorks的组合夹具构件自动建模方法

为解决组合夹具典型功能结构的设计经验重用问题,提出了一种在三维绘图软件SolidWorks平台上、基于装配约束方程的构件自动建模方法．文中分析了构件自动建模原理、构件模板建立方法、装配参数方程提取、参数方程语义分析以及参数驱动方法．在此基础上建立了组合夹具构件库系统,给出了构件应用实例,从而解决了构件自动建模中的难点．为夹具的自动装配和自动设计奠定了基础。     

中意合作西藏羊八井ARGO-YBJ实验成果概览

文章简要介绍了中意合作西藏羊八井ARGO-YBJ宇宙线观测实验的物理目标和探测原理,重点概述了ARGO-YBJ阵列自2007年稳定运行以来在宇宙线实验观测中取得的重要成果,如甚高能γ点源、大尺度各向异性、宇宙线月亮阴影效应和全粒子谱等。     

Preparation of the selenomethionine derivative of tabtoxin resistance protein

In order to obtain phase information for the X-ray diffraction of tabtoxin resistance protein (TTR) crystal using the MAD phasing method, a selenomethionine (Se-Met) derivative of TTR was overexpressed in E. coli strain M15, with pQE-30 plasmid, through IPTG induction in M9 medium containing Se-Met. The product was purified to an estimated homogeneity of greater than 95% according to SDS-PAGE, by a Ni-NTA metal affinity followed by a Mono Q anion exchange column chromatography. The successful substitution of Se-Met for methionine (Met) was confirmed by MALDI-TOF and ESI-Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry analysis. The derivative crystal was obtained using similar conditions as those for the native.     

Early Cambrian phosphatized blastula- and gastrula-stage animal fossils from southern Shaanxi

Marine invertebrate animal embryos and their early developmental products are of great significance to the study of taxonomy and phylogeny of early animals. A great number of phosphatized globular fossils were collected fromthe early Cambrian Kuanchuanpu Member (upper Dengying Formation), southern Shaanxi, and a nearly complete develo-pmental sequence—from a fertilized egg, via blastodisc formation, blastula development, blastodisc enlargement toward gastrulae, to tissue differentiation—can be discerned in this collection. This discovery provides unmatchable material for studies on the origin, taxonomy, radiation, and ontogeny of early metazoans.
