H型钢梁Z形焊接对接节点承载性能

在两根H型钢梁的对接拼接连接时,使用螺栓连接容易安装不到位,达不到强度要求,在现场施工过程中,焊接连接比螺栓连接更方便施工,但焊接连接会导致残余应力和残余变形,为了维护钢构件的牢靠度和安全度,本文提出一种Z型对接焊接节点形式,与规范里的焊接H型钢梁对接节点比较,为考察该节点的受力性能,进一步探究究节点区域的刚度变化和应力分布情况,利用ABAQUS软件对该Z型节点以及标准节点进行有限元分析,发现此Z型节点承载性能比标准节点承载性能有所提升,同时方便施工现场节点快速拼接。     

新疆中亚留学生汉语阅读策略运用现状调查

汉语的有效阅读是人们理解和获取信息的重要渠道,汉语阅读不仅是汉语学习的重要目标,也是提高汉语水平的重要手段。笔者主要从认知策略、元认知策略、社交/情感策略在汉语阅读学习中的运用来调查中亚留学生汉语阅读策略使用的情况,并提出培训策略的措施。

法学的职业性特征本身决定了法律实践的重要性。而诊所式法律教育就是一种行之有效的实践性教学方法。但是,在教学实践中,诊所式法律教育却面临诸多困境。本文通过对法律诊所教育所面临困境的分析,进一步探讨解决的对策。     

Semantic-Oriented Knowledge Transfer for Review Rating

With the rapid development of Web 2.0, more and more people are sharing their opinions about online products, so there is much product review data. However, it is difficult to compare products directly using ratings because many ratings are based on different scales or ratings are even missing. This paper addresses the following question: given textual reviews, how can we automatically determine the semantic orientations of reviewers and then rank different items? Due to the absence of ratings in many reviews, it is difficult to collect sufficient rating data for certain specific categories of products (e.g., movies), but it is easier to find rating data in another different but related category (e.g., books). We refer to this problem as transfer rating, and try to train a better ranking model for items in the interested category with the help of rating data from another related category. Specifically, we developed a ranking-oriented method called TRate for determining the semantic orientations and for ranking different items and formulated it in a regularized algorithm for rating knowledge transfer by bridging the two related categories via a shared latent semantic space. Tests on the Epinion dataset verified its effectiveness.     

Statistical inference for simple tree order in the means of stochastic order on stratified contingency tables

In this paper, we consider testing the hypothesis that all multinomial populations in the stratified contingency table are identically distributed against the alternative that all these popula-tions are in simple tree order. We provide an asymptotic represen-tation of the order-restricted maximum likelihood estimate of the unknown parameters. 以现代语言学理论为基础的修辞学——也评《现代修辞学》

语言与言语的区分是现代语言学极为重视的基本理论问题.王德春先生的论著<现代修辞学>革新了传统修辞学的写作模式,以现代语言学理论为基础,从语言和言语这两个不同的角度,探讨修辞的性质和作用,并将重点放在以言语环境为基础,探寻话语整体和言语规律,从言语修养诸多方面将修辞研究提升到建构修辞理论的高度.<现代修辞学>是国内以现代语言学理论为基础的修辞学研究的开山之作,是为建立现代修辞学理论体系艰苦努力的研究成果.     

基于Honeyd的产品型蜜罐系统

在研究型蜜罐技术的基础上,分析了产品型蜜罐所应具备的基本特性,设计并实现了一个基于Honeyd的产品型蜜罐系统.系统应用了公钥加密、图形化操作等技术,具有较高的安全性和实用性.     

Enhancement of monacolin K production via intergeneric protoplast fusion between Aspergillus terreus and Monascus anka

Intergenric protoplast fusion between Aspergillus terreus CA99 and Monascus anka M-3, the high and low producers of monacolin K respectively，was performed for enhancement of monacolin K production. The 24-hour-old mycelia of A. terreus CA99 and M. anka M-3 were treated with 0.5% lywallzyme, 0.3% snailase and 0.3% cellulase at 34℃ for 5 h and at 30℃ for 3.5 h, and their protoplasts formation reached 1.76×10⁷/mL and 1.68×10⁷/mL respectively. Parental protoplasts were irradiated with a 30 W UV light away from 30 cm for 3 min and then mixed. The mixture was incubated with 30% PEG 6000 for 15 min. The reviving fusants were isolated on the regeneration plates. Of the 363 fusants isolated, over 100 showed enhanced monacolin K production compared with the parental strain M. anka M-3. Ten of them produced monacolin K about 1.6-fold of that M.anka M-3 does and the monacolin K titer of two fusants (F49 and F104) increased by about 1-fold. The monacolin K yields of F49 and F104 were 460 μg/mL and 457 μg/mL respectively. In optimized fermentation medium, the monacolin K titer of F49 reached 1216 μg/mL.     

First observation of mesospheric and thermospheric winds by a Fabry-Perot interferometer in China

A Fabry-Perot interferometer, funded by the Meridian Project in China, was deployed at the Xinglong station (40.2°N,117.4°E) of the National Astronomical Observatories in Hebei Province, China. The instrument has been operating since April 2010, measuring mesospheric and thermospheric winds. The first observational data of winds at three heights in the mesosphere and thermosphere were analyzed, demonstrating the capacity of this instrument to aid basic scientific research. The wavelengths of three airglow emissions were OH892.0, OI 557.7, and OI 630.0 nm, which corresponded to heights of 87, 98, and 250 km, respectively. Three 38-day data sets of horizontal winds, from April 5, 2010 to May 12, 2010, show clear day-to-day variations at the same height. The minimum and maximum meridional winds at heights of 87, 98, and 250 km were –16.5 to 8.7 m/s, –24.4 to 15.9 m/s, and –43.6 to 1.5 m/s. Measurements of zonal winds were –5.4 to 7.6 m/s, 2.3 to 23.0 m/s, and –22.6 to 49.3 m/s. The average data from the observations was consistent with the data from HWM93. The wind data at heights of 87 and 98 km suggest a semi-diurnal oscillation, clearly consistent with HWM93 results. Conversely there was a clear discrepancy between the observations and the model at 250 km. In general, this Fabry-Perot interferometer is a useful ground-based instrument for measuring mesospheric and thermospheric winds at middle latitudes.
