Inducing dopaminergic differentiation of expanded rat mesencephalic neural stem cells by ascorbic acid in vitro

Ascorbic acid (AA) induced differentiation of neural stem cells (NSCs) into dopaminergic (DAergic) neurons is reported.NSCs derived from rat mesencephalon were maintained and expanded in a defined medium containing mitogens of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and epidermal growth factor (EGF).Compared with the control, ascorbic acid treatment led to more DAergic neuronal differentiation as indicated by the expression of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and dopamine transporter (DAT), which are specific markers of dopamine neurons.AA induction also enhanced expression of Nurr1 and Shh.PD98059, an inhibitor of mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase (MAPK/ERK) pathway, could block AA-induced Nurr1, TH and DAT mRNA expression.The results might suggest a new strategy to provide enough dopaminergic cells for the therapy of Parkinson's disease (PD), and Nurr1 and ERK signaling pathway might participate in the AA-induced DAergic differentiation.

Photocatalytic effect of nature and modified V-bearing rutile

A natural rutile TiO2, which displays photocatalysis on degrading halohydrocarbon pollutants, was reported. The rutile contains up to 1.22% V2O5 (weight percent). Substitutions of Ti by V, as well as Fe, Cu and Zn, result in lattice distortions and defects. Grinding, heating and quenching modify the surface characteristics of ruffle, and consequently increase its photoactivity. It is found that the heating and quenching treatments enhance visible-light absorption of ruffle, especially at 1000 and 1100℃. Ground rutile is effective to degrade tetrachloroethylene and trichloroethylene. While, heating at 1000℃, and quenching at 1000 and 1100℃ distinctly improve degradation rate of samples. The special properties of the natural rutile have particular capabilities in photocatalytic oxidation, especially in degradation of halohydrocarbons.     

节水抗旱技术集成对大豆产量及干物质积累影响研究

通过对坐水种、苗期补灌以及坡耕地垄作区田节水抗旱技术集成的研究,对大豆在节水抗旱技术集成作用下的产量、干物质积累数据进行统计分析,结果表明:技术集成节水效果明显,对土壤有良好的蓄水保墒作用,能够显著提高作物产量。图1,表3,参7。     

一种用于多径衰落水声信道的盲均衡算法仿真研究

在水声数字通信中，严重的多径衰落和多普勒频移是影响通信性能的两个主要因素。研究了一种分数间隔判决反馈盲均衡结构，以有效地克服水声信道多径衰落的不利影响。同时，针对水声信道的时变多普勒特性，在分数间隔判决反馈结构的基础上，提出了一种修正常数模分数间隔判决反馈盲均衡与二阶数字锁相环相结合的盲均衡算法，以纠正信道引入的载波相位旋转。最后通过计算机仿真，将该算法与常数模波特间隔判决反馈盲均衡算法进行了性能对比，仿真结果证明了该算法的有效性。因此，该算法具有良好的实用性和应用前景。     

退化图片的图像增强方法研究

采用直方图均衡和灰度匹配变换的图像增强方法对退化图片细节进行了增强处理，在灰度匹配变换中分别采用单映射（SML）规则和组映射规则（GML），并对它们的特点进行了比较分析．实验结果表明，用SML和GML能更好地增强细节．特别是GML能有效减小其匹配后的直方图与匹配函数之间的误差．     

无功就地补偿技术在煤矿井下的应用前景

对无功就地补偿技术在煤矿供电系统的应用中进行了分析,指出该技术能够起到节约电能、提高供电质量、节约材料费等作用,阐述了无功就地补偿技术在煤矿供电系统中的应用有较好的发展前景。     

GPS/INS在火车安全告警系统中的应用

为了弥补目前火车车辆运行中人工统计调度工作量大、效率低等缺陷，提出了一种基于全球定位系统和惯性导航技术(GPS／INS)的火车安全告警系统的设计方案；重点讨论了GPS／INS在信息融合时所使用的卡尔曼滤波方法，避免了独立的惯性导航系统无限位置误差和GPS的1Hz慢速数据修正的问题；利用原有国家铁路网数据库进行数据修正，进一步提高了系统的精度．在此基础上设计的火车安全告警系统就能够简捷、准确地计算车辆运行里程，当车辆达到维修等级时自动进行报警提示，从而降低火车车辆调度工作的工作量及运行风险．     

庐隐的自我意识

庐隐是一位在新思想冲击下觉醒的女性。她的作品给人留下的表象只是“庐隐式的悲哀”和“庐隐的停滞”。但事实上，侄“悲哀”和“停滞”的背后却潜藏着作家主体意识的觉醒、自我的矛盾与分裂、自我主体构建和价值实现危机等深层次内涵。本文试从创作主体意识、作品中人物的情绪体验及作者对文本形式的自觉驾驭等方面对庐隐的自我意识进行分析。     

Experimental Study and Numerical Simulation of the Casting-Forging Complex Near Net Forming of Alternator Claw-pole

As a newly developed precision technology, casting-forging complex near net forming process is utilized to produce complex components with a short lead time, low cost and high precision, thus to accelerate the response speed of the market and enhance the competitive power of products. In this paper, the casting-forging complex near net forming process of alternator claw pole was developed and investigated with a combination of experimental and numerical simulation method. Qualified near net workpiece was manufactured, mechanical parameter and relative field information during the forming process was also obtained. While the alternator claw-pole is processed with this technology, the forming force is small, the process is short and the quality of forgings is perfect. Therefore, the complex casting-forging near net forming process of claw-pole is an energy and material saving technology, which will have a vast developing and application prospect in the future.
