为了在绘制具有复杂倾斜结构的轴测零件图及装配图时,解决倾斜部分作图过分复杂的问题,本文探讨了如何运用图解分析及计算法,通过对倾斜结构的轴测参数换算,使其正好等于或相当接近于用另一种轴测多角比例尺画出的某种轴测,从而大大简化了作图过程。由于本文采用了:①非倾斜结构的轴测形式与倾斜结构的轴测形式综合考虑的方法,②将轴测多角比例尺所能绘制的10种正轴测进行坐标轴互换而获得39种正轴测,③适当调整可摆动倾斜结构的倾角θ的方法,从而使这种换算成功的可能率非常大,并已解决了很多实际的作图问题,获得很好的实际效果。  相似文献

用密闭循环反应系统研究 MTPP-CeO_x-SiO_z(M=Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+)、Cu~(2+)催化分解No的性能。催化活性顺序是 NiTPP≈CoTPP>CuTPP。用原位 DRFTIRS 及 XPS 揭示了 MTPP-CeOx 催化分解NO经历了 NO 在中心金属上吸附活化的状态——M~* TPP(NO~*)。CeO_x 助催剂的电子给于性对改善 MTPP的催化活性起着关键作用。提出M~*TPP(NO~*)与气态或吸附在卟啉环上的NO分子形成二聚体中间过渡态的设想。  相似文献

Summary The ultrastructural location of carbonic anhydrase has been examined in osteoclasts of cultured embryonic chick metatarsi. In untreated cultures and in those to which parathyroid hormone (PTH) was added, the enzyme was found in close association with the plasma membrane of the ruffled border. After brief calcitonin treatment (10 min) the ruffled border disappeared and the association of carbonic anhydrase with the plasma membrane was diminished. The results indicate that the hormones employed act directly on embryonic bone to alter osteoclast structure and the intracellular location of carbonic anhydrase.Acknowledgments. 根据能量方程能确切地反映气液双相流动中的不可逆损失这一特点,在劳伦兹能量模型的基础上,本文提出了新的截面含气率的计算方法,从而得到了修正分相能量模型,并以此作为处理数据的依据。作者用三块不同截面比的安装在管径为50.8mm的管道上的锐缘孔板,分别与口径为100mm的椭圆齿轮流量计组合进行了试验,试验结果表明,利用此模型处理数据时,不必考虑孔板截面比的影响,也不必考虑被测介质干度范围的影响。在本试验的范围中,(0.00111相似文献

利用改良的HM制备液,在适宜的条件下酶解制备亲本株的原生质体,在DNase存在的条件下,用PEG(MW6000)做为聚合剂,经低温短时间处理,将枯草杆菌(B.subtilis)Ki—2—132衍生株与BR_(151)衍生株的原生质体融合。再在适宜的条件下使用改良的DM_3再生培养基,补加适量经处理的人血清白蛋白,同时加入适量适合于枯草杆菌细胞壁再生的引物进行再生,使再生率达到了55~58.15%左右。融合率高达1.82×10~(-2)。筛选出51种不同类型的融合子923株,经传代8代测得其融合子的稳定率达32.46%,从而在工业菌株的选育中使获得高产菌株成为可能。  相似文献

A novel quantitative electroanalysis method, triple potential step amperometry (TPSA), was developed and explained with an example of nitrobenzene analyzing in water. The selectivity of TPSA was im- proved by controlling the potential step within a narrow interval and using enzyme-modified electrode, the narrow potential step makes the method avoid most interferents, and enzyme-modified electrode can enhance the response of target substance selectively. The peak area was investigated for quanti- tative calibration, such as nitrobenzene concentration showing a linear relation with the peak area, with the correlation coefficients being 0.9995. The t-test and F-test were applied to evaluating the reliability of TPSA, the results showed that there was no evidence of systematic error for TPSA, and the method was of no significant difference from CV. The merit of fast detecting and few potential changing times make the TPSA suitably applicable to low-cost automatic monitoring equipments.  相似文献

This paper investigates the semi-online scheduling problem with the known largest size on two uniform machines. The objective is to maximize the minimum machine completion time. Both lower bounds and algorithms are given. Algorithms are optimal for the majority values of s≥1, where s is the speed ratio of the two machines. The largest gap between the competitive ratio and the lower bound is about 0.064. Moreover, the overall competitive ratio 2 matches the overall lower bound.  相似文献

It is an urgent project to realize online and overall condition monitoring and timely fault diagnosis for large-scale mobile and complex equipment. Moreover, most of the existing large-scale complex equipment has quite insufficient accessibility of examination, although it still has quite a long service life. The decentralized and overall condition monitoring, as a new concept, is proposed from the point of view of the whole system. A set of complex equipment is divided into several parts in terms of concrete equipment. Every part is processed via one detecting unit, and the main detecting unit is connected with other units. The management work and communications with the remote monitoring center have been taken on by it. Consequently, the difficulty of realizing a condition monitoring system and the complexity of processing information is reduced greatly. Furthermore, excellent maintainability of the condition monitoring system is obtained because of the modularization design. Through an application example, the design and realization of the decentralized and overall condition monitoring system is introduced specifically. Some advanced technologies, such as, micro control unit (MCU), advanced RISC machines (ARM), and control area network (CAN), have been adopted in the system. The system's applicability for the existing large-scale mobile and complex equipment is tested.  相似文献

Fe_2O_3型固体超强酸在酯化反应中显示出与浓硫酸相近的催化活性,但具有易与产物分离、腐蚀作用小、污染程度轻和可重复使用的优点。本文考察了Fe_2O_3型固体超强酸在乙酸异戊酯合成反应中的摧化活性,结果表明,最佳催化剂用量为Fe_2O_3型固体超强酸占总投料量的2%,最优反应时间为2h,此时异戊醇的转化率可达94%。  相似文献
