浅谈文脉——城市记忆的延续

随着城市建设的高速发展,城市出现了日新月异的变化,但同时也失去了历史文脉.一些有意义的传统生活场景被破坏,城市也因此失去了自己的特色,历史形成的街道、胡同、牌坊、宗教圣地等城市形态作为完整表达建筑和城市意象的文脉,被成片、成街、成坊地拆除,威胁到城市形态的相容性和延续性."立新"不必"破旧",尊重历史传统并不等于拘泥于传统.有意识地保留传统文脉,将使得城市更富有地方风味.     

用于卫星载荷数据传输总线的终端IP核设计

几种毛茛属植物中总黄酮的含量测定

采用分光光度法对贵州产3种毛茛属植物石龙芮(R.sceleratus),毛茛(R.japoni-cus),禺毛茛(R.cantoniensis)的全草及不同部位中的总黄酮含量进行了测定。样品经75%乙醇提取3次,芦丁为对照品,在λ=500nm处测定,方法的平均回收率为101.4%,重现性RSD=2.26%。该法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于毛茛属植物中总黄酮的含量测定。     

河南省石人山自然保护区落叶阔叶林群落生态特征

采用法瑞学派植被生态学的研究方法,在确定群落最小面积的基础上,设置典型样地,研究了石人山自然保护区锐齿栎林、栓皮栎林、短柄枹林、山杨林等落叶阔叶林的生境特征和群落的基本生态学特征,为自然保护区管理和植物群落生物多样性的保护提供了科学理论依据.     

黄花蒿叶片植株再生体系的建立

以黄花蒿叶片为材料,设计离体培养不同阶段的培养基配方.通过对培养结果进行观察、统计分析,结果表明:MS 2,4-D(2.0mg/L)对叶片诱导愈伤组织效果最好;MS 6-BA(1.0mg/L)为丛生芽分化培养基的适宜配方;无菌苗在MS NAA(0.05mg/L)的培养基上生根效果良好.     

基于资金限制的多品种期货套期保值决策模型

依据期货-期货相关性与现货-期货相关性原理,在最小方差套期保值的基础上,引入了多品种期货套期保值的资金约束,建立了多品种期货套期保值模型.该模型的创新与特色是建立基于资金限制的多品种期货套期保值模型.利用多元GARCH预测多品种组合的资金需求量,在把握未来资金需求的情况下,确定多品种期货套期保值的最优策略,避免了因资金短缺而造成的套期保值失败.并利用大连商品交易所的大豆期货合约、豆粕期货合约及豆油现货数据,对基于资金限制的多品种期货套期保值决策模型进行了实证分析.     

针对不平衡数据集的客户流失预测算法

针对客户关系管理中的客户流失预测问题进行探讨,通过对客户流失数据特点的分析,以及现有预测算法的比较,将数据挖掘方法中的随机森林算法引入客户流失预测,建立预测模型,并在实际的银行业贷款客户数据集上进行实验,得到了较好的效果.     

Zebrafish miR-214 modulates Hedgehog signaling to specify muscle cell fate

Numerous microRNAs (miRNAs) have been discovered in the genomes of higher eukaryotes, and functional studies indicate that they are important during development. However, little is known concerning the function of individual miRNAs. We approached this problem in zebrafish by combining identification of miRNA expression, functional analyses and experimental validation of potential targets. We show that miR-214 is expressed during early segmentation stages in somites and that varying its expression alters the expression of genes regulated by Hedgehog signaling. Inhibition of miR-214 results in a reduction or loss of slow-muscle cell types. We show that su(fu) mRNA, encoding a negative regulator of Hedgehog signaling, is targeted by miR-214. Through regulation of su(fu), miR-214 enables precise specification of muscle cell types by sharpening cellular responses to Hedgehog.     

Loss of ACTN3 gene function alters mouse muscle metabolism and shows evidence of positive selection in humans

More than a billion humans worldwide are predicted to be completely deficient in the fast skeletal muscle fiber protein alpha-actinin-3 owing to homozygosity for a premature stop codon polymorphism, R577X, in the ACTN3 gene. The R577X polymorphism is associated with elite athlete status and human muscle performance, suggesting that alpha-actinin-3 deficiency influences the function of fast muscle fibers. Here we show that loss of alpha-actinin-3 expression in a knockout mouse model results in a shift in muscle metabolism toward the more efficient aerobic pathway and an increase in intrinsic endurance performance. In addition, we demonstrate that the genomic region surrounding the 577X null allele shows low levels of genetic variation and recombination in individuals of European and East Asian descent, consistent with strong, recent positive selection. We propose that the 577X allele has been positively selected in some human populations owing to its effect on skeletal muscle metabolism.

探月三期月地高速再入返回飞行器由服务舱和返回器2个舱段组成,信息系统复杂,首先对信息系统的任务进行了分析,在此基础上提出了2层拓扑总线的互联方案、器内多子网自识别路由设计方案、链路层分层方案,脉冲调制编码(PCM)数据体制与高级在轨系统(AOS)数据体制统一设计方案,实现了多信源、多舱段信息管理与融合,提高了上行带宽利用率、器内数据路由和下行遥测灵活性和易扩展性,满足了飞行任务复杂工作模式下的需求,在轨飞行结果表明信息系统满足需求.
