Development of a Portfolio Simulation System for Apparel Supply Chain

In this paper, a generic retailer-oriented portfolio simulation system linking manufacturer, retailer, and customer in apparel supply chain is presented. The purpose of the simulator is to generate a portfolio consisting of replenishment strategy and performance index under different sales forecasting errors to satisfy the retailerdefined customer service level in apparel industry. After analyzing the main parameters in the portfolio simulator,the procedure and detailed structure of the simulator are then described. With the use of data from the industry, one case study of the portfolio simulator is achieved and the process of the simulation is validated.     

私营资本参与基础设施PPP项目的政府激励措施

政府往往需要提供激励措施才能吸引私营资本在基础设施公私合营(PPP)项目的投资。该文选取北京国家体育场等案例,归纳实际项目中的各种政府激励措施;并通过实证问卷调查私营部门的综合评价。结果表明:政府激励措施包括政府投资赞助、政府对融资的协助、政府担保、税收减免优惠和开发新市场;私营部门充分肯定各种激励措施的有效性,其中税收减免措施得分最高,政府投资赞助得分最低;而私营部门需客观评估政府激励措施,切勿索要不合理激励,以避免项目实施过程中出现因政府无法履行承诺而导致的项目中止或者失败。     

砷化镓表面P2S5／NH4OH钝化研究

用Ｘ光电子能谱（ＸＰＳ）、先致发光（ＰＬ）和俄歇电子能量谱（ＡＥＳ）研究Ｐ＿２Ｓ＿５／ＮＨ＿４ＯＨ对ｎ型ＧａＡｓ（１００）晶面的钝化作用．测试结果表明，钝化后在砷化镓（１００）面上的自然氧化物已被除去，表面形成了一层性质稳定的硫原子层．硫原子与砷、镓原子分别有效地成键，阻止了砷化镓表面氧化物的组成，并消除了表面存在的悬挂键，从而大大优化了ＧａＡｓ（１００）面的特性．ＰＬ实验结果支持了上述结论．实验结果表明钝化后ＧａＡｓ表面复合速度下降，表面态密度降低．     

新颖手性胺基膦配体在烯胺不对称催化氢化反应中的应用

将新颖的手性胺基磷配体，6，6'－二甲氧基－2，2'－双（二苯胺基膦）－1，1'－连苯的铑铬合物应用于烯胺类化合物的不对称催化氢化反应中，发现这个铑络合物是一个有效的手性催化剂，各种手性胺产物的转化率为100％，光学选择性（ee）也达到了51％－43％。     

苯氧基丙烯酸薄荷醇酯的合成

以苯酚和丙烯酸乙酯为原料合成了苯氧基丙烯酸乙酯，通过DCC脱水反应在分子中引人大位阻基团薄荷醇，得到不对称迈克尔加成反应的前体苯氧基丙烯酸薄荷醇酯。     

抗菌肾蕨多糖的提取与分离

采用3种方法提取肾蕨多糖，其中综合法提取率为5．4％，可溶性多糖经DEAE-纤雏素52柱层析进一步纯化，得到1种中性糖和1种酸性糖，各占91．5％和8．5％．利用纸片法进行了抑菌实验，结果表明：肾蕨多糖显示了不同程度的抑制动植物病原菌的活性，对肠炎病病原菌、黑曲霉与稻瘟病病原菌的最低菌浓度为7．5mg／mL．     

A Strategic Study of Establishing the Industrial Needs in Pattern Design and Technology in Mainland China

Pattern design and, technology play a very important role in the garment industry. In order to improve the level of pattern making and design of the garment industry, a survey was conducted to investigate the industrial needs in pattern design and technology in mainland China. The data were collected from the employers and employees from the garment industry and students in the major of fashion and clothing studies. It indicated that there was a gap between the employer and employee, especially the requirements of the industrial needs and the course contents covered by the tertiary schools. The employers expected to recruit more experienced pattern designers, at the same time, they were not reluctant to hire fresh graduates and spent more resources on the training of employees. The students knew little about their employment situation of the garment industry, spent too little time on the course study and learned too little practical skills in pattern design. They could not make use of the knowledge which prevented them from being employed by the garment industry. Efforts should be taken by both the tertiary schools and the garment industry. The students should be aspirated towards the profession of pattern cutters and the syllabuses of pattern making should be more practical and industrial orientated. The solution might benefit the garment industry a lot in a long run.     

WPAN系统容量分析及改善

对采用跳频扩频方案的无线个域网标准的系统容量进行了分析，在此基础上，提出了采用包长度自适应控制技术来提高系统容量的方法，并以跳频扩频的蓝牙系统为例，分析了蓝牙ACL包和SCO包采用自适应包长度控制技术与固定包长度传输时的系统容量变化。仿真结果表明，采用该方法能够有效地改进系统的容量性能。
