两株中度嗜盐菌的分离与生理生化分析

对从青岛附近海产品盐渍中分离得到的两个菌株——CM1和CM4进行了分析．结果表明CMl和CM4符合盐单胞菌属(Halomonas)的特征，但与几个典型的盐单胞菌属菌种有显著的差异，因而可能是该属的新种．通过对其表型和生长特征的分析发现，这两个菌株可能采用了不同的进化稳定对策以适应特殊的高盐环境，即CMl采用了K-对策；而CM4采用的是r-对策，从而将进化稳定对策拓展到了无性繁殖的微生物领域。     

Measurements of leucocyte membrane elasticity based on the optical tweezers

A 1-μm in diameter polystyrene bead coated with lectin is trapped by optical tweezers whics is formed by a focused laser beam (740nm).A leucocyte adhered to the bottom of sample cell is chosen to close to the trapped bead.When their stable combination is confirmed,the leucocyte is displaced by moving the sample stage.A“tether”is then formed between the trapped bead and the membrane.The force acting on the tether is measured by a detector equipped on the optical tweezers system.The deformation of the membrane is diverse in different contact conditions.When the contact area is small,the tether is very thin and the force on it is 7.4pN(10^-12N),while the tether is much thicker under a larger contact area and its corresponding force is about 14pN.It is presumed that the latter is related to the deformation of cytoskeleton.

丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂废水的生化处理研究

对兰州石化公司ABS生产装置生产的丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯 (ABS)树脂废水水质进行了分析和处理技术研究。通过试验筛选出两株ABS树脂废水高效降解菌ABS 2、ABS 5及其激活剂JH 6 ,可将絮凝处理后ABS树脂废水的生化需氧量与化学需氧量的比值由 38%提高到 4 9% ,提高了废水可生化性 ,强化了ABS树脂废水通过活性污泥法进行处理的效果 ,加快了废水处理启动速度 ,提高了处理效率。静态试验、动态试验及动态扩试等系统性试验表明 ,投加高效菌及其激活剂强化活性污泥法可在水力停留时间 8h内使ABS树脂废水化学需氧量由 770mg/L降至 12 0mg/L以下 ,实现达标排放。由色谱分析推断 ,处理后的水中残余成分主要为低聚物。     

东营凹陷沙三段-沙二下亚段T-R层序特征及成因

将东营凹陷古近系沙三段沙二下亚段划分为 3个三级层序 ,即沙三下层序 (SSⅠ )、沙三中层序 (SSⅡ )和沙三上沙二下层序 (SSⅢ )。SSⅠ和SSⅡ层序由湖进体系域和湖退体系域组成T R旋回 ,其特征是代表层序边界的不整合分布局限 ,湖进体系域厚度小 ,主要为细粒沉积物 ,退积式叠加 ;湖退体系域较厚 ,由进积式叠加的砂岩、砾岩和泥岩组成。T R层序的形成主要是由于层序形成早期的构造沉降和气候起主导作用 ,其基底快速沉降 ,湖水供应充分 ,湖平面快速上升。在层序形成晚期 ,沉积物供给和气候起主导作用 ,沉积物供给多 ,快速向前推进 ,湖平面下降。构造沉降和沉积物供给因素对层序控制作用的转换促使其形成层序和体系域的边界。T R层序与三分层序之间的转换是由于层序形成的不同阶段的主控因素不同而引起的     

TiCl2-NH3·H2O液体发烟剂红外衰减性能实验

烟幕技术是现代战场效费比最高的光电对抗手段，其干扰效果依赖于烟幕的组成成分。对基于四氯化钛-氨水体系液体发烟剂布设的烟幕的红外衰减性能进行了研究，发现在适宜条件下，烟雾呈中性，同时对3～5μm和8～12μm红外辐射的衰减率可分别达到65％和90％。当靶温在34℃～73℃之间变化时，烟幕对8～12μm红外辐射的衰减率均高于90％，对3～5μm红外辐射的衰减率随靶温升高而降低。     

婴幼儿哮喘与肺炎支原体感染的关系

目的 通过分析婴幼儿哮喘发病情况，探讨婴幼儿哮喘与肺炎支原体感染的关系．方法 对75例婴幼儿哮喘患儿检测肺炎支原体抗体并与45例上呼吸道感染患儿及35例正常小儿作对照。结果 婴幼儿哮喘患儿MP-IgM检测阳性率达到25．3％，与对照组有显著差异．结论 婴幼儿哮喘中支原体感染率较高，应引起重视．     

Novel Hyper-Redundant Manipulator-. Design, Study and Experiment

A novel hyper-redundant manipulator named RT1 is designed and studied. The unique feature of RT1 is all degrees of freedom (DOF) are actuated with only one motor via special designed hinge bar universal joints. The mechanisms of RT1 are introduced in detail. Some experiments are carried out in order to test the movability and adaptability of the manipulator. RT1 is actuated by pulse string and acts discretely. The discrete working space of RT1 is described and the parameter optimization for kinematical redundancy resolution is studied also. The optimization criterion is altering the design parameter as little as possible during manipulator's motion from the initial position to the expected position. An optimization example is given that is realized with Matlab optimize tool-box.
