Best tracking performance for integrator and dead time plant

The optimal tracking performance for integrator and dead time plant in the case where plant uncertainty and control energy constraints axe to be considered jointly is inrestigated.Firstly,an average cost function of the tracking error and the plant input energy over a class of stochastic model errors are defined.Then,we obtain an internal model controller design method that minimizes the average performance and further studies optimal tracking performance for integrator and dead time plant in the simultaneous presence of plant uncertainty and control energy constraint.The results can be used to evaluate optimal tracking performance and control energy in practical designs.

某钢结构煤仓在建设过程中出现了基础承台移位现象,导致B轴承台螺栓群相对于A轴承台螺栓群整体向东偏移,并且承台标高偏差过大,无法按原设计施工.文章论述了这些质量缺陷的影响,给出了一个经济可行的处理方案,并给类似工程问题提供参考.     

Slack-nibbling battery-aware task scheduling

Dynamic voltage scaling (DVS) is an efficient approach to maximize the battery life of portable devices. A novel overall planning strategy (OPS II) balancing slack supply and demand for DVS is proposed. An OPS II-based slack-nibbling overall planning strategy (SNOPS) algorithm is also proposed, which iteratively nibbles slacks for appropriate tasks selected by an overall planning dynamic priority function to perform DVS until the slack is exhausted and an optimum voltage setting is obtained. For a high-load task set, SNOPS manages to recover battery overload while maintaining schedulability. For random variable-load task sets, SNOPS achieves a saving of 29.51% battery capacity on average, the suboptimal gap is 27.84% narrower than that of our previously proposed OPS-based algorithm, and 92.10% narrower than that of the algorithm proposed by Chowdhury et al. Results indicate that OPS II manages to save battery to various extents while maintaining schedulability, and demonstrates good load compatibility and close-to-optimal performance on average. 杂多钨酸及其盐对碳钢的缓蚀作用

采用失重法研究了部分杂多化合物在水介质中对碳钢的缓蚀作用。实验结果表明，所研究的１１种杂多化合物对碳钢均具有一定的缓蚀作用。其中，Ｎａ８Ｈ［ＰＷ９Ｏ３４］·ｘＨ２Ｏ和Ｎａ１０［α－ＳｉＷ９Ｏ３４］·ｘＨ２Ｏ等缺位化合物的缓蚀效果较好，它们的最佳缓蚀浓度分别为１０５０～１１５０ｍｇ／Ｌ和５００～６００ｍｇ／Ｌ。从杂多化合物的性质及实验过程所发生的现象推测，所研究的杂多化合物为复合型缓蚀剂

A 65-nm 1-Gb NOR floating-gate flash memory with less than 50-ns access time

This paper presents a 65-nm 1-Gb NOR-type floating-gate flash memory, in which the cell device and chip circuit are developed and optimized. In order to solve the speed problem of giga-level NOR flash in the deep submicron process, the models of long bit-line and word-line are first given, by which the capacitive and resistive loads could be estimated. Based on that, the read path and key modules are optimized to enhance the chip access property and reliability. With the measurement results, the flash memory cell presents good endurance and retention properties, and the macro is operated with 1-las/byte program speed and less than 50-ns read time under 3.3 V supply.
