Synthesis and Characterization of Porphyrin-Trisbenzimidazole Dinucleating Ligand and Its Heterodinuclear Complex as CcO Active Site Model

A new dinucleating ligand having two metal-binding sites has been designed and synthesized as model ligand for Cytochrome c Oxidase. The corresponding heterodi-nuclear complex, as an active site model of Cytochrome c Oxidase, consisting of a porphyrinatocobalt compound covalently linked with a copper derivative of tris(2-benzimidazylmethyl) amine bearing three benzimidazole ligands for copper was synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The spectra data suggest that there are interactions between the cobalt and copper coordination units. The cobalt is coordinated to four central nitrogens of the porphyrin and the copper has pentaco-ordinate geometry with the four tertiary amine nitrogens and a chloride.     

A dynamic fuzzy clustering method based on genetic algorithm

A dynamic fuzzy clustering method is presented based on the genetic algorithm. By calculating the fuzzy dissimilarity between samples the essential associations among samples are modeled factually. The fuzzy dissimilarity between two samples is mapped into their Euclidean distance, that is, the high dimensional samples are mapped into the two-dimensional plane. The mapping is optimized globally by the genetic algorithm, which adjusts the coordinates of each sample, and thus the Euclidean distance, to approximate to the fuzzy dissimilarity between samples gradually. A key advantage of the proposed method is that the clustering is independent of the space distribution of input samples, which improves the flexibility and visualization. This method possesses characteristics of a faster convergence rate and more exact clustering than some typical clustering algorithms. Simulated experiments show the feasibility and availability of the proposed method.     

电视胸腔镜下微创脊柱侧弯前路松解术的初期临床结果

探讨电视胸腔镜在严重脊柱侧弯前路松解中的应用价值,并对其初期临床结果进行分析.2001年11月-2002年8月,共11例严重脊柱侧弯患者接受电视胸腔镜下前路松解,均为女性,特发性胸椎脊柱侧弯,年龄14～17岁.冠状面Cobb角90°～100°,Risser征+++～++++,松解范围T5～T12,松解节段5～7.术后行牵引二周再行后路TSRH矫形内固定术.术中出血量为100～150mL,手术时间180～220min,术后引流量520～650mL,引流时间48～96h,二期后路手术矫正率平均为58%.电视胸腔镜下脊柱侧弯的前路松解在不影响矫形手术效果的同时,能减少组织损伤,降低感染可能,减轻术后疼痛,缩短病人的康复时间.     

供氢剂及其前身物在渣油加氢裂化中的作用

对供氢剂及其前身物的化学变化规律以及渣油的裂化反应的分析表明 ,供氢剂与分散型催化剂的协同使用可较大程度地降低渣油的加氢裂化生焦量 ,而裂化转化率略有降低。 3种供氢剂的抑制生焦能力由大到小依次为二氢蒽 ,四氢萘 ,十氢萘。其中 ,二氢蒽是很好的供氢剂。供氢剂前身物与分散型催化剂协同使用也可以起到相同或类似的作用 ,3种供氢剂前身物的抑制生焦能力由大到小依次为蒽 ,菲 ,1 甲基萘。在渣油临氢催化条件下 ,供氢剂前身物能起到与二氢蒽和四氢萘类似的作用 ,催化剂的存在有助于实现供氢剂与多环芳烃的可逆反应。在分散型催化剂存在下外加多环芳烃的催化加氢实验结果说明 ,分散型催化剂在渣油加氢裂化体系中主要起着氢化多环芳烃和稳定自由基两种作用。外加的多环芳烃与外加供氢剂 (尤其是三环以上的芳烃 )起着将气相氢向液相传递的作用 ,催化剂的存在有助于加速这一过程。     

Time-division phase modulated single-photon interference in a Sagnac interferometer

We introduce a stable, long-distance singlephoton Sagnac interferometer, which has a balanced configuration to efficiently compensate phase drift caused by change of the fiber-optic path. By using time-division phase modulation, single-photon interference was realized at 1550nm in a 5-km-long as well as 27-km-long Sagnac fiber loops,with a fringe visibility higher than 90% and long-term stability. The stable performance of the single-photon interference indicated that the time-division phase-modulated Sagnac interferometer might readily lead to practical applications in single-photon routing and quantum cryptography.     

兰州北山生物结皮中陆生藻种类组成与群落结构

通过对沙井驿、刘家堡、九州台、白塔山、小牛圈沟等样点采集的生物结皮样的培养和鉴定 ,研究了兰州市北山生物结皮中陆生藻种类组成及其群落结构 .结果发现 ,该地陆生藻共计 5 3种 ,其中蓝藻 34种 ,绿藻 7种 ,硅藻10种 ,裸藻 2种 .蓝藻中以丝状种类占优势 (6 5 % ) ,绿藻中仍以球状种类居多 (5 7% ) ,但也有不少丝状个体(43% ) .黄土结皮以非洲席藻为第一优势种 ,石崖表具鞘微鞘藻占绝对优势 ,人工草丛中小球藻最丰富 ;种类数在砾质黄土中最多 (2 3) ,黄粘土中最少 (16 ) .     

无剪切闭锁的厚薄板矩形单元的构造

在板弯曲的有限元计算中 ,因为剪切闭锁现象导致厚板元无法自动退化为薄板元 ,工程中很难构造既适用于厚板又适用于薄板的计算单元 ,因此采用由龙驭球教授提出的广义协调元法 ,构造了矩形厚薄板弯曲通用计算单元 .通过铁木辛柯梁理论 ,建立了板单元边界和板单元内部的位移插值场函数 .计算结果表明该单元可顺利解决剪切闭锁现象 ,可在实际工程中推广应用

20CrMnTi结构钢热变形行为及其数学模型

利用Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机研究了20CrMnTi结构钢在温度为1223～1243K，变形速率为0．01～5s^-1条件下的热变形行为．通过奥氏体再结晶动力学回归计算了20CrMnTi的形变激活能，以及峰值应力与变形温度、应变速率之间的关系；提出采用加工硬化率-应变(θ-ε)图可以准确地判断该钢发生动态软化的类型，并可以确定动态再结晶开始和结束以及最大软化率时所对应的应变．给出了反映该钢动态再结晶进行过程的动态再结晶状态图，以及动态再结晶开始时间和完全再结晶时间与形变温度的关系图，并回归出了20CrMnTi钢的再结晶动力学方程．
