Inhibiting Effects of S.acus Linnaeus Extracts on GLT-82 Tumor Cell Lines

Hailong S.acus Linnaeus was chosen as the experimental material in the experiments and changes of cell morphology, forming rate of clone and changes of division index were conducted to identify the inhibiting effects of Hailong extract on human tumor cell lines (GLT-82). Four days after medication, most of the cells changed their normal morphology of tumor cells and became round, broken and even broke into pieces. The inhibiting rates could reach 75.1% on the fourth day. The division index reduced strongly and the clone could not form or the forming rate was very low. With the extract concentration increasing and the time prolonging, the inhibiting effect increased. These results indicate that Hailong has striking anti-tumor effects and will have a perfect future in the fields of treatment and prevention of cancer.     

Double Trreshold-based Early Message Discarding(DTEMD) Policy in High-speed Networks

In this paper, a new selective discarding policy called double threshold-based early meassage(DTEMD) policy is present. In the DTEMD policy, two thresholds are defined through which the system can adapt to the current load without changing its operation modes too often as EMD[1] policy does. Moreover the policy gets high utility of the buffer and so improves the system performance. By adopting a new performance measure "goodput", analysis results show a remarkable performance improvement is obtained when the improved discarding policy is applied.     

痕量锰的共沉淀分离富集和测定的研究

本研究了用PAN[1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-荼酚]共沉淀分离富集人发中的痕量锰．用微量注射进样火焰原子吸收光谱(FAAS)测定的方法。在pH10．5的试样溶液中．不需另加载体．PAN能定量地共沉淀痕量锰。溶液中锰的浓度在0-0．25μg／ml范围内时．标准曲线呈线性。人发中共存的其它元素不干扰测定。锰的标准加入回收率在96-104％之间。12次重复测定锰含量为2．72μg／g的发样的变异系数为4．8％。方法的特征浓度为1．0×10^-3μg／ml.本法简便稳定．用于人发中痕量锰的测定．获得了满意的结果．     

有机共沉淀分离富集原子吸收测定痕量镉

采用APDC(吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵)-Cu(I)共沉淀体系,在pH3的条件下分离富集酱油消解液中的痕量镉,再用微量注射进样FAAS测定的方法。样品中镉的回收率在92—104％之间。对镉含量为0.59mg/1的样品12次平行测定的变异系数为5.1％。共存物质不干扰测定。溶液中镉的浓度在0—0.125mg/1范围内工作曲线呈线性。方法的灵敏度(标准曲线斜率)为1.079(mg/1)~(-1)。本法快速、简便、稳定。     

螺吡喃吲哚啉类光致变色化合物的合成与LB膜研究

合成了光致变色化合物6′-硝基-1-乙基-8′-二十二酸甲酯-3,3-二甲基螺[2H-1-苯并吡喃-2′,2-吲哚啉)(简称SP2-22)和6′-硝基-1-十八烷基-8′-二十二酸甲酯-3,3-二甲基螺[2H-1-苯并吡喃-2′,2-吲哚啉](简称SP18-22)。制备了单分子层的Langmuir-Blodgett Films(简称LB膜)。根据膜的表面压力-面积等温曲线(π-A),研究了光线、温度、pH值及掺入正-十八烷的量等因素对SP18-22成膜性能的影响,发现了当成膜组分中SP18-22与正-十八烷的摩尔比为1:2时,其成膜性能最佳。     

弱内向型非锥映象的不动点及固有元

本文给出了满足弱内向型边界条件的非锥多值映象的正固有元及正不动点存在的一些充分条件。     

设计串联校正装置的一种解析方法

根据时域指标设计串联校正装置,一般使用根轨迹法(图解法)。此类方法无法将静态指标(如位置误差系数 K_p 或速度误差系数 K_r)与根轨迹作图有机结合,使设计计算复杂化。此处提出的解析法可免于这一问题,使设计计算更合理更简单,且物理概念清楚明了。     

金属有机化合物中全铁测定方法研究

本文研究了金属有机化合物中全铁测定的无汞盐方法的各种条件。拟定用硝酸分解有机化合物,用高氯酸除去过量硝酸,在盐酸介质中以铝粉还原三价铁,以重铬酸钾标准溶液滴至终点(二苯胺磺酸钠指示剂)。用二茂铁标准试样检验方法可靠性,证明结果准确度符合要求。
