澳洲蟾酥三氯甲烷提取物抑瘤作用的研究

用澳洲蟾蜍（Ｂｕｆｏｍａｒｉｎｕｓ）皮脂腺分泌物（蟾酥）的三氯甲烷提取物（Ｏ．Ｒ）进行的抗肿瘤实验表明，其可以延长载有腹水肝癌（Ｈｃａ）细胞的津白Ⅰ号（ＴＡ—１）小鼠的生存期，并对ＴＡ—１小鼠移植性子宫颈癌（Ｕ（１４））实体瘤的生长有一定抑制作用，本研究为该药物资源的开发利用提供了依据。     

汞对小麦幼苗细胞超微结构的影响

本文以丰抗2号小麦为材料,运用溶液培养法和电镜技术,观察了汞对小麦幼苗细胞超微结构的影响,并从超微水平讨论了汞对小麦生长发育和生理化过程的影响。     

利用热色性在较低pH值下络合滴定Cu~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+)等离子

以前,室温下在较低pH值范围内络合滴定Cu~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+)等离子是不可能的,现在利用二甲酚橙金属螯合物水溶液的热色性,使这成为可能。     

工业铝酸钠溶液蒸汽压数学模型的研究

本文通过实验测定和数理统计方法,建立了工业铝酸钠溶液蒸汽压的数学模型,该方程为P=69.45+0.4968N_k-4.649T-0.01358N_kT+0.1043T~2,方程的拟合性检验表明,实际测定值与方程计算值的百分偏差均小于2.0％,可见方程简单,计算结果准确,使用方便,该方程还描述了溶液的蒸汽压随溶液中Na_2O_k浓度的增大而减小,随温度升高而增大的规律。     

Comparison study on spherical wave superposition method and spherical wave source boundary point method for realizing nearfield acoustic holography

In the light of the concept of spherical wave source, the theoretical model of nearfield acoustic holography (NAH) based on the spherical wave superposition method (SWSM), including reconstruction of expansion coefficients, prediction of acoustic field, error sensitivity analysis, regularization method and a searching method with dual measurement surfaces for determining the optimal number of expansion terms, is established. Subsequently, the spherical wave source boundary point method (SWSBPM) and its application in the NAH are introduced briefly. Considering the similarity of the SWSM and the SWSBPM for realizing the NAH, they are compared. The similarities and differences of the two methods are illuminated by a rigorous mathematical justification and two experiments on a single source and two coherent sources in the semi-free acoustic field. And, the superiority of the NAH based on the SWSBPM is demonstrated.

北京2种鸟类的新分布记录

Two new records of birds occurred in Beijing are reported. Two flocks of Chinese Bulbul (Pycnontus sinensis sinensis) composed of 38 individuals were found in Hongluosi of Huairou County in September 26—27, 2002. One male Red-winged Crested Cuckoo ( Clamator coromandus ) was observed in Xiaolongmen Wood Farm of Mengtougou District on May 23, 2000. Further surveys indicate that Chinese Bulbul is a resident species of birds in Beijing, the distribution sites include Haidian, Shunyi, Huairou and Fangshan; while Red-winged Crested Cuckoo, a summer visitor, arrives in Beijing in the middle ten days of May and migrates southward in early September. These findings together with the records of Crossoptilon mantchuricum, Ficedula mugimaki, Fringilla coelebs coelebs, F. beijingnica, Phylloscopus sichuanensis since 1990 have increased the bird species living in Beijing from 344 to 351. Habitat restoration and intensive surveys may increase avian species diversity of Beijing.     

金纳米粒子的制备方法及在DNA检测中的应用

综述了金纳米粒子的几种常见制备方法以及这些方法的特点，并归纳为物理法及化学法。前者包括真空蒸镀法、软着陆法及激光消融法；后者又划分为溶胶法、晶种生长法、反胶束法、相转移法及模板法等。不同的方法可获得不同粒径和形状的金纳米粒子，应用时可根据需要选择合适的方法。金纳米粒子特殊的物理及化学性质使其在化学、生物、医学等领域有广泛的用途，尤其在DNA检测中有重要的应用价值。根据方法的特点，DNA检测可分为光学检测法、电化学检测法、压电检测法等。在这些方法中使用金纳米粒子后，检测方法的灵敏度及检测范围有了明显的提高。     

甘肃省两当县金厂沟微细浸染型金矿地质特征及成因探讨

从区域地质背景和矿区地质特征入手，阐明了研究区的金矿化特征和伴生元素特征，进而从地层、岩性、构造、成矿热液等方面分析了该区的金成矿地质条件。最后初步探讨了金矿成因，提出了金的成矿模式，指出了金厂沟金矿为微细浸染型金矿，并总结了本区的找金标志。
