农村中小学教师队伍建设之三维分析

农村中小学教师素质整体偏低掣肘着我国农村教育的长足发展。文章从提高教师待遇、改善教师生活条件,创新与完善农村教师补充机制,开展多样化农村教师培训等三个维度分析国家及地方政府在提高农村中小学教师整体素质时采取的积极举措,同时予以案例说明,以期为尚在探索当地农村教师队伍建设的地区提供借鉴。     

建筑结构设计软件动力时程分析功能比较

利用SATWE、MIDAS/Building和ETABS软件分别对结构地震作用进行计算以获得其在地震作用下的反应,来判断结构整体的安全性和可靠性.对3种软件在前处理、分析过程中、后处理3方面进行对比,得出在前处理中MIDAS/Building在建模、选波和调波方面具有一定的优势,并且在后处理方面提供了丰富的后处理功能,便于操作人员快速查询结果.     

芜湖市房地产行业景气指数建模与预测研究

通过X-11过程消除季节因素和同比法消除量纲影响,并采用因子分析法加权编制"芜房指数";采用数理统计的方法对"芜房指数"分析建立预警系统,通过与实际情况对比,表明预警系统是有效的。建立"芜房指数"的预测模型,结合预警系统分级与七个指标的分类指数,拟合出有效的定序回归模型,根据近年来的"芜房指数"序列建立ARMA模型,并对后五期的"芜房指数"作了有效的预测。     

影响螺纹副轴向力分布均匀性的关键因素分析

通过对螺纹连接结构承载分布问题的理论分析与数值模拟,探索影响螺纹副轴向力分布均匀性的关键因素.首先对螺纹副轴向承载分布进行理论分析,提出依据螺纹副截面上单位长度荷载F与螺纹牙相对变形u的关系曲线确定轴向力分布的解析方法.理论分析表明,当F-u关系曲线呈屈服形状时,螺纹副轴向承载力分布更加均匀.其次,对施必牢螺纹副进行分析,发现其F-u关系曲线呈现出屈服特征;从牙型设计、材料塑性和螺纹错动三方面进行分析,阐明施必牢螺纹副承载分布均匀性好的力学机制;最后,详细分析了螺纹副径向尺寸系数、摩擦因数和材料特性等因素对螺纹上轴向力分布的影响规律.     

Collaborative Project Management: A Systemic Approach to Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Project Management

Quite often over the last decade, heavy equipment manufacturers are trying to improve their project management performance with the use of effective project management methods. However, the challenges encountered aren’t isolated problems and a systemic approach is required. This paper exemplifies how a systemic approach can be applied to heavy equipment manufacturing project (HEMP) management, through of a multifaceted vision. The findings present in the paper are based on a two-year case study in a metallurgic equipment manufacturing enterprise in China. Based on the analysis of HEMP management problems and the contributions on systemic approach application in project management, the paper enriches existing theory by: (1) interpreting the HEMP management system with the top-down disassembly method; (2) developing the collaborative project management approach with a systems view highlighting the project characteristics management and inter-departmental collaboration; (3) making suggestions for systemic approach application in project management. For practitioners and researchers, the findings are particularly meaningful for manufacturing project management and systemic approach application.     

Physical layer impairments tolerance based lightpath provision in software defined optical network

As all-optical networks grow with ever increasing ultra-high speed, the communication quality suffers seriously from physical layer impairments ( PLIs) .The same problem still exists in software defined optical network ( SDON) controlled by OpenFlow.Aimed to solve this problem, a PLIs tol-erance based lightpath provision scheme is proposed for OpenFlow controlled optical networks.This proposed approach not only takes the OSNR model to represent those linear PLIs factors, but also in-troduces those nonlinear factors into the OSNR model.Thus, the proposed scheme is able to cover most PLIs factors of each optical link and conduct optical lightpath provison with better communica-tion quality.Moreover, PLIs tolerance model is also set up and considered in this work with some necessary extension to OpenFlow protocols to achieve better compatibility between physical layer im-pairments factors and various services connections.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme is able to get better performance in terms of packet loss rate and connection setup time.     

An effective amperometric biosensor based on graphene modified gold nanowire arrays for glucose detection

A novel glucose biosensor based on graphene nanosheets （GNs） modified gold nanowire arrays （AuN- WAs） electrode was constructed. Highly ordered gold nanowire arrays were prepared by direct electrodeposition in anodic aluminum oxide templates. GNs were synthe- sized through a public route involving graphite oxidation, exfoliation, and chemical reduction. Field emission scan- ning electron microscope and high-resolution transmission electron microscope were employed to characterize the as- prepared AuNWAs and GNs. Glucose oxidase was immobilized on the surface of GNs-AuNWAs modified electrode via a cross-linking method. The cyclic voltam- metry results showed that the GNs-AuNWAs-based glu- cose biosensors have high catalysis activity to hydrogen peroxide （H2O2） than those modified with GNs or AuN- WAs only. Furthermore, amperometric response was employed to detect glucose concentration owing to its simplicity, high selectivity, and relative low cost. Glucose biosensors based on GNs-AuNWAs showed excellent performance with high sen- sitivity of 40.25 μA cm^-2 （mmol/L）^-1, low detection limit of 0.02 mmol/L, and a linear range from 0.02 to 3 mmol/L.     

车用材料有害物质管控策略研究

在源头加强车用材料有害物质管控,是促进汽车行业健康持续发展的重要途径。介绍了车用材料有害物质的主要危害、来源及替代趋势,分析了欧盟和中国有关车用材料有害物质标准法规的状况,给出了我国汽车企业管控策略,旨在提升法规应对能力和促进汽车工业优化升级。     

Glutenin macropolymer particles size distribution of six wheat varieties in eastern China

Size distribution of glutenin macropolymer(GMP) particles significantly affects the quality of final products in wheat. Six wheat varieties in eastern China were used for investigating the GMP content, particle size distribution and their relation. The results showed that the particle diameter of GMP changed from 0.38 μm to 269 μm. A typical bimodal curve of volume distribution of particles with peak values ranged from 4.44 μm to 5.36 μm and from 45.76 μm to 116.30 μm, respectively. Number distribution of particles showed the typical population with peak values in the range of 0.57-1.00 μm. Proportions of granules 12 μm, 12-80 μm and 80 μm were in the range of 17.1%-47.8%, 32.1%-50.3% and 10.2%-38.1% of total volume, respectively. The content of GMP was negatively correlated with the volume of GMP particles 12 μm, but positively correlated with the volume of particles 80 μm. The results suggested that the greater percentage of larger GMP particles is, the more GMP content there is in wheat grain.     

Acylation of nitriles to β-ketonitriles catalyzed by a heterometallic alkoxide cluster of neodymium and sodium： NdNa8（O^tBu）10（OH）

Catalytic acylation of nitriles with esters in the presence of 10 mol% NdNa8(OtBu)10(OH) is developed.The procedure is suitable for both enolizable and nonenolizable esters and affords β-ketonitriles in moderate to high yields.The heterometallic alkoxide cluster NdNa8(OtBu)10(OH) is structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction,and a mechanism for the production of β-ketonitriles using the cluster is proposed and verified.
