"T"型外固定架治疗青壮年严重移位的肱骨外科颈骨折

目的：探索青壮年严重移位肱骨外科颈骨折的手术入路及固定技术，方法：取肩关节前侧入路的下部分，不离断三角肌附丽，不剥离骨折周围软组织，“T”型外固定架固定术后3～5d开始肩关节主动功能练习，结果：所有32例手术患者无一例感染，均在6周左右取得了良好的骨性愈合，肩关节功能评定按JOA标准，优良率占96％，结论：应用“T”型外固定架治疗青壮年严重移位肱骨外科颈骨折，切口小，组织损伤少，操作简单，固定可靠，利于关节早期活动，恢复肩关节功能，是治疗青壮年严重移位肱骨外科颈骨折的一种好方法。     

基于电热模拟的电迁移可靠性诊断及时钟完整性分析

为诊断大规模集成电路设计过程中电迁移可靠性及分析时钟信号完整性,开发一种用于集成电路片上时钟信号模拟软件Etsim3。该模拟软件考虑了集成电路自热效应,通过电热耦合模拟以及金属连线温度分布解析模型获得更准确的集成电路芯片表面以及各金属连线网络上的温度分布。模拟结果表明,考虑集成电路自热效应前后,电迁移诊断以及时钟信号完整性分析结果都有了较大程度上的改变,Etsim3可以得到更为精确的分析以及诊断结果。
