功能性纳米溶胶CdS的合成与荧光性质研究

报道了无机纳米溶胶CdS的合成,并对其进行了功能化修饰,同时研究了功能CdS纳米溶胶的荧光性质。     

新型荧光试剂5-(4-氯苯偶氮)-8-水杨醛缩氨基喹啉的合成及荧光性质

首次合成了新型荧光试剂5-（4-氯苯偶氮）-8-水杨醛缩氨基喹啉（p-CIPSAQ）。通过IR、1HNMR确证了产物结构,初步测试了其荧光性能。     

TEM observation of oxidation of CuZnAlMnNi shape memory alloy

The atmospheric oxidation of a quenched CuZnAlMnNi alloy after ion-polishing was examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It was found that a lot of oxide grains with various sizes yield homogeneously on the surface of the alloy after exposure at room temperature for 90 d. The grains mainly form along the planes of stacking fault, meanwhile, they can also be observed at the stacking fault tetrahedrals or around the dislocation lines. The formation of the oxides gives rise to the reduction of the stacking faults, and even complete disappearance in some zones, which is partly responsible for the decrement of shape memory effect (SME) of the alloy quenched during long-term holding at room temperature.     

Magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs)

We review the giant tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) in ferromagnetic-insulator-ferromagnetic junctions discovered in recent years, which is the magnetoresistance (MR) associated with the spin-dependent tunneling between two ferromagnetic metal films separated by an insulating thin tunnel barrier. The theoretical and experimental results including junction conductance, magnetoresistance and their temperature and bias dependences are described.

适用于一类非线性振子的修正MICKENS方法

研究具有奇非线性单自由度保守系统的非线性振动. 通过改进Mickens的迭代法建立频率的两个解析逼近公式, 这些公式既适用于小振幅又适用于大振幅.     

空间信息处理过程建模研究

大型GIS应用往往涉及复杂的空间信息处理过程,良好定义的过程模型将有助于合理规划和管理GIS应用的设计和实施。通过分析其基本特性,给出空间信息处理过程的形式化定义,空间活动、过程数据和关系流是其中基本的组成要素。在此基础上,定义空间信息处理过程元模型,并讨论其完整性约束规则,其中空间语义是核心的约束条件。通过以上工作规范空间信息处理过程的表达,并实现GIS应用的过程建模,进而可以有效结合工作流技术,解决大型空间应用的管理控制问题。     

基于RCC及粗糙模型的模糊地理对象拓扑关系表达

在粗糙集的基本概念上定义了二维离散空间中的粗糙区域和粗糙模型,基于粗糙模型描述了二维离散空间中的模糊地理对象,并给出了粗糙区域的类型。在RCC-D-8的基础上,依据模糊地理对象拓扑关系之间的概念临近及拓扑约束关系,研究得出了二维离散空间中简单模糊地理对象之间的599种全拓扑关系。
