后实证主义的兴起对心理学理论建设的意义

后实证主义的兴起对实证主义统治下的心理学危局有一定的挽救意义,它超越了传统的二元论视野,扶正了理论建设在心理学中的地位,为心理学提供了元理论基础和新的评价标准。     

Dendrite growth and micromechanical properties of rapidly solidified ternary Ni-Fe-Ti alloy

The rapid solidification of undercooled liquid Ni_(45)Fe_(40)Ti_(15)alloy was realized by glass fluxing technique.The microstructure of this alloy consists of primaryγ-(Fe,Ni)phase and a small amount of interdendritic pseudobinary eutectic.The primaryγ-(Fe,Ni)phase transferred from coarse dendrite to fragmented dendrite and the lamellar eutectic became fractured with the increase of undercooling.The growth velocity ofγ-(Fe,Ni)dendrite increased following a power relation with the rise of undercooling.The addition of solute Ti suppressed the rapid growth ofγ-(Fe,Ni)dendrite,as compared with the calculation results of Fe-Ni alloy based on LKT model.The microhardness values of the alloy and the primaryγ-(Fe,Ni)phase increased by 1.5 times owing to the microstructural refinement caused by the rapid dendrite growth.The difference was enlarged as undercooling increases,resulting from the enhanced hardening effects on the alloy from the increased grain boundaries and the second phase.     

Benthic foraminiferal δ~(13)C minimum events in the southeastern Okhotsk Sea over the last 180 ka

A total of six d13C minimum events,i.e.,VI,V,IV,III,II,and I,were observed via a stable carbon and oxygen isotope analysis of infaunal benthic foraminifera Uvigerina spp.in gravity core OS03-1 in the southeastern Okhotsk Sea over the last 180 ka.These events occurred at112–109,102–90,85–76,57–54,44–40,and 17–10 ka BP.The largest negative excursions reached 2.5%in event V and were greater than 1%in the other events.We proposed that all d13C minimum events were caused by the increase in sea surface water productivity,the weakened formation of Okhotsk Sea intermediate water,and the enhancement of the oxygen minimum zone.The negative excursions were unaffected by methane hydrate destabilization and subsequent methane release based on the results obtained by using archaeal lipid markers.     

Physical layer impairments tolerance based lightpath provision in software defined optical network

As all-optical networks grow with ever increasing ultra-high speed, the communication quality suffers seriously from physical layer impairments ( PLIs) .The same problem still exists in software defined optical network ( SDON) controlled by OpenFlow.Aimed to solve this problem, a PLIs tol-erance based lightpath provision scheme is proposed for OpenFlow controlled optical networks.This proposed approach not only takes the OSNR model to represent those linear PLIs factors, but also in-troduces those nonlinear factors into the OSNR model.Thus, the proposed scheme is able to cover most PLIs factors of each optical link and conduct optical lightpath provison with better communica-tion quality.Moreover, PLIs tolerance model is also set up and considered in this work with some necessary extension to OpenFlow protocols to achieve better compatibility between physical layer im-pairments factors and various services connections.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme is able to get better performance in terms of packet loss rate and connection setup time.     

略谈磁性指向器的形制

司南是最早的磁性指向器.北宋时期,磁化技术的突破,导致磁性指向器的形制有了新的演变,其中,用针指向是磁性指向器形制最重要的改进.指南针的出现,极大提高了磁性指向器的指向精度,加快了磁偏现象的发现.之后,指南针的形制仍不断被改进,指南鱼发展成水罗盘,用以指向的木刻鱼被穿上小木条的磁针取代,"指南鱼"的形制消失;指南龟发展成枢轴支承式,成了旱罗盘.本文对磁性指向器的发明和演进过程稍作梳理,希望对帮助广大读者了解这一问题能够有所裨益.     

速激肽1型受体（NK1 R）在斑胸草雀脑干鸣唱控制相关核团及部分听觉核团内的分布

采用免疫组织化学的方法研究了速激肽1型受体(NK1R)在斑胸草雀脑干发声控制核团和部分听觉中枢内的分布及阳性标记特征.结果显示,NK1R广泛分布于斑胸草雀发声控制核团和部分听觉中枢内;1)发声控制相关核团:中脑丘间复合体背内侧核(DM)有大量的NK1R免疫阳性胞体标记,极少出现纤维;中脑腹侧被盖区(VTA)、黑质致密部(SNc)及周围脑区有大量的NK1R阳性胞体和NK1R免疫阳性纤维分布;2)听觉中枢:中脑背外侧核(MLd)和耳蜗核前庭外侧核(NM)有密集的胞体标记;而耳蜗核层状核(NL)及角核(NA)有少量NK1R阳性胞体分散分布,且角核可见大量密集深染纤维.本实验结果提示NK1R可能在鸣禽的发声控制及听觉中枢内具有重要的生理功能.     

（1-uv）-CONSTACYCLIC CODES OVER Fp＋uFp＋vFp＋uvFp

Constacyclic codes are an important class of linear codes in coding theory.Many optimal linear codes are directly derived from constacyclic codes.In this paper,（1 — uv）-constacyclic codes over the local ring Fp ＋ uFp ＋ vFp ＋ uvFp are studied.It is proved that the image of a（1 — uv）-constacyclic code of length n over Fp ＋ uFp ＋ vFp ＋ uvFp under a Gray map is a distance invariant quasi-cyclic code of index p2 and length p3n over Fp.Several examples of optimal linear codes over Fp from（1 — uv）-constacyclic codes over Fp ＋ uFp ＋ vFp ＋ uvFp are given.     

一株日本鳗鲡肠道乳酸菌SOD酶基因克隆表达与应用研究

为了解决日本鳗鲡抗生素滥用的问题,探究能够替代抗生素的微生态制剂,从日本鳗鲡肠道中筛选益生菌乳酸菌,克隆其SOD酶基因,并在大肠杆菌中进行表达,将SOD酶、益生乳酸菌同基础饲料配制成3组不同的饲料饲喂鳗鲡后进行血液生化指标分析.实验结果表明,益生菌、SOD酶以及乳酸菌和SOD酶制成的复合酶饲养的鳗鲡的血清总蛋白相对于对照组分别提高2%、8%、18%;葡萄糖相对于对照组分别提高64.8%、19.1%、79.7%;超氧化物歧化酶相对于对照组分别提高10.7%、25.4%、47.1%.各项指标提示添加乳酸菌、SOD酶蛋白有利于日本鳗鲡的生长,在一定程度上提高宿主的抗病能力和免疫性能.

随机选取国内60个本科院校,调研了外语实验技术队伍的数量和结构,队伍的管理,工作与收入,学习与科研等。同时也初步调查了实验技术设备的现状,以及实验室常规工作中存在的问题。根据调查数据,指出了队伍中比较突出的一些现状问题。

犯罪被害人是指受到犯罪人犯罪侵害遭到损害的人，具有犯罪被害性、犯罪和被害的互动性，有时还具有可罚性或可责性。犯罪被害人与犯罪人之间存在无关联和有关联两大模式。犯罪被害预防有社会被害预防、群体被害预防、个体被害预防三个层次和被害前预防、被害中预防和被害后预防三个阶段。
