脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚合成反应的动力学研究──碱性催化剂用量及碱度对反应的影响规律

求文假设在不同碱催化剂存在下的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚合成反应皆按等速率离子反应机理进行。从产物分布方程出发，通过适当的理论推导发现：在一定温度范围内，增加催化剂的用量，反应速度明显加快，提高催化剂的碱度也会加快反应，而产物分布随催化剂碱性及用量的增加将变宽。实验结果也证实了这些规律。     

热传导方程反问题的存在性（Ⅱ）

讨论了下述热传导方程Ｕ－△μ＋ｑ（ｘ）μ＝ｆ（ｘ，ｔ）ｕ（ｘ，０）＝０其中ｑ（Ｘ）＞０为未知函数，在附加条件μ（ｘ，Ｔ）＝ｈ（ｘ）下反问题（μ，ｑ）的存在性。用Ｇａｌｅｒｋｉｎ逼近方法和拓扑度理论得出了反问题的存在性定理。     

可重构机器人树状拓扑结构

在可重构机器人的设计和应用中,需要对不同单元组合的拓扑结构进行研究和分析,为此提出了一种新的可重构机器人单元结构模型。在此基础上,研究了可重构机器人的非同构树状拓扑结构列举问题。通过规则层序列的递推算法得到所有单元组合的有根树状结构,再利用基本层序列的判断条件,直接从递推结果中选取非同构的自由树状拓扑结构,简化并改进了相应的列举算法。最后对非同构拓扑树的结构及其数目进行了仿真计算。结果表明,文中所述算法可以根据一组给定单元结点计算出所有的单元组合非同构树状拓扑结构。     

Inhibition of Alkaline Phosphatase from Pearl Oyster Pinctada fucata by o-Phthalaldehyde： Involvement of Lysine and Histidine Residues at the Active Site

Alkaline phosphatase from Pinctada fucata was inactivated by o-phthalaldehyde （OPA）. The inactivation followed pseudo first-order kinetics with a second rate constant of 0.167 （mmol/L）^-1·min^-1 at pH 7.5 and 25℃. A Tsou＇s plot analysis showed that inactivation occurred upon formation of one isoindole group. The OPA-modified enzyme lost the ability to bind with the specific affinity column and the presence of substrates or competitive inhibitors protected the enzyme from inactivation. The results revealed that the OPA-reaction site was at the enzyme substrate binding site. Prior modification of the enzyme by lysine or histidine specific reagent abolished formation of the isoindole derivatives, suggesting that lysine and histidine residues were involved in the OPA-induced inactivation. Taken together, OPA inactivated the alkaline phosphatase from Pinctada fucata by cross-linking lysine and histidine residues at the active site and formed an isoindole group at the substrate binding site of the enzyme.     

MIMO中智能天线技术的应用研究

将智能天线赋形技术引入MIMO系统。根据赋形技术和MIMO的分集复用技术的特点，分析比较了这2种策略的适宜运用条件。通过仿真对不同环境条件下MIMO系统中采用分集复用技术和智能天线赋形技术的系统容量进行比较，指出了为达到最优系统性能，不同环境下应采用的不同天线。

施工监控管理研究

在预应力混凝土斜拉桥中,几何线形和结构内力的控制十分重要,应根据斜拉桥的结构及施工特点,制定出相应的施工监控方案。据此以德州市新河斜拉桥为实例,介绍了该斜拉桥施工监控的内容和方法。     

Effect of Starch Sources on the Release Rates of Herbicides Encapsulated

The effects of starch sources on the behaviors of starch matrices and on the rates of herbicides released from the matrices were studied for slow release. The starches considered include native corn starch, wheat starch, potato starch and cassava starch. The matrices were prepared through encapsulating 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic or 2,4,5 trichlorophenoxyacetic acids as model herbicides with hot-gelatinized starch pastes. The encapsulation was evaluated in terms of herbicide content, swellability, encapsulation efficiency, and release rate. The results show that starch sources play an important role on the matrix behaviors and on release rates. The rate of 2,4-D released follows the order： wheat starch 〈 potaot starch 〈 corn starch 〈 cassava starch. And for the rate of 2,4,5-T, this order is nearly the same only with an exception that the late two kinds of starch are similar. It is also demonstrated that herbicides with different water solubility show different release rates, no matter what type of starch is used as the matrices.     

一类不确定中立型时滞系统的弹性保性能控制

研究了一类含有离散时滞和分布时滞的不确定中立系统的弹性保性能控制.所设计的控制器对于所允许的不确定性和控制器增益的可能变化,能保证闭环系是统渐近稳定的且性能指标上界不超过某个常数.最后,数值例子说明了所设计控制器的有效性和可行性.
