Sn-Ag-Cu合金电沉积行为的研究

Sn-Ag-Cu合金是一种熔点较低、润湿性和耐蚀性优良的可焊性镀层,可从弱酸性的甲磺酸盐-碘化物镀液中通过电沉积的方法获得.循环伏安曲线、极化曲线和交流阻抗谱等电化学测试以及X-射线荧光光谱(XRF)分析表明,在这种镀液中,Sn-Ag-Cu合金的共沉积类型为正则共沉积,随着镀液中Ag+和Cu2+离子浓度的增加,Sn-Ag-Cu合金镀层中Ag和Cu的含量迅速增加,且镀层中Ag和Cu的含量始终高于其在镀液中的含量.Sn-Ag-Cu合金的电沉积过程是不可逆过程,随着电极电势的负移,控制步骤由扩散过程控制向电化学过程控制转化.     

容县基本农田划定与保护研究

摘要：分析了广西容县土地利用情况,包括耕地现状以及上级下达的土地利用总体规划确定的基本农田,划定前的基本农田的数量情况、质量情况和分布情况,划出划人情况,其中划出的基本农田包括不可调整的农用地、建设用地、坡度大于25°的耕地、不稳定耕地、土规预留范围内农保、零散分布图斑、零星达不到上图面积的村庄。     

结构疲劳寿命估算的计算机仿真

采用人工神经物方法描述了材料在疲劳损伤过程中的性能变化,将材料的疲劳过程看作一个离散事件,建立了既能反映累积损伤的非线性效应,又能反应映材料循环特性的疲劳损伤累积模型。     

回流次数对Sn3.5Ag0.5Cu焊点特性的影响

研究了回流次数对Sn3．5Ag0．5Cu焊点特性的影响,采用扫描电镜SEM和光学显微镜对多次回流后Sn3．5Ag0．5Cu焊点界面金属间化合物（IMC）层的形貌和拉伸断裂断口形貌进行了分析．结果表明：随着回流次数的增加,焊点的宽度和金属间化合物的厚度增加;焊料和凸点下金属化层（UBM）之间界面上的IMC组织从针状逐渐粗化;焊料的拉伸强度有轻微变化;断裂面第一次回流焊后出现在焊料中,而多次回流焊后断裂面部分出现在焊料中,部分出现在UBM和焊料的界面中．     

Optimization of strand and final electromagnetic stirrers of round bloom casters with multiple sections

Strand electromagnetic stirring (S-EMS) and final electromagnetic stirring (F-EMS) are the main methods used to improve the center porosity and segregation for round blooms. To optimize the stirring conditions, nail shooting tests were conducted for three sections of large round blooms with diameters of ?380 mm, ?450 mm, and ?600 mm. Acid leaching and sulfur print tests were used to investigate the shell thickness. Based on the results of nail shooting tests, a mathematical model of solidification was established, and the variation of shell thickness and the central solid fraction were exactly calculated by the model. By taking all sections into account, the locations of S-EMS and F-EMS were optimized for each section. In the results, the macro-segregation of various sections is improved after the locations of S-EMS and F-EMS systems are changed.

The orbital scale evolution of regional climate recorded in a long sediment core from Heqing, China

Based on the analysis of carbonate content and loss on ignition for a long sediment core (737 m in length) drilled in Heqing, the orbital scale evolution of the Southwest Monsoon is revealed, by using overlapped spectral analysis and filter methods. It is shown that the obliquity cycle and precession cycle are the key factors for the Southwest Monsoon evolution and that the change of the global ice volume and the uplift of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau also impose great influences on it.

利用Schauder不动点理论研究了一类二阶具偏差变元的微分方程y″（t）=β（t）g（y（t-τ（t）））＋p（t）的反周期解问题,得到了保证π-反周期解存在性、唯一性、不存在性的一些条件.
