690合金的Pb致应力腐蚀行为

采用反U型试样,对690合金样品在高压釜内进行了4400 h的应力腐蚀实验,以研究其在含Pb溶液中的应力腐蚀规律.利用扫描电镜和能谱仪等分析了690合金在含Pb高温高压水环境中的应力腐蚀行为.扫描电镜结果表明,690合金在测试溶液中发生穿晶型应力腐蚀开裂,裂纹内部堆积着腐蚀产物,并且Pb掺杂在其中.裂纹区域的元素面扫描表明,690合金表面生成的腐蚀产物膜内层富Cr、外层富Ni,腐蚀产物与基体膨胀系数的差异导致裂纹快速扩展.试样内外表面的腐蚀形貌差异明显,内壁呈晶格网状,外壁呈一定方向性腐蚀沟堑,主要是由于内外表面状态不同造成的.     

风险规避型零售商的链与链竞争两部定价合同

以批发价格为基准,构建了需求不确定环境下两个风险中性制造商和两个排他性的绝对风险规避型零售商的链与链价格竞争模型,从制造商和零售商均实现Pareto绩效改进的双赢角度识别了两部定价合同选择的博弈均衡特征和局限性,并分析了市场需求风险、零售商的风险规避程度及产品的价格竞争对两部定价合同选择的影响.研究结论表明,当价格竞争强度相对较弱且严重依赖于需求风险和零售商的风险规避程度,则通过调节固定收费在适当范围内时,两部定价合同是实现制造商和零售商Pareto绩效均改进的占优均衡合同;当价格竞争加剧并超过特定边界值时,该固定收费均衡区域消失.     

Ultrafast isomerization dynamics of retinal in bacteriorhodopsin as revealed by femtosecond absorption spectroscopy

A femtosecond （fs） broad-band absorption apparatus was used to measure the early photoisomerlzation process of bacteriorhodopain＇s （BR） photocycle to reveal the character of the important Intermediate of J625 and to obtain a deeper understanding of the role of photoisomerizaUon in BR photocycle. Two time constants of 0.5 pa （95%） and 2.0 pa （5%） were brought out by global fitting on thirty curves In the nser-lnfrared reglon. We suggest that the first time constant results from the decay of I480 intermediate, and the longer component might be associated with BR isomer. The global analysis over 450, 540, 630, 710 and 870 nm traces identified two time constants, -0.5 and -3 pa. The slower component can be extracted from the processes of both J625→BR568 （540 nm） and J625→K590 （630 nm）, suggesting J-intermediate takes a partial cis configuration. The obvious negative feature in early delay time of 700- 760 nm reglona was attributed to the radiative transition （stimulated emission） from the Franck-Condon actlve conflguratlon along the isomerization potential surface of all-trans-retinal.     

The mobilization of rat’s mesenchymal stem cells into peripheral blood by LiCL and its potency differentiation

Mesenchymal stem cells （MSCs） are multipotent cells, which can differentiate into different tissues. It is still controversial whether MSCs can be isolated from adult peripheral blood （PB） under normal conditions and whether they can be mobilized in a way similar to that of hematopoieUc stem cells （HSCs）. In this study, rat MSCs circulating in the PB under normal conditions can be isolated and cultured, and MSCs from PB and BM can be mobilized by LiCL. The mobilized MSCs can be induced to differentiate into neuron by such factors as β-mercaptoethanol and supernatants of nerve cell cultures. The present study provides a broader perspective on the repair of neural trauma.     

基于特征的箱体类零件数控编程技术

针对箱体类零件的工艺特点,提出了一种基于加工特征的模块化数控工艺设计思路,采用基于工艺知识的决策机制实现了特征加工方法链的智能决策.同时,考虑到对每种加工方法所对应的数控代码基本固定这一特征,提出了以工步为基本元素的自动数控编程方法.从实际情况出发,通过对现有的加工方法进行组织和分类,采用参数化的方式对其进行数控代码设计和管理,从而实现了箱体类零件的分层次、模块化数控程序设计,提高了设计效率,为数控工艺设计的自动化、智能化提供了一个新途径.     

3-元对称代数的型心结构

本文构造了一种3-元对称代数,并研究了此代数的型心结构。证明了其型心是结合代数。通过详细的计算,给出了型心中每个元的具体表达式。     

Efficient transformation and expression of gfp gene in the edible mushroom Pleurotus nebrodensis

An efficient transformation method mediated by PEG-protoplasts was developed for the newly commercial edible mushroom Pleurotus nebrodensis. Two plasmids were used to co-transform protoplasts of P. nebrodensis. One plasmid is pAN7-1 containing a positive selectable marker gene hph conferring hygromycin B resistance. Another plasmid is pBlue-GFP containing a reporter gene gfp conferring green fluorescent protein. PCR and Southern blot analysis showed that hph gene or/and gfp gene were integrated into the genome of P. nebrodensis transformants. The transformation efficiency of the positive selectable marker gene hph was 3 transformants per microgram of plasmid pAN7-1 DNA, which was about 30 times higher than that previously reported in thoroughly studied Pleurotus species such as Pleurotus ostreatus. The transformation efficiency of the reporter gene gfp was 9 transformants per microgram of plasmid pBlu-GFP DNA. The co-transformation efficiency was 23.68%. This is the first report that a ＂reporter＂ gene, green fluorescent protein gene can be successfully stably exoressed in this Pleurotus species.
