安络小皮伞(Marasmius androsaceus)Mun141菌株的选育

作者采用分离、纯化和诱变等方法，运用液体发酵，筛选出安络小皮伞（Ｍａｒｓｍｉｕｓａｎｄｒｏｓａｃｅｕｓ）Ｍｕｎ１４１高产菌株经３０ｔ发酵罐放大试验，结果显示，平均氯仿提取物含量为１２．３８％（标准差±４５．３８），较原菌株（ＭａＡ）提高５０．２４％，且性能稳定．同时，筛选出适宜Ｍｕｎ１４１生长的７＃固面培养基．Ｍｕｎ１４１菌株在７＃固体培养基上，菌丝萌发早，生长速度快，粗壮浓密，色泽纯正，其生长量高出原１＃固面培养基５－７％     

CsNiCl_3的热膨胀分析

本文使用哈密顿矩阵，计算出ＣｓＮｉＣｌ３的能级和ｇ因子随温度的变化，分析出Ｎｉ２＋－Ｃｌ－键长从５Ｋ～３００Ｋ的热膨胀，得到线性热膨胀为：δＲ＝Ｒ（３００Ｋ）－Ｒ（５Ｋ）＝２×１０－２和线性热膨胀系数：α＝１ＲｄＲｄＴ＝２．７３×１０－５Ｋ－１．     

The isolation and structure of 13,18-dehydroglaucarubinone,a new antineoplastic quassinoid fromSimarouba amara

Summary An investigation of the Guyana plantSimarouba amara Aubl. (Simaroubaceae) for antineoplastic quassinoids led to isolation and structural determination of the new quassinoids 2-acetylglaucarubine (1a) and 13,18-dehydroglaucarubinone (2). The previously known 2-acetylglaucarubinone (3a) and glaucarubinone (3b) were also obtained. Stress and putative endogenous ligands for benzodiazepine receptors: The importance of characteristics of the aversive situation and of differential emotionality in experimental animals

The relationships between anxiety/stress, possible endogenous ligands for benzodiazepine receptors and the behavioral modification by drugs are discussed in this short review, including the specific characteristics of elements involved in those interactions, e.g. ones concerning the aversiveness of the stressful situation and the nature of the organism under investigation. These are important factors when considering aversive tasks, insofar as they may involve stressful conditions which differ in intensity and in the degree of control afforded the subject. These characteristics may well lead to differing functional effects on GABA-gated chloride channels or, in other words, to an incongruous balance between endogenous benzodiazepine receptor agonist and inverse agonist activity. This is not surprising, as it is well known that different forms of stressors often actually produce divergent behavioral, physiological and biochemical effects. This review also illustrates the necessity of taking into account the variable effects of stressors and/or drugs on animals differing in reactivity or emotionality, even in the case of non-selected stocks. The implication is made that, by genetic and/or environmental manipulation of the emotional state of the animals used, it will be possible to obtain more clearly definable results in neuropharmacological and psychopharmacological studies.     

白族的观音崇拜

2003年10月,大理学院民族文化研究所提出撰写《大理上下四千年》教材及电视专题片解说词的构想,受到学院重视,2004年由科技处列为院级重点项目公开招标,民族文化研究所中标,于2005年初开始实施。经反复酝酿讨论并听取部分专家学者意见,初定20集:《远古遗踪》《庄开滇》《南诏崛起》《天宝干戈》《思平故里》《妙香佛国》《世祖平南》《马嘶花放》《帅府义旗》《辛亥风云》《白州辉煌》;《观音崇拜》《本主信仰》《高僧大德》《骚人墨客》《古道沧桑》《白族商帮》《科技精英》《白族乡音》《南天瑰宝》,由课题组分头撰写,作为向大理白族自治州建州50周年庆典的献礼。现先将其中《观音崇拜》一集刊出,就教于方家学者,以便修改完善。     

数学解译核酸多样性

以离散数学理论和方法与生命科学原理，讨论mRNA的转录和DNA的复制及其基因信息的传输这一异常复杂的高序化特异反应过程。其信息符号(mRNA：U、C、A、G，DNA：T、C、A、G)对基因信息的传入与传出、保留与变异起着最主要的作用。例证核苷酸、脱氧核苷酸的4种信息符号的排序变化是mRNA、DNA分子结构多样性的基本原因，尤其DNA模板链上的4种信息符号排序变化是自然界生命现象复杂多样的最根本原因。     

[Co(2,3-tri)(een)Cl][ZnCl4]配合物的合成及一异构体的晶体结构

用过氧化物法合成了 [Co(2,3-tri)(een)Cl][ZnCl4](2,3-tri= N-(2-氨基乙基)-1,3-丙二胺;een=N-乙基乙二胺)中的5个异构体,并对其中一异构体的晶体结构加以解析,确定其结构为反式(2,3-tri中仲胺上的氢相对于Cl)经式异构体(m3).晶体学参数:单斜晶系,空间群 P21/n,a= 1.225 5(2) nm, b =1.021 70(17) nm,c=1.727 8(3) nm,β= 110.475(4)°,V = 2.026 7(6) nm3 ,Dc= 1.720 g/cm3,Z = 4,F000= 1 072,μ(Mo-Kα)=26.67 cm-1,R= 0.043 4,Rw=0.105 0.在配合物离子中 Co3+为六配位.晶胞中含有4个配合物阳离子和4个[ZnCl4]2-阴离子,结构单元中对映体比例为1∶1.     

磺胺噻唑与稀土的西佛碱配合物及其抗氧化作用

采用磺胺噻唑与对羟基苯甲醛合成一种新西佛碱,并将此配体制备８种稀土配合物。通过元素分析,红外光谱,核磁共振,热分析,摩尔电导和溶解性质对配合物进行了表征。两种抗氧化实验都表明稀土配合物均具有优良的抗氧化作用,比配体本身的性能更佳。     

利用遥感技术和地理信息系统动态监测天山草地与农业资源研究

利用１９９３～１９９６年在中国新疆天山北坡不同草地类型上观测的牧草与作物产量、环境资料和气象卫星资料,进行了相关分析和草地类型图与产量分级图的制作,建立了ＮＯＡＡ卫片目视判读和计算机自动解译标志等,并使用遥感技术和ＧＩＳ系统结合的方法,对新疆阜康县草地与其它农业资源做了动态监测与分析．结果表明,１９９６年该县的草地与其它农业资源比１９８６年前有较大的变化,其中草地、森林面积比１０年前降低了１７．５％和５１．０％,研究证明该方法可用于草地与农业资源动态监测．该监测方法与结果对实现农牧业科学管理和决策具有重要的参考价值．
