分块三级及矢量量化图像编码

本文提出了一种新的称为分块三级及矢量量化图像压缩编码方法。该方法是以分块截断编码技术和矢量量化技术为基础的编码方法。对两幅512×512×8静态测试图像进行的计算机模拟实验表明:平均编码率低于0.91比特/像素,即图像数据压缩比大于8.8倍,而信噪比不低于37dB,复原图像的主观质量较好。     

Increased assembly of cytoskeletal proteins associated with the transformation of human liver cells into fibroblast-like cells.

A topoisomerase II inhibitor, novobiocin, and a deacetylase inhibitor, butyrate, synergistically transformed human liver cells into fibroblast-like cells. This morphological change was associated with an increased production of procollagen type III peptide and a simultaneous assembly of actin, tubulin, vimentin and cytokeratin. Novobiocin and butyrate had no marked effect on the phosphorylation state of cytokeratin proteins, but synergistically enhanced [3H]acetate uptake. From these results, it can be speculated that protein acetylation plays an important role in inducing the assembly of cytoskeletal proteins and the morphological transformation of human liver cells.     

A study of macromolecular diffusion through native porcine mucus.

A diffusion chamber technique based on time-lag analysis for the estimation of effective diffusion coefficients of radiolabelled macromolecules of varying molecular weights through native mucus gel is reported. For all solutes studied, a reduction in effective diffusion coefficients was observed with a retardation of solute flux in both aqueous and mucus layers. Over the molecular weight range of solutes investigated (126-186,000 Daltons), a consistent effect of molecular weight was evident with regard to the retarding effect of mucus. No apparent or absolute molecular weight cut-off for macromolecular transfer was exhibited. However, at high molecular weights (greater than 30,000 Daltons) the retardation was greatly enhanced. The results confirm that mucus can be regarded as a gel with finite pores, but that it does not constitute an absolute barrier to even high molecular weight solutes.     

利福平菌丝体厌氧生化处理的研究

制药厂生产利福平过程中产生大量的利福平菌丝体,可严重污染环境。用厌氧消化法处理利福平菌丝体,消化温度40℃,反应器容积负荷2KgCOD/m~3·d,液料滞留期(SRT)14～20天,取得了良好的处理效果。COD去除率稳定在90％左右,BOD_5去除率达到95％以上,产气率达到0.49m~3/去除KgCOD。     

中国南海海绵化学成份研究Ⅱ—B·C

从中国南海西沙群岛永胜岛附近海域采集到的一种海绵(种属未定)分离到两种新的三羟基长链酰胺类化合物S—Ⅱ(C_(49)H_(99)NO_4,M=765,m.p.138-140℃)和S—Ⅲ(C_(45)H_(93)NO_4,M=723,m.p.92—93℃),通过对它们的IR,MS,~1HNMR,~(13)CNMR及~(13)CNMR DEPT等波谱数据分析,S—Ⅱ和S—Ⅲ的结构分别确定为N-(1-乙基-3,22-二羟基)二十二烷基-2-甲基-4-羟基二十四脂肪酸酰胺和N-(1-羟甲基-2-乙基-4-甲基-3,18-二羟基)十九烷基—二十三脂肪酸酰胺。     

水电工程规划设计方案的自动生成及评价

本文介绍了在水电工程规划设计时，如何利用三次自然样条插值函数在有限个方案的基础上自动生成无限多个方案，然后采用多目标综合决策模型在其中选择最优方案的一种方法．文中还给出了程序流程，并以某水电站正常蓄水位选择作为实例，对方法进行了验证，结果与专家决策完全吻合．

基于RBF网络的增量学习

提出了一种基于径向网络的增量学习算法 ,在对新样本进行学习时 ,通过恢复受干扰样本的方式来尽可能保持已有的知识不变 .模拟实验证明了本算法的正确性和有效性 .     

变电站自动化系统中一种新智能测控装置设计

介绍了变电站自动化系统一种基于80C196KB控制CPU设计的新型线路单元测控装置。它能完成一条线路的遥测、遥信、遥控和遥脉功能。模拟量测量采用基于快速傅里叶变换的交流采样算法，测量精度高。与上位机的通信提供多种选择方式，人机交互采用点阵液晶显示及薄膜式键盘，开关量状态、脉冲量的采集以及控制输出都采用二次隔离技术，并采用了先进软件抗干扰技术，遥控操作可靠。     

以4,4''''-二(咪唑基亚甲基)联苯为客体的环糊精类轮烷的合成与表征

以4,4'-二(咪唑基亚甲基)联苯(bibp)为客体,通过自组装合成了4,4'-二(咪唑基亚甲基)联苯和环糊精的[3]类轮烷,并通过元素分析,1HNMR,ESI-MS,IR,TG-DSC进行了表征和固体热稳定性等研究,结果表明:由于bibp客体分子链较长,含有两个苯环,所以可穿入两个β-环糊精分子,形成[3]类轮烷.
