高校合理布局与推进地区协调发展和城镇化

高等教育的合理布局直接关系到人力资源的开发、配置和有效利用.20世纪90年代,我国高等教育经过深化改革和管理体制的调整,得到大发展的机遇.目前,中央和各省、市、自治区教育行政部门都在考虑高等教育的发展、结构调整及合理布局问题.本报告试图从高等院校的合理布局出发,借鉴国外高等教育的布局及特点,根据我国的实际情况,提出建议,以更好地推动国家及各地区建设事业的协调发展,促进城镇化战略的实施. 　　……     

Comparative study of the karyotypes of two Egyptian species of bats,Taphozous perforatus andTaphozous nudiventris (Chiroptera: Mammalia)

A detailed karyotypic analysis of two Egyptian species of bats,Taphozous perforatus andTaphozous nudiventris, was made on the basis of conventional data and G-band patterns. No detectable karyotypic difference was found between the two species (2n=42, F.N. 64). By comparison of G-band patterns, some differences between the two species were seen in the corresponding autosomal pairs. These results are reported for the first time in Egypt.     

Decision trees for forecasting

Recent years have seen an increasing cross-fertilization between the fields of decision analysis and forecasting. Decision-analytic models often require forecasts as inputs, and aspects of the Bayesian decision-theoretic framework underlying decision analysis have proved useful to forecasting, particularly in contexts where subjective judgemental inputs are required. This paper describes the use of decision tree analysis for forecasting and illustrates its use for corporate divisional forecasting and planning. A specialized decision-analytic technique, acts as events, is also described and illustrated to forecast a new product's earnings. Conclusions are drawn about the applicability of decision analysis for forecasting.     

Indoxyl derivatives of drug metabolites

Summary Indoxyl derivatives were detected as minor products among the urinary metabolites of two trial drugs, a benzodiazepine (GP 55 129) and a benzophenone (CGP 11 952). Their structures were elucidated by NMR and mass spectroscopy. Presumably, metabolites containing potential aldehyde functions react spontaneously with endogenous indoxyl. Such derivatives have not hitherto been encountered in drug metabolism.     

高原鼠兔体重生长动态数学模型之再探讨

本文用麦夸算法构造高原鼠兔体重生长的Logistic和Compertz曲线模型,其结果表明:Logistic曲线比Gompertz曲线更优化,Logistic模型比逻辑斯谛-指要饱和模型的精确度更高.     

分块三级及矢量量化图像编码

本文提出了一种新的称为分块三级及矢量量化图像压缩编码方法。该方法是以分块截断编码技术和矢量量化技术为基础的编码方法。对两幅512×512×8静态测试图像进行的计算机模拟实验表明:平均编码率低于0.91比特/像素,即图像数据压缩比大于8.8倍,而信噪比不低于37dB,复原图像的主观质量较好。     

利福平菌丝体厌氧生化处理的研究

制药厂生产利福平过程中产生大量的利福平菌丝体,可严重污染环境。用厌氧消化法处理利福平菌丝体,消化温度40℃,反应器容积负荷2KgCOD/m~3·d,液料滞留期(SRT)14～20天,取得了良好的处理效果。COD去除率稳定在90％左右,BOD_5去除率达到95％以上,产气率达到0.49m~3/去除KgCOD。

水电工程规划设计方案的自动生成及评价

本文介绍了在水电工程规划设计时，如何利用三次自然样条插值函数在有限个方案的基础上自动生成无限多个方案，然后采用多目标综合决策模型在其中选择最优方案的一种方法．文中还给出了程序流程，并以某水电站正常蓄水位选择作为实例，对方法进行了验证，结果与专家决策完全吻合．
