百普素进行肠内营养支持的疗效观察

目的：评价应用百普素进行肠内营养支持的疗效。方法：对１０例外科禁食患应用百普素行全肠内营养（ＴＥＮ）支持１０ｄ，百普素输注量为实测静息能量消耗×１．５。结果：在研究过程中体重及血清蛋白逐步升高，其中前白蛋白、转铁蛋白研究第１１天显高地研究前。ＥＮ支持期，平均每日氮平衡为１．９８±１．２６ｇ，平均每日肠道氮吸收率为９３．１３±６．０８％。结论：对不能摄取足量常规食物的患应用百普素行内营养支持能
