<正>This paper investigates the rolling contact fatigue of kib wheels with respect to the axis line deflection,which is linear with the applied supporting loads on wheels.Fatigue crack initiation criteria for elastic shakedown,plastic shakedown and ratcheting material responses are applied to assess wheels responses with two sets of axial line deflection. The finite element simulations are performed by using the bilinear material mode for nonlinear and kinematic hardening in ANSYS 11.0.By comparing the results from different critera,it is showed that the low-cycle fatigue is the predominated failure.Results from different axial line deflections indicate that the optimum adjustment can greatly enhance the whole life of the supporting structure.  相似文献

The reduction process of MgO-fluxed pellets was investigated and compared with traditional acidic pellets in this paper. Based on the piston flow concept and experimental data, a kinetic model fitting for the gas-solid phase reduction of pellets in tubular reactors (blast furnace, BF) was built up, and the equations of reduction reaction rate were given for pellets. A series of reduction experiments of pellets were carried out to verify the model. As a result, the experimental data and calculated result were fitted well. Therefore, this model can well describe the gas-solid phase reduction process and calculate the reduction reaction rate of pellets. Besides, it can give a better explanation that the reduction reaction rate (reducibility) of MgO-fluxed pellets is better than that of traditional acidic pellets in BF.  相似文献

Polyanilines are one of the promising electrically conducting π-conjugated polymers with chemical stability. In recent year, there has been increased interest in chiral induction of polyanilines because of their potential use in diverse areas. Chiral polyaniline has been reported to be formed only by the chiral acid dopant. In our previous papers, complexation of polyanilines or their oligomers with transition metals modulates the redox properties of the quinonediimine unit, which is related to the catalytic function in the oxidation reaction. The controlled complexation with palladium( Ⅱ ) compounds has been achieved to afford the cross-linked network conjugated complexes, in which the quinonediimine moieties serve as bridging coordination sites.  相似文献

Insulin-degrading enzyme (IDE), a Zn2+-metalloprotease, is involved in the clearance of insulin and amyloid-beta (refs 1-3). Loss-of-function mutations of IDE in rodents cause glucose intolerance and cerebral accumulation of amyloid-beta, whereas enhanced IDE activity effectively reduces brain amyloid-beta (refs 4-7). Here we report structures of human IDE in complex with four substrates (insulin B chain, amyloid-beta peptide (1-40), amylin and glucagon). The amino- and carboxy-terminal domains of IDE (IDE-N and IDE-C, respectively) form an enclosed cage just large enough to encapsulate insulin. Extensive contacts between IDE-N and IDE-C keep the degradation chamber of IDE inaccessible to substrates. Repositioning of the IDE domains enables substrate access to the catalytic cavity. IDE uses size and charge distribution of the substrate-binding cavity selectively to entrap structurally diverse polypeptides. The enclosed substrate undergoes conformational changes to form beta-sheets with two discrete regions of IDE for its degradation. Consistent with this model, mutations disrupting the contacts between IDE-N and IDE-C increase IDE catalytic activity 40-fold. The molecular basis for substrate recognition and allosteric regulation of IDE could aid in designing IDE-based therapies to control cerebral amyloid-beta and blood sugar concentrations.  相似文献

通过钻井岩芯、测井资料分析,库车坳陷下侏罗统阿合组可识别出6个长期基准面旋回以及20~23个中期基准面旋回.阿合组区域性隔层一般发育在长期基准面旋回上升到下降的转换位置或非对称型长期基准面旋回(只有上升半旋回)的上部.长期基准面旋回是该区建立高分辨率层序地层对比格架的基础和关键.根据层序界面特征和相序的不同,可将中期基准面旋回大致划分为三种结构明显不同的类型(向上:变深"的非对称型旋回层序,向上"变浅"的非对称型旋回层序,对称型旋回层序);中期基准面旋回是进行储层非均质性究、储层预测与生储盖组合分析的基本单元;中期基准面旋回明显地控制了储集体的岩性和物性的变化以及沉积微相的变化.中期基准面上升的早期易形成辫状河道砂体,岩性由粗变细,孔渗由高变低;中期基准面上升的中期一般为心滩坝沉积,岩性粗细和孔渗无规则变化;中期基准面下降的中晚期易形成河口坝、远砂坝砂体,其岩性由细变粗,孔渗由低变高;基准面下降的晚期易形成水下分流河道砂体,  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effectiveness and safety of corneal relaxing incisions (CRI) in correcting keratometric astigmatism during cataract surgery. METHODS: A prospective study of two groups: control group and treatment group. A treatment group included 25 eyes of 25 patients who had combined clear corneal phacoemulsification, IOL implantation and CRI. A control group included 25 eyes of 25 patients who had clear corneal phacoemulsification and IOL implantation. Postoperative keratometric astigmatism was measured at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months. RESULTS: CRI significantly decreased keratometric astigmatism in patients with preexisting astigmatism compared with astigmatic changes in the control group. In eyes with CRI, the mean keratometric astigmatism was 0.29+/-0.17 D (range 0 to 0.5 D) at 1 week, 0.41+/-0.21 D (range 0 to 0.82 D) at 1 month, respectively reduced by 2.42 D and 2.30 D at 1 week and 1 month postoperatively (P=0.000, P=0.000), and postoperative astigmatism was stable until 6 months follow-up. The keratometric astigmatism of all patients decreased to less than 1.00 D postoperatively. CONCLUSIONS: CRI is a practical, simple, safe and effective method to reduce preexisting astigmatism during cataract surgery. A modified nomogram is proposed. The long-term effect of CRI should be investigated.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to differentiate between cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) and hypertension (HTN) based on hemorrhage pattern interpretation. METHODS: From June 1994 to Oct., 2000, 83 patients admitted to our service with acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) were investigated retrospectively; 41 patients with histologically proven diagnosis of cerebral amyloid angiography and 42 patients with clear history of hypertension were investigated. RESULTS: Patients with a CAA-related ICH were significantly older than patients with a HTN-related ICH (74.0 years vs 66.5 years, P < 0.05). There was a significantly higher number of hematomas > or = 30 ml in CAA (85.3%) when compared with HTN (59.5%). No basal ganglional hemorrhage was seen in CAA, but in 40.5% in HTN. In CAA-related ICH, subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) was seen in 26 patients (63.4%) compared to only 11 patients (26.2%) in HTN-related ICH. Intraventricular hemorrhage was seen in 24.4% in CAA, and in 26.2% in HTN. Typical features of CAA-related ICH included lobar distribution affecting mainly the lobar superficial areas, lobulated appearance, rupture into the subarachnoid space, and secondary IVH from the lobar hemorrhage. More specifically, multiplicity of hemorrhage, bilaterality, and repeated episodes also strongly suggest the diagnosis of CAA. Multiple hemorrhages, defined as 2 or more separate hematomas in multiple lobes, accounted for 17.1% in CAA-related ICH. CONCLUSION: There are certain features in CAA on CT and MRI and in clinical settings. To some extent, these features may contribute to distinguishing CAA from HTN related ICH.  相似文献
