研究了AIBN/NaNO2/FeSO4·7H2O/(CH3CO)2O存在下甲基丙烯酸甲酯本体聚合行为,发现AIBN/NaNO2/FeSO4·7H2O配比为1/3/3,(CH3CO)2O为1.0mol/L,温度为95℃时,甲基丙烯酸甲酯本体聚合具有活性特征,分子量多分散性指数在1.5以内,控制较好.聚合过程转化率和分子量随时间的增加而增大.  相似文献

研究了少量丙二腈对稳定自由基(TEMPO)存在下苯乙烯(St)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)无规共聚的影响,发现丙二腈对于该共聚体系具有明显的加速效果.丙二腈与TEMPO的摩尔比在2.5:1时加速效果最好,在125℃下聚合30min转化率可达93%.共聚产物分子量随转化率增大而增大,分子量分布较窄(1.1~1.5).聚合速率随St在单体中的比例提高而减小.在MMA的单体比例较大时仍能得到分散性小的共聚物.  相似文献

在多粒度时间序列研究中不确定性问题是时间序列数据挖掘研究中的重要课题.时间序列时序粒度本身的不稳定是一种广泛存在现象,也是时间序列数据挖掘困难的一个重要原因,然而这种情况却较少文献进行过讨论.对于这个问题首先建立了多粒度时间序列的基础数据模型及相关时序粒度的定义.其次对时间粒度不确定性现象的不同成因进行了讨论,并建立相应的不确定性时间序列数据模型.最后基于上述理论和粒计算的思想,多粒度时间序列的最优粒度获取和不确定性粒度时序粒度的基本稳定策略分别进行了研究和讨论.由于聚类分析是时间序列数据挖掘中的最重要的理论研究和应用基础之一,不确定性多粒度时间序列数据的聚类成为一个典型的时间序列数据挖掘难题.一个引入稳定粒度策略的聚类算法框架被提出来解决这类不确定性时间序列数据的聚类问题.最后一个典型的具有不稳定粒度时间序列特点的重症监护病房生理指标数据集和病人存活率预测实验被应用于验证上述理论.实验结果表明在时间序列数据挖掘中选择不同的时间属性粒度对于数据挖掘的效果符合粒计算的计算规律,同时选择了粒度稳定性处理策略聚类算法的实验能够获得更好的预测效果.  相似文献

研究目的:评估户外活动、维生素D的摄入与帕金森病(PD)风险关系。研究方法:收集209例新发PD病例和210名无神经退行性疾病对照人群,进行食物频率问卷调查,计算膳食维生素D摄入量并记录自我报告的问卷调查户外活动情况。利用多变量Logistic回归研究膳食维生素D摄入及户外活动与PD的相关性,并校正性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒、教育程度和身体质量指数(BMI)变量。按户外活动时间从少到多四分位分组,校正后的比值比(OR)(95%可信区间(CI))值分别为1(参考)、0.739(0.413,1.321)、0.501(0.282,0.891)和0.437(0.241,0.795),趋势P=0.002;按维生素D摄入量从少到多四分位分组,校正后的OR值分别为1(参考)、0.647(0.357,1.170)、0.571(0.318,1.022)和0.538(0.301,0.960),趋势P=0.011。重要结论:表明户外活动和总的维生素D摄入量与PD呈负相关;户外活动可更显著下降PD的风险相关。  相似文献

Optical microscopy plays an essential role in biological studies due to its capability and compatibility of non-contact, minimally invasive observation and mea- surement of live specimens. However, the conventional optical microscopy only has a spatial resolution about 200 nm due to the Abbe diffraction limit, and also lacks the ability of three-dimensional imaging. Super-resolution far- field optical microscopy based on special illumination schemes has been dramatically developed over the last decade. Among them, only the structured illumination microscopy (SIM) is of wide-field geometry that enables it easily compatible with the conventional optical microscope. In this article, the principle of SIM was introduced in terms of point spread function (PSF) and optical transform function (OTF) of the optical system. The SIM for super-resolution (SIM-SR) proposed by Gustafsson et al. and the SIM for optical sectioning (SIM-OS) pro- posed by Neil et al. are the most popular ones in the research community of microscopy. They have the same optical configuration, but with different data post- processing algorithms. We mathematically described the basic theories for both of the SIMs, respectively, and pre- sented some numerical simulations to show the effects of super-resolution and optical sectioning. Various approaches to generation of structured illumination patterns were reviewed. As an example, a SIM system based on DMD- modulation and LED-illumination was demonstrated. A lateral resolution of 90 nm was achieved with gold nanoparticles. The optical sectioning capability of the microscope was demonstrated with Golgi-stained mouse brain neurons, and the sectioning strength of 930 nm was obtained.  相似文献

文章针对某公路大桥钢-混组合梁结构,设计并制作了2组PBL剪力键结构试件,对其破坏形式、极限承载力与滑移量进行了推出试验研究,分别得到了3孔有贯通钢筋PBL键结构试件和3孔无贯通钢筋PBL键结构试件的极限承载力和载荷-滑移曲线。结果对比表明,有贯通钢筋PBL剪力键结构试件的极限承载力高于无贯通钢筋PBL剪力键结构试件约16.6%;采用非线性有限元法对2种试件分别进行了模拟仿真计算,计算结果与试验结果相对误差均小于7%。  相似文献

针对经济转型中企业普遍面临融资约束的发展障碍,基于2013—2019年中国A股上市公司的数据,实证检验管理层能力对企业融资约束的影响及作用机理。结果显示:管理层能力越强,越有助于缓解融资约束,二者的负相关关系在非国有上市公司中尤为明显;内部控制质量在管理层能力与企业融资约束的关系中具有部分中介作用,且中介效应在非国有上市公司中更加显著。研究丰富了有关管理层能力经济后果的文献,为破解融资约束难题开拓了新的思路。  相似文献

To prepare lipophilic α-zirconium phosphate with high grafting ratio and thermal stability(OZrP-HT) and explore its potential application in thermal-plastic polymers,a novel method was developed by surface lipophilicity enhancement strategy.The commercial a-zirconium phosphate(a-ZrP) was pre-intercalated by n-propylamine(PA) and grafted by silane coupling agents.Then the pre-intercalated PA was removed by heattreatment,and the obtained OZrP-HT was utilized to fabricate the phosphorous-containing polyester(P-co-PET)/OZrP-HT nanocomposites by melt-blending method.The prepared OZrP-HT and P-co-PET/OZrP-HT nanocomposites were characterized by Wide Angle X-ray Diffraction(WAXD),Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),Thermogravimetric Analysis(TGA),Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM),etc.The results show that OZrP-HT with high grafting ratio(13.78 wt%) and thermal stability(T_(onset)= 368℃) was successfully prepared via this novel method and was uniformly intercalated by P-co-PET molecular chains.OZrP-HT had no significant effect on the fiber processability of P-co-PET polymer,and flame retardant properties of(P-co-PET)/OZrP-HT nanocomposites were improved.This method may be suitable for organic modification of general inorganic layered compounds and could extend the potential applications in thermo-plastic polymers.  相似文献

The wide acceptance and data deluge in medical imaging processing require faster and more efficient systems to be built.Due to the advances in heterogeneous architectures recently,there has been a resurgence in the first research aimed at FPGA-based as well as GPGPU-based accelerator design.This paper quantitatively analyzes the workload,computational intensity and memory performance of a single-particle 3D reconstruction application,called EMAN,and parallelizes it on CU-DA GPGPU architectures and decouples the memory operations from the computing flow and orches-trates the thread-data mapping to reduce the overhead of off-chip memory operations.Then it exploits the trend towards FPGA-based accelerator design,which is achieved by offloading computingintensive kernels to dedicated hardware modules.Furthermore,a customized memory subsystem is also designed to facilitate the decoupling and optimization of computing dominated data access patterns.This paper evaluates the proposed accelerator design strategies by comparing it with a parallelized program on a 4-cores CPU.The CUDA version on a GTX480 shows a speedup of about 6 times.The performance of the stream architecture implemented on a Xilinx Virtex LX330 FPGA is justified by the reported speedup of 2.54 times.Meanwhile,measured in terms of power efficiency,the FPGA-based accelerator outperforms a 4-cores CPU and a GTX480 by 7.3 times and 3.4 times,respectively.  相似文献
