Currently, the majority of copper tailings are not effectively developed. Worldwide, large amounts of copper tailings generated from copper production are continuously dumped, posing a potential environmental threat. Herein, the recovery of iron from copper tailings via low-temperature direct reduction and magnetic separation was conducted; process optimization was carried out, and the corresponding mineralogy was investigated. The reduction time, reduction temperature, reducing agent (coal), calcium chloride additive, grinding time, and magnetic field intensity were examined for process optimization. Mineralogical analyses of the sample, reduced pellets, and magnetic concentrate under various conditions were performed by X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy-energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry to elucidate the iron reduction and growth mechanisms. The results indicated that the optimum parameters of iron recovery include a reduction temperature of 1150℃, a reduction time of 120 min, a coal dosage of 25%, a calcium chloride dosage of 2.5%, a magnetic field intensity of 100 mT, and a grinding time of 1 min. Under these conditions, the iron grade in the magnetic concentrate was greater than 90%, with an iron recovery ratio greater than 95%.  相似文献

A numerical model was established to simulate the flow field in a Peirce-Smith converter bath, which is extensively adopted in copper making. The mean phase and velocity distribution, circular area, and mean wall shear stress were calculated to determine the optimal operation parameter of the converter. The results showed that the slag phase gathered substantially in the dead zone. The circular flow was promoted by increasing the gas flow rate, Q, and decreasing the nozzle height, h. However, these operations significantly aggravate the wall shear stress. Reducing the nozzle diameter, d, increases the injection velocity, which may accelerate the flow field. However, when the nozzle diameter has an interval design, the bubble behaviors cannot be combined, thus, weakening the injection efficiency. Considering the balance between the circular flow and wall shear stress in this model, the optimal operation parameters were Q=30000-35000 m3/h, h=425-525 mm, and d=40 & 50 mm.  相似文献

In order to overcome hypoxia induced sickness,a stable source of anti-hypoxia functional agents, Schizophyllum commune fermented broth has been developed in this study. Animal experiments were conducted to examine its anti-hypoxia activities and possible mechanisms involved. The acute hypoxic experiment showed that Schizophyllum commune fermented broth could significantly prolong the survival time of mice. The underlying mechanisms were associated with improved energy metabolism based on a study carried out in rats exposed to a low pressure chamber simulating the low pressure environment of 8 000 m altitude. It was concluded that the Schizophyllum commune fermented broth was an effective anti-hypoxia functional agent and could be greatly bene- ficial to those living and working at high altitudes,such as people who reside in the reconstruction regions of Yushu.  相似文献

Moldability evaluation for molded parts,which is the basis of concurrent design,is a key design stage in injection molding design.By moldability evaluation the design problems can be found timely and an optimum plastic part design achieved.In this paper,a systematic methodology for moldability evaluation based on fuzzy logic is proposed.Firstly,fuzzy set modeling for six key design attributes of molded parts is carried out respectively.Secondly,on the basis of this,the relationship between fuzzy sets for design attributes and fuzzy sets for moldability is established by fuzzy rules that are based on domain experts‘ experience and knowledge.At last the integral moldability for molded parts is obtained through fuzzy reasoning.The neural network based fuzzy reasoning approach presented in this paper can improve fuzzy reasoning efficiency greatly,especially for system having a large number of rules and complicated membership functions.An example for moldability evaluation is given to show the feasibility of this proposed methodology.  相似文献

The non-isothermal reduction mechanisms of pyrite cinder-carbon composite pellets were studied at laboratory scale under argon (Ar) atmosphere. The composite pellets as well as the specimens of separate layers containing pyrite cinder and coal were tested. The degree of reduction was measured by mass loss. The microstructures of the reduced composite pellets were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It is found that the reduction processes of the composite pellets may be divided into four stages:reduction via CO and H2 from volatiles in coal at 673-973 K, reduction via H2 and C produced by cracking of hydrocarbon at 973-1123 K, direct reduction by carbon via gaseous intermediates at 1123-1323 K, and direct reduction by carbon at above 1323 K. Corresponding to the four stages, the apparent activation energies (E) for the reduction of the composite pellets are 86.26, 78.54, 72.01, and 203.65 kJ·mol-1, respectively.  相似文献

为研究不同参数的螺旋线对斜拉索涡激振动特性和气动力的影响规律,进行了针对表面无螺旋线斜拉索和缠绕不同参数螺旋线斜拉索的节段模型风洞试验,螺旋线参数包括根数、直径和缠绕间距. 结果表明:斜拉索表面缠绕1根螺旋线的涡激振动振幅远大于2根或3根螺旋线;在亚临界雷诺数区,缠绕螺旋线斜拉索的平均气动阻力系数均小于无螺旋线斜拉索,最多可减小10.9%;缠绕2根螺旋线的斜拉索平均阻力系数整体比3根螺旋线小. 斜拉索表面缠绕间距s=8D(D为斜拉索直径)的2根螺旋线时,缠绕直径d<15 mm螺旋线的斜拉索涡激振动现象明显;d ≥15 mm的螺旋线可显著降低斜拉索涡激振动响应幅值,其脉动升力系数相较于无螺旋线斜拉索有明显降低,证明缠绕大直径螺旋线对涡激振动响应控制的有效性. 螺旋线的缠绕间距对斜拉索涡激振动的影响与螺旋线直径有关,当螺旋线直径较小时,缠绕间距对涡激振动的影响并不明显;当螺旋线直径较大时,间距的大小直接影响涡激振动的抑制效果.  相似文献

The effect of Ca addition on the elemental composition, microstructure, Brinell hardness and tensile properties of Al-7Si-0.3Mg alloy were investigated. The residual content of Ca in the alloy linearly increased with the amount of Ca added to the melt. The optimal microstructure and properties were obtained by adding 0.06wt% Ca to Al-7Si-0.3Mg alloy. The secondary dendrite arm spacing (SDAS) of the primary α phase decreased from 44.41 μm to 19.4 μm, and the eutectic Si changed from coarse plates to fine coral. The length of the Fe-rich phase (β-Al5FeSi) decreased from 30.2 μm to 3.8 μm, and the Brinell hardness can reach to 66.9. The ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation of the resulting alloy increased from 159.5 MPa, 79 MPa, and 2.5% to 212 MPa, 86.5 MPa, and 4.5%, respectively. The addition of Ca can effectively refine the primary α phase and modify the eutectic Si phase, likely because Ca enrichment at the front of the solid-liquid interface led to undercooling of the alloy, reduced the growth rate of the primary α phase, and refined the grain size. Also, it could increase the latent heat of crystallization, undercooling, and the nucleation rate of eutectic Si, which was beneficial to the improvement of the morphology of eutectic Si.  相似文献

T cell activation-induced cell death (AICD), that involves the induction of Fas-mediated apoptosis, is very important for the maintenance of immune homeosta- sis. TOSO was firstly described as an inhibitor of Fas- mediated apoptosis and overexpressed in chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Recently, TOSO was identified as IgM FcR. In this study, we produced anti-TOSO monoclonal antibody (mAb) that could block the binding of IgM to TOSO and found that T cell apoptosis is negatively cor- related with TOSO expression during T cell activation. Treatment of activated T cells with anti-TOSO blocking mAb promoted T cell AICD in in vitro AICD model, and treatment of xenogeneic-GVHD mice with the antibody also increased the sensitivity of activated T cells to Fas- induced apoptosis, which was accompanied by reduction of c-FLIPL expression and up-regulation of AP-1 complex. In summary, our data indicate the anti-apoptotic effect of TOSO in T cell AICD and open up new therapeutic prospects for the treatment of hematologic malignancies and immune disorders.  相似文献

Semisolid mold forging is a major type of semisolid processing, which is different from neither traditional mold forging nor traditional permanent casting. However, processing defects are often seen in work pieces because of lacking available rules for the process design and control. Some basic rules for the process design and control, simply named the shortest flowing length, pressure filling and the minimum uplifting mold pressure, are advanced in the paper based on amount of researches and experiments. The equations to determine the major process parameters are given out such as the filling pressure, forming pressure and locking mold pressure for the process design and control. The rules and equations are experimentally proved available and applicable by several actual work pieces produced by the semisolid forging process.  相似文献

The present study aims at developing the high speed steel (HSS) as roll materials to replace the traditional roll materials such as the alloy cast iron and powder metallurgical (PM) hard alloy. The HSS roll billet was formed by centrifugal casting, and the billet was rough machined after soften annealing heat treatment, then it was quenched and tempered to get suitable hardness and toughness. After that the HSS roll was finish machined to the final dimension of φ285 mm in the outer diameter, φ160 mm in the inner diameter and 120 mm in width and its surface hardness was tested. Finally the HSS roll was used in high speed wire rod mill. The test results show that a high and homogeneous hardness can obtain on the work surface of HSS rolls, the surface hardness is 63-65HRC and its variation is smaller than 2HRC. The impact toughness of this kind of HSS is about 16 J/cm2. The results of on-line service investigation in high speed wire rod mill indicate that the HSS rolls have excellent wear resistance, the steel rolling quantity per mm of HSS rolls is 3120 t, the service life-span of HSS rolls is 4 times longer than that of high chromium cast iron rolls and it is close to that of the PM hard alloy rolls. The manufacturing burden of HSS rolls is obviously lower than that of the PM hard alloy rolls, it is only 25% of that of the PM hard alloy rolls.  相似文献
