STUDY OF FLAME RETARDING FINISH OF POLYPROPYLENE / VISCOSE BLEND FABRICS

The combustion mechanisms of PP / Viscose blend fabrics are briefly discussed, and the factors affecting flame retarding(FR) effect are analyzed. Apart from this, the choice of processes of FR finish is also discussed in this paper. Other factors such as coating add-on, curing temperature and time are studied too. The results show that the factors above all have different extent of influence upon FR effect.     

稀土钐硝酸盐、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、1,10-邻菲咯啉四元配合物的合成及性能表征研究

以8-羟基喹啉作为酸度抑制剂,在无水乙醇溶剂中合成了含稀土钐（Sm）的四元配合物Sm（CH3C（CH2OH）2COO）（NO3）2（Phen）.用元素分析、IR、UV、DTA-TG等方法对配合物进行了表征,并测试了配合物的溶解性、导电性以及荧光性能.结果表明配合物稳定性好、有很好的荧光性能;DMPA的双羟基没有参与配位反应,可以进一步合成高分子型稀土荧光材料.     

Synthesis and Characterization of Quaternary Complexes [Ln(CH_2=C(CH_3)-COO)_2(NO_3)(phen)]_2

Many trinary lanthanide complexes have been studied. However, few mixed anion complexes with bidentate heterocyclic amines were synthesized. Mixed anion complexes [Ln (CH2=C(CH3)-COO)2(NO3)(phen)]2 was synthesized and its properties were determined by elemental analyses, IR and TGA. The IR spectra analysis indicate that NO3- , CH2=C(CH3)-COO- and Phen are coordinated with Ln. And the fluorescent spectra of [Eu(CH2=C(CH3)-COO)2(NO3)(phen)]2 and 1H NMR spectra of [La(CH2=C(CH3)-COO)2 (NO3)(phen)]2 was determined respectively.     

石油加氢废催化剂中钨和镍的提取及镍的酸浸动力学

研究了从石油加氢废催化剂中回收钨、镍的方法,通过正交试验考察了提取钨和镍的最佳工艺条件,并对镍的浸出过程动力学进行了研究.结果表明:当Na2CO3的用量是WO3理论量的6倍,在750℃下钠化焙烧4h,焙料在90℃下水浸2h,WO3的浸出率可达到95%以上;镍富集在浸出渣中,在硫酸质量分数为30%,固液比为1∶8,85℃下浸出4h,催化剂中镍的浸出率可达到98%以上;镍的浸出过程属于扩散控制模型,与扩散控制动力学方程式相吻合,浸出反应的表观活化能为15.95kJ/mol.     

新型整理剂单-(2-(2,3-二溴丙酰乙二胺基)-2-去氧)-β-环糊精的合成

环糊精类物质通过改性可接枝到真丝上.在碱性水溶液中采用β-环糊精与对甲苯磺酰氯(TsCl)以1∶6的摩尔比反应合成了2位碳仲羟基单对甲苯磺酰β-环糊精酯(β-CD-2-OTs),然后采用乙二胺取代对甲基苯磺酸酯基合成了2-乙二胺基-β-环糊精(β-CD-2-E),最后用2,3-二溴丙酰氯与2-乙二胺基-β-环糊精反应得到了对真丝具有反应活性的单-(2-(2,3-二溴丙酰乙二胺基)-2-去氧)-β-环糊精(β-CD-2-EDBA)单体,通过红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱分析证明实验成功地获得了目标产物.通过采用合成产物对真丝进行接枝、恒重法测定接枝率、比较接枝前后真丝的红外光谱及扫描电子显微镜照片比较,发现合成产物对真丝具有一定的接枝效果.     

10—钨铈(Ⅳ)酸及其盐的制备与性质研究

本文用10—钨铈(Ⅳ)酸钠溶液通过阳离子交换树脂制得了10—钨铈(Ⅳ)酸溶液,并用冻析法制得了固体10—钨铈(Ⅳ)酸。通过化学分析,得知其组成为H_6[CeW_（10）O_（35）]19H_2O。并对10—钨铈(Ⅳ)酸及其盐的性质进行了测试。红外(IR)分析显示,10—钨铈(Ⅳ)酸与10—钨铈(Ⅳ)酸纳相比,在生成10—钨铈(Ⅳ)酸的过程中,聚合杂多阴离子的结构有些变形。此外,10—钨铈(Ⅳ)酸及其盐与其它杂多酸相比,性质上差异较大,稳定性也较差。     

Synthesis and Characterization of Quaternary Complexes Ln(CH_2ClCOO)_2 (NO_3) (phen)

Many binary lanthanide complexes have been studied. However, few mixed anion complexes with bidentate heterocyclic amines were synthesized. We synthesized mixed anion complexes Ln ( CH2 ClCOO )2 (NO3 ) ( phen) which was determined by elemental analyses . The IR spectra analyses indicate that NO3- , CH2 ClCOO- and phen are coordinated with Ln . The molar conductances of the complexes at 10-3 mol · L-1 were founded to be between 32.4 and 35.8 S·cm2· mol-1 , suggesting the nonelectrolytes in N-Dimethylformamide. And we determined the fluorescent spectra Eu(CH2ClCOO)2(NO3) ( phen ) and ESR spectra of Gd ( CH2 ClCOO )2 ( NO3) ( phen) .
