Objective: To investigate the effect of high altitude span transportation on the change of hematocrit and electrocardiogram of the crew in the plateau construction, and discuss their relationship. Method: By SPSS 11.0 statistical software, to treat hematocrit and electrocardiogram in the examination data of the the crew, who took part in the construction of Qinghai-Tibetan railway in 2003, before, during and after the construction. Then, we compared the data among the constructors in the fixed altitude during the same period. Result: The hematocrit of the crew slowly and continually rose to the maximum (p 〈 0.01 ) after the construction in the high altitude span during one construction year, and the abnormal rate of electrocardiogram obviously decreased(p 〈 0.05). The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram apparently improved when hernatorit reached 52% among the range from 45.12% to 52.24%, and the correlation analysis showed that the electrocardiographic change was closely and negatively correlated with the hematocrit among the range of hematocrit(p 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Although the higher-level stress state of the crew made the hematocrit in the blood continually increase in the long-teml high altitude span construction, the hematocrit reached the more reasonable hematocrit compensation and made it the optimum state of Hct in the end. As a result, the perfusion of tissues and organs was improved. The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram apparently improved because the oxygen delivery of the myocardium reached the optimum compensation.  相似文献

The mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I (CO1) gene and the nuclear elongation factor 1 α(EF-1α) gene were sequenced from 29 species of Nymphalidae (Nymphalidae, Lepidoptera). Phylogenetic trees were constructed based on the sequences determined from the 29 species and sequences of other 36 species deposited in GenBank using the neighbor-joining (NJ), maximum likelihood (ML) and Bayesian methods with Libythea celtis (Libytheinae) as the outgroup. Our phylogenetic trees indicated four major clades. Clade A includes three subfamilies: Apaturinae, Nymphalinae, and Limenitidinae, excluding the tribe Limenitidini; Clade B includes the subfamilies Heliconiinae and the tribe Limenitidini; Clade C includes Satyrinae, Calinaginae, Charaxinae and Morphinae; and Clade D includes subfamily Danainae. Our study suggested that the tribes Pseudergolini, Biblidini, Limenitidini and Cyrestidini should be considered as subfamilies and confirmed the interspecific relationships within the subfamily Pseudergolinae, namely Amnosia +(Pseudergolis + (Stibochiona + Dichorragia)). We then mapped three morphological characters (spot of anal angle, eyespots, and process from outer margin of hind wing) onto the phylogenetic tree constructed by ML analysis using the combined sequence data. Based on this the evolutionary patterns of these morphological characters were identified, they indicated that the three characters evolved repeatedly in the family Nymphalidae.  相似文献

In this paper, the effects of various structural properties on the synchronization of coupled oscillators with local-world coupling configurations are investigated. It is found that for local world networks, the larger heterogeneity of the degree distribution, the enhanced interconnection of nodes, and the increased clustering do not improve the synchronizability of dynamical systems. On the contrary, the increase of the maximum betweenness centrality appears to be responsible for the decrease of the synchronizability.  相似文献
