GF14 widely occurs in plant species functioning as a regulatory protein in cell signal transdution,including monoamine synthesis,exocytosis and cell cycle regulation.A partial sequence,413bp in length,is cloned from the bulbs of F.crrihosa by means of RT-CPR technique.Sequence alignment with the BLAST program shows that it is highly similar to GF14 gene.A new full-length cDNA,1133bp,is obtained by RACE techniques,It contains a major open reading frame of 262 amino acids,5‘ and 3‘untranslated regions and a long Poly(A) tail,Sequence analysis of deduced GF14 protein from F.crrihosa indicates several conserved motifs of GF14 protiens are also found in sequence of GF14 protein of F.crrihosa.  相似文献

Nanopowders of elements doped Bi2Te3thermoelectric alloy R0.2Bi1.8Te3(R Ce,Y and Sm)were synthesized by the hydrothermal method.The nanopowders were hot-pressed into pellets and their thermoelectric properties were investigated.The results show that Ce,Y,and Sm doping has signifcant effects on the morphologies of the synthesized nanopowders and thermoelectric properties.Among the doping elements,Ce doping is a superiority dopant.Although the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coeffcient are not improved much by Ce doping,the thermal conductivity is supressed greatly.As a result the fgure of merit(ZT) of Ce0.2Bi1.8Te3is improved and reaches 1.29 at 398 K,which is higher than the Bi2Te3ingots made by the traditional zone-melting method  相似文献

Over the past decades, there have been many synthesis methods on producing well-defined crystals, due to their enormous application potentials in industrial field. Among them, high temperature gas-phase reactions (HTGR) approach may be one of the most promising processes for fabrication of well-defined crystals with controllable structure, size, shape, and composition. This review is focused on the recent progresses in synthesizing well-defined crystalline TiO2 dominated with, respectively, {001 } facets and { 105 } facets, one-dimensional ZnO and SnO2 nanorods/nanowires, MoS2 nanosheets as well as GaP, InP, and GaAs nanowires via HTGR approach. Although these research works were currently carried out on experimental scale, it is worth to note that the industrial importance of this HTGR approach for design and fabri- cation of well-defined crystals in the future owing to its advantages of continuous and scalable production with controlled dimensions and low cost.  相似文献

The effect of rare earth (Re) and titanium (Ti) multi-modification on the impact wear behavior of Mn-B high-Si bainitic cast steel was investigated systematically. The experiments show that the impact wear resistance can be improved greatly with the addition of Re and Ti. Its wear loss is only about 1/3-1/2 as large as that of the unmodified bainitic cast steel. By the Re/Ti modification, coarse dendrite grains and bainitic/martensite duplex structure have been refined effectively, and the impact toughness of the bainitic cast steel is nearly tripled (10 mm×10 mm×55 mm, with unnotched sample). Consequently, the modified bainitic cast steel possesses good wear resistance under high impact. For both modified and unmodified bainitic cast steels, high hardness white layer and deformed zone are developed beneath the worn surface under the high impact wear, but the formation and propagation of cracks are different for these bainitic casting steels. Different models for the formation and propagation of cracks for both modified and unmodified bainitic cast steels under high impact wear are proposed.  相似文献

A Si/Mo(50 nm)/Nd-Fe-B(400 nm)/Mo(50 nm) film with relatively high-energy product (BH)max⊥=247 kJ/m3) was prepared on a Si substrate heated at 650 °C. The microstructure of the film was investigated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The Nd-Fe-B thin film shows a notable out-of-plane c-axis texture. The (110) orientated Mo grains is proved to promote the growth of c -axis oriented texture of the Nd2Fe14B grains, which is favorable to achieve a high remanence. Nano-scale spherical Nd-O phases compos ed of randomly orientated polycrystalline grains and a sharp grain boundary without grain boundary phase between two Nd2Fe14B grains are observed. The coercivity highly depends on a certain amount of Nd-O phase and interface morphology.  相似文献
