A Deep Web Query Interfaces Classification Method Based on RBF Neural Network

This paper proposes a new approach for classification for query interfaces of Deep Web, which extracts features from the form＇s text data on the query interfaces, assisted with the synonym library, and uses radial basic function neural network （RBFNN） algorithm to classify the query interfaces. The applied RBFNN is a kind of effective feed-forward artificial neural network, which has a simple networking structure but features with strength of excellent nonlinear approximation, fast convergence and global convergence. A TEL_8 query interfaces＇ data set from UIUC on-line database is used in our experiments, which consists of 477 query interfaces in 8 typical domains. Experimental results proved that the proposed approach can efficiently classify the query interfaces with an accuracy of 95.67%.

Fixed-Time Controller Design for a Quadrotor UAV with Asymmetric Output Error Constraints

In this article, a fixed-time tracking control strategy is proposed for a quadrotor UAV(QUAV) with external disturbance and asymmetric output error constraints. Non-Uniform APSK Optimization for BICM Systems

Traditional Amplitude Phase Shift Keying(APSK) consists of rings with points uniformly spaced. By giving up this uniform-spacing feature, we propose an APSK optimization method based on the uniform APSK with Gray labeling(Gray-APSK). The aim of the optimization is to maximize the Generalized Mutual Information(GMI)of Bit-Interleaved Coded Modulation(BICM) for the targeted code rate and channel. We show that our optimized non-uniform APSK could offer further performance gain compared with the conventional uniform Gray-APSK and considerably outperforms the traditional quadrature amplitude modulation at the targeted SNR and channel.     

Construction of a bacterial artificial chromosome library for Gossypium herbaceum var. africanum

Gossypium herbaceum var. africanum is the only wild cotton species within the cultivated diploid G. herbaceum. As the A sub-genome donor of tetraploid cotton, it is characterized by its resistance to insects, diseases, and other adversities. We have constructed the first bacterial artificial chromosome library (BAC) for G. herbaceum var. africanum. With high quality and broad coverage, this library includes 75000 clones, with an average insert size of about 115 kb and fewer than 4% empty clones. Our library is approximately five-fold the size of the A-genome (1667 Mb) and it provides 99.3% probability for isolating genes of interest or their sequences. Using nine SSR markers that are located on five different chromosomes and linked with resistance to Verticillium wilt, seven of nine could amplify the 40 superpools and got 1-14 hits. Because of its moderate wide coverage and relative large insert size, this library will be an important genomic resource for classifying and analyzing the evolution of cotton species, as well as for isolating disease-resistance genes and control elements.     

Pricing Decision Support System for Generation Companies in Electricity Market

In order to meet the requirement of separating power plants from power network and that of the competition based power transaction in power market, the pricing decision support system for generation companies (GCPDSS) is built in electricity market. This paper introduces the conception of intelligent decision support system (IDSS) and puts emphasis on the systematical structural framework,work process, design principal, and fundamental function of GCPDSS. The system has the module to analyze the cost, to forecast the demand of power, to construct the pricing strategies, to manage the pricing risk, and to dispatch giving the pricing strategies.The case study illustrates that the friendly window-based user interface of the system enables the user to take full advantage of the capabilities of the system in order to make effective real-time decisions.

WIND observations of plasma waves inside the magnetic cloud boundary layers

Based on the WIND observational data for the plasma waves from thermal noise receptor （TNR） working on the frequency 4-256 kHz and the solar wind and the magnetic fields, we analyze the plasma wave activities in the 60 magnetic cloud＇s boundary layers （BLs） and find that there are often various plasma wave activities in the BLs, which are different from those in the adjacent solar wind （SW） and the magnetic clouds （MC）. The basic characteristics are that： （1） the enhancement of the Langmuir wave near the electronic plasma frequency （fpe） is a dominant wave activity, which occupies 75% investigated samples; （2） the events enhanced both in the langmuir and ion acustic （f〈fpe） waves are about 60% of investigated samples; （3） broadband, continuous enhancement events in the plasma wave activities were observed in the whole frequency band of TNR, and about 30% of the 60 samples, however, were not observed in the SW and the MC investigated events; （4） although the ratio of the temperatures between the electon and proton, Te/Tp ≤1, the ion caustic wave enhancement activities are still often observed in the BLs, which makes it difficult to explain them by the traditional plasma theory. New results reported in this paper further show that the magnetic cloud＇s BL is an important dynamic structure, which could provide useful diagnosis for understanding the cloud＇s BL physics and could expand a space developing space plasma wave theory.     

鼠李糖乳杆菌肠溶性微胶囊的制备研究

益生菌在储存过程中对环境因素(热,氧和湿度)高度敏感,加之胃肠液的破坏作用,导致益生菌到达肠道后活菌数大大降低而不能很好地发挥益生效果.鼠李糖乳杆菌菌株L427(Lacto bacillusrhamnosusL427)是由本实验室分离保存的益生菌菌株,为提高鼠李糖乳杆菌菌株L427到达肠道后的存活率,采用微胶囊技术对鼠李糖乳杆菌菌株L427进行微囊化.以海藻酸钠和刺云实胶为壁材,采用挤压法制备鼠李糖乳杆菌菌株L427微胶囊,以活菌数和包埋产率为评价指标,探究其最佳制备工艺.结果表明:通过单因素正交试验确定了鼠李糖乳杆菌菌株L427微囊化最佳工艺条件为海藻酸钠浓度2.0%,刺云实胶浓度0.5%,氯化钙浓度0.3mol/L,菌液-壁材体积比1:6;在此条件下进行验证试验,所得鼠李糖乳杆菌菌株L427微胶囊的活菌数达4×108 CFU/g,包埋产率为94.51%.经模拟胃液处理1.0h后存活率为54%,在模拟肠液中处理1.5h后释放菌体完全,为7.64log(CFU/g),表明该微胶囊具有良好的胃酸环境耐受性和肠溶性.为该菌剂的工业化生产奠定理论基础.
