Preparation and luminescence properties of YeO3：Er^3＋/TiO2 with high specific surface area

The three composites Y2O3 :Er3+ , Y2O3 :Er3+ /Yb 3+ andY2O3 :Er3+ /TiO2 were prepared using coprecipitation and sol-gel techniques. Their morphology, specific surface area, porosity, UV-vis. absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra were measured using SEM, TEM, surface analysis, UV-vis. absorption and photoluminescence spectrophotometry. Characteristics of dry friction backward whirl-A self-excited oscillation in rotor-to-stator contact systems

In this paper, the response characteristics of dry friction backward whirl of a general rotor/stator model, which accounts for both the dynamics of the rotor and the stator as well as the friction and the deformation at the contact surfaces, are investigated. The existence boundaries and the whirl frequencies of the dry friction backward whirl are determined analytically. Comparison of short period InAs/GaSb superlattices on GaSb and GaAs substrates

Type Ⅱ superlattices(SLs) short period InAs(4ML)/GaSb(8ML) were grown by molecular-beam epitaxy on lattice-mismatched GaAs substrates and on GaSb substrates.A smooth GaSb epilayer was formed on GaAs substrates by inserting mulit-buffer layers including an interfacial misfit mode AlSb quantum dot layer and AlSb/GaSb superlattices smooth layer.SLs grown on GaAs substrates(GaAs-based SLs) showed well-resolved satellite peaks in XRD.GaSb-based SLs with better structural quality and smoother surface showed strong photoluminescence at 2.55μm with a full width at half maximum(FWHM) of 20 meV,narrower than 31 meV of GaAs-based SLs.Inferior optical absorption of GaAs-based SL was observed in the range of 2-3μm. Photoresponse of GaSb-based SLs showed the cut-off wavelength at 2.6μm.

A genetic variation map for chicken with 2.8 million single-nucleotide polymorphisms

We describe a genetic variation map for the chicken genome containing 2.8 million single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). This map is based on a comparison of the sequences of three domestic chicken breeds (a broiler, a layer and a Chinese silkie) with that of their wild ancestor, red jungle fowl. Subsequent experiments indicate that at least 90% of the variant sites are true SNPs, and at least 70% are common SNPs that segregate in many domestic breeds. Mean nucleotide diversity is about five SNPs per kilobase for almost every possible comparison between red jungle fowl and domestic lines, between two different domestic lines, and within domestic lines--in contrast to the notion that domestic animals are highly inbred relative to their wild ancestors. In fact, most of the SNPs originated before domestication, and there is little evidence of selective sweeps for adaptive alleles on length scales greater than 100 kilobases.     

一种PE文件RSA验证加密算法

研究了非对称RSA加密算法及PE文件结构,基于Derome的RSA密钥快速生成方法,提出了利用高级语言ASM编写嵌入RSA验证DLL和直接修改PE文件来加密Win32平台下的PE可执行文件的方法。该方法避免了耗时的Euclidean算法,可并行处理,同时在PE文件验证时嵌入了DLL来实现,具有很好的安全强度。     

MMT/FeCl_3催化下微波法合成双吲哚甲烷衍生物

探究一种微波辅助MMT/FeCl_3催化吲哚与芳香醛的反应,方便、快速地合成双吲哚甲烷衍生物.研究表明,在CH_2Cl_2中,微波辅助x=15%MMT/FeCl_3催化,产率最高可达94%.催化剂重复使用4次,产率仍可达60%.该方法具有操作简单、反应快、产率高、环境友好等优点,为合成双吲哚甲烷衍生物提供了一条有效途径.     

Hot deformation behavior and the processing map of Zr–1.0Be alloy in single α phase

The hot deformation behavior,hot workability and dynamic recrystallization evolution of Zr-1.0(wt%) Be alloy in single a phase were investigated by conducting hot compression tests.The strain rates ranging from 10~(-3) s~(-1) to 10° s~(-1) and testing temperatures varying from 650 ℃to 850℃ were used.Flow stress was found to increase with increasing strain rate and decrease with the increment of the deformation temperature.A constitutive equation of flow behavior was established to describe the dependence of flow stress on strain rate and deformation temperature.The activation energy for deformation of Zr-1.0Be alloy was determined to be Q= 301 kJ/mol.The processing map of Zr-1.0Be alloy was constructed at strain rates ranging from 10~(-3) s~(-1) to 10° s~(-1) and deformation temperatures varying from 650 ℃ to 850 ℃ at the true strain of 0.7.A processing map was used to identify the best domains of thermal processing,including a domain at a temperature of 650 ℃ and strain rate of 10~(-3) s~(-1) as well as another domain at deformation temperatures ranging from 800 ℃ to 850 ℃ and strain rates varying from 10~(-3) s~-~(-1) to 10~(-1) s~(-1).Microscopic analysis of Zr-l.OBe alloy showed that the flow instability and kink were very obvious at low temperatures and high strain rates.At high temperatures and low strain rates,the dynamic recrystallization became the main softening mechanism during hot working.     

双功能轴手性联二萘酚酰胺催化蒽酮和硝基烯烃的不对称Michael加成反应

探讨了双功能轴手性联二萘酚酰胺(1b)有机小分子催化蒽酮与硝基烯烃不对称Michael加成反应.研究表明,在35℃条件下,CH_2Cl_2中,0.050 mmol(x=10%)的催化剂存在下,反应20 h,蒽酮与硝基烯烃能有效的进行Michael加成反应,获得较好的产率(79%~88%)和较高的对映选择性(最高85% ee).     

The ninth-mode sectorial oscillation of acoustically levitated drops

We report on the ninth-mode sectorial oscillation of acoustically levitated drops excited by actively modulating sound pressure. A numerical computation based on the level set method was performed to model drop shape evolution by solving an incompressible two-phase flow problem. The calculated shapes of the oscillating drop are in good agreement with experimental observations. The relationship between the oscillation frequency and parameters describing the flattened drops is studied both experimentally and numerically. The frequency of the ninth-mode sectorial oscillation decreases with increasing equatorial radius and can be well-described by a modified Rayleigh equation.
