基于区间解析冗余关系的参数不确定性研究

本文主要目的是拓展基于区间解析冗余关系法I-ARRs(Interval valued Analytical Redundancy Relations)对不确定性混杂系统的故障检测。该方法产生一组对故障估计的阈值,一旦标称残差超过阈值,则故障能被检测。现有的故障检测方法主要是针对参数性故障,因此对测量信号导数的估计呈现出各种限制。而且在I-ARRs中对测量信号导数十分敏感,这不可避免地涉及到对残差的估计。为解决这一问题,利用鲁棒滑模微分器方法得到对含噪声测量信号导数最优估计,降低残差噪声,以减小虚警、漏报,从而提高鲁棒性。通过典型电力电子电路BUCK电路仿真,验证了此方法的有效性。     

An aqueous extract of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan alters the labeling of blood constituents with Technetium-99m

The Liu Wei Di Huang Wan is a formula of a traditional Chinese medicine that is used to treat asthma patients and has been shown to have several important properties,such as antioxidant and free radical scavenging activities.The influence of an extract of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan on the labeling of blood constituents with technetium-99m was investigated.Anticoagulated blood(Wistar rats) was incubated with the extract,stannous chloride and technetium-99m,as sodium pertechnetate.Samples were centrifuged and aliquots of plasma and blood cells were separated and precipitated with trichloroacetic acid,to obtain soluble and insoluble fractions of the blood constituents.The percentage of radioactivity(%ATI) in all the fractions was determined.The analysis of the results shows that the extract at the highest concentration used(70 mg/mL) decreased significantly(P<0.05) the %ATI(from 96.48 ± 1.19 to 54.46 ± 7.38) on blood cells compartment,(from 81.11 ± 4.15 to 61.33 ± 4.74) on insoluble fractions of blood cells and(from 65.91 ± 2.44 to 13.15 ± 3.62) on insoluble fractions of plasma.In conclusion,the results suggest that the substances present on this extract can alter this labeling process,probably due to(i) redox properties(antioxidant and chelator activities) and/or(ii) specific actions in the binding sites where the 99mTc would be bound on the blood constituents.As a consequence,precaution is suggested on the interpretation of the nuclear medicine results from performed with blood constituents labeled with 99m Tc in patients that have undertaken LWDHW,although the current findings were obtained in experimental animal models.     

基于双重自注意力机制的人脸图像修复

人脸图像修复旨在修复输入人脸图像中的缺失区域,生成令人满意的高质量修复结果.然而当存在大面积缺失时,直接修复缺失人脸图像十分困难,此时修复网络的全局上下文信息感知能力是影响修复结果的关键.鉴于此,本文提出了软硬注意力相结合的双重自注意力模块.该模块通过全局相似度计算来获得软硬两种注意力特征,之后对两种注意力特征进行自适应融合,进而提高修复网络对全局上下文信息的感知能力.此外,本文进一步提出了多尺度生成对抗网络以加强对修复结果的监督,促使修复网络生成更高质量的修复结果.实验结果表明,本文方法在定量和定性评测上均优于五种先进的对比方法.

混凝土剪力墙受剪承载力可靠度分析

针对我国规范未对剪力墙受剪承载力可靠指标进行校准,本文研究钢筋混凝土剪力墙受剪承载力的可靠度水平.根据剪力墙抗剪公式所依据的试验及试件情况,收集并筛选截面型式、混凝土类型、配筋型式、破坏形态等方面与其一致的74片剪力墙试验数据,对试件承载力的试验值与规范公式计算值进行分析,得出剪力墙受剪承载力计算模式不定性统计参数,进而得出抗力统计参数和概率分布类型;采用考虑基本变量概率分布类型的验算点法进行可靠指标计算.结果表明:现行规范剪力墙受剪承载力可靠指标低于目标可靠指标3.7的要求,其中荷载效应比、剪跨比、轴向压力、配筋率、混凝土强度等级对可靠指标影响较小,风荷载与永久荷载效应比对可靠指标影响较大,分布钢筋采用HPB300时的可靠指标在同等条件下较小.为保证剪力墙受剪承载力可靠指标满足目标可靠指标要求,引入承载力调整系数0.95对现行计算公式进行修正,修正后计算公式的可靠指标均值为3.738.     

Long-chain branched/cyclic alkanes in recent sediment of Lake Fuxian and their environmental implications

Lake Fuxian is a large, deep, and oligotrophic freshwater lake. In recent sediment of this lake, a series of branched and cyclic alkanes, including branched alkanes with one or two quaternary carbon atoms （C2n compounds）, alkylcycloheptane, and alkylcyclohexane, were detected in high abundance. For each homolog of long-chain branched/ cyclic alkanes, molecules with only an odd or even carbon number were present in the sediment. The abundance vari- ation of each compound homolog corresponded to those of other compound homolog in the section, indicating the same origin of these compounds. The concentrations of long-chain branched/cyclic alkanes in the sediment profile exhibited variations similar to those of phytoplankton biomarkers, such as 3-methylJalkanes, short-chain odd carbon n-alkanes, hopene, polyunsaturated fatty acids, phytol, sterols, and long-chain alkyl diols, but slightly different from those of long-chain odd carbon n-alkanes, which are ubiquitous biomarkers for higher plants. Therefore, the Can compounds and long-chain cyclic alkanes in the lake sediment were most likely produced by algae and bacteria in the water, primarily, by the heterotrophic bacteria in the moderately oxygenated waters, which flourishing might be the results of specific water environments in Lake Fuxian.     

热轧低碳DC04钢表面色差产生机理及控制

针对钢铁企业生产中热轧低碳DC04钢出现的色差问题,通过对现场取样分析,明确了造成热轧带钢表面色差缺陷的主要原因是中部和边部的氧化铁皮的厚度和结构存在差异.为解决这一问题,利用高温差热分析仪(TGA)和场发射电子探针(EPMA),模拟研究了在连续冷却过程中氧化铁皮微观结构的转变规律.结果表明,先共析Fe3O4优先在原始的Fe3O4层处形核生长,随着温度的降低,开始生成片层状的共析组织Fe3O4+α-Fe,但当冷却速率达到25℃/min时,共析反应被阻止.依据实验结果在生产现场进行工业试制,通过合理的设定卷取温度和冷却速率有效地控制氧化铁皮微观组织结构和厚度,基本消除了表面色差缺陷.     

高功率太赫兹基波压控振荡器设计

基于55 nm CMOS工艺提出了一款具有高输出功率的太赫兹基波压控振荡器(Voltage-Controlled Oscillator,VCO).设计采用堆叠结构来克服单个晶体管供电电压受限导致输出摆幅较低的问题来有效提高了输出功率.依据单边化技术在核心晶体管的栅漏之间嵌入自馈线来调整栅漏之间的相移和增益以最大化晶体管在期望频率下的可用增益,从而提高晶体管的功率输出潜力.提取版图寄生后的仿真结果表明:在2.4 V供电电压下,VCO的输出频率范围为200.5 GHz～204.4 GHz,电路峰值输出功率为3.25 dBm,在1 MHz的频偏处最优相位噪声为-98.7 dBc/Hz,最大效率为8.1％.包括焊盘在内的版图面积仅为0.18 mm2.此次工作实现了高输出功率并具有紧凑的面积,为高功率太赫兹频率基波VCO设计提供了一种设计思路.
