In this study, the processing and mechanical properties of porous metal matrix composites (MMCs) composed of spheroidal cast iron chips (GGG40) and bronze chips (CuSn10) and formed by hot isostatic pressing were investigated. Bronze chips (CuSn10) were used as a matrix component, and spheroidal cast iron (GGG40) chips were used as a reinforcement component. The MMCs were produced with different CuSn10 contents (90wt%, 80wt%, 70wt%, and 60wt%). The hot isostatic pressing process was performed under three different pressures and temperatures. The produced MMCs were characterized using density tests, Brinell hardness tests, and compression tests. In addition, the consolidation mechanism was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The test results were compared with those for bulk CuSn10 and bulk GGG40. Mechanical tests results revealed that the metallic chips can be recycled by using hot pressing and that the mechanical properties of the produced MMCs were similar to those of bulk CuSn10. XRD and microscopy studies showed that no intermetallic compounds formed between the metallic chips. The results showed that the CuSn10 and GGG40 chips were consolidated by mechanical interlocking.  相似文献

The aim of this work is to investigate the mechanical properties and microstructures of friction-stir welded (FSWed) St52 structural steel joints. In this study, St52 steel plates with a thickness of 4 mm were butt-welded by friction-stir welding (FSW) using a tungsten carbide tool having a conical pin. The microstructure of the welded zone consists of equiaxed fine ferrite, grain boundary ferrite, Widmanstatten ferrite, and aggregates of ferrite + cementite. The microhardness measurements showed that the hardness of the welded zone was significantly higher than that of the base metal. The FSWed St52 joint exhibited a significant strength overmatching in the weld region and a strength performance similar to or slightly higher than that of the base plate.  相似文献

Dual-phase (DP) steels with different martensite contents were obtained by appropriate heat treatment of an SAE1010 structural carbon steel, which was cheap and widely used in the construction industry. The corrosion behavior of DP steels in concrete was investigated under various tempering conditions. Intercritical annealing heat treatment was applied to the reinforcing steel to obtain DP steels with different contents of martensite. These DP steels were tempered at 200, 300, and 400℃ for 45 min and then cooled to room temperature. Corrosion experiments were conducted in two stages. In the first stage, the corrosion potential of DP steels embedded in concrete was measured every day for a period of 30 d based on the ASTM C 876 standard. In the second stage, the anodic and cathodic polarization values of these steels were obtained and subsequently the corrosion currents were determined with the aid of cathodic polarization curves. It was observed that the amount of second phase had a definite effect on the corrosion behavior of the DP steel embedded in concrete. As a result of this study, it is found that the corrosion rate of the DP steel increases with an increase in the amount of martensite.  相似文献

为了提高医用钛合金(TC4)抛光中的精度以及效率,采用基于海尔贝克磁场阵列的化学磁流变抛光方法加工医用钛合金. 利用海尔贝克磁场阵列强化磁场强度,将过氧化氢溶液作为氧化剂来进行抛光加工. 通过仿真模拟对比海尔贝克磁场阵列与常规N-S磁场阵列,改变羰基铁粉的活性来验证实验可行性,研究了加工间隙、主轴转速以及磨粒粒径对工件表面粗糙度以及接触角的影响规律. 结果表明,海尔贝克磁场阵列比常规N-S磁场阵列有更高的磁场强度;采用本文方法抛光的医用钛合金表面粗糙度比单一纯磁流变抛光降低80%;当加工间隙为0.8 mm,主轴转速为400 rad/min,磨粒粒径为1 μm时,可使工件表面达到光滑效果,表面粗糙度最优可达15.5 nm,同时测量出实验组钛合金表面接触角数值多数小于90°. 应用该方法抛光医用钛合金可以得到超光滑表面,表面具有亲水性,符合医用钛合金标准.  相似文献

The increasing consumption of plastics inevitably results in increasing amounts of waste plastics. Because of their long degradation periods, these wastes negatively affect the natural environment. Numerous studies have been conducted to recycle and eliminate waste plastics. The potential for recycling waste plastics in the iron and steel industry has been underestimated; the high C and H contents of plastics may make them suitable as alternative reductants in the reduction process of iron ore. This study aims to substitute plastic wastes for coal in reduction melting process and to investigate their performance during reduction at high temperature. We used a common type of waste plastic, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), because of its high carbon and hydrogen contents. Composite pellets containing PET wastes, coke, and magnetite iron ore were reduced at selected temperatures of 1400 and 1450°C for reduction time from 2 to 10 min to investigate the reduction melting behavior of these pellets. The results showed that an increased temperature and reduction time increased the reduction ratio of the pellets. The optimum experimental conditions for obtaining metallic iron (iron nuggets) were reduction at 1450°C for 10 min using composite pellets containing 60% PET and 40% coke.  相似文献

Energy transfer between the adjacent parts of rocks in underground mines is widely influenced by the thermal conductivity of rocks. The relationships between the thermal conductivity and some material properties of rocks such as the uniaxial compressive strength, unit mass, tensile strength, cohesion, Young's modulus, point load strength, Schmidt rebound hardness, Shore scleroscope hardness and toughness strength were investigated. The statistical analysis of the data obtained in laboratory tests shows that the thermal conductivity increases with increasing the uniaxial compressive strength, unit mass, tensile strength, cohesion, Young's modulus, point load strength, Schmidt rebound hardness and Shore scleroscope hardness, and decreases with increasing the toughness strength.  相似文献

针对钢-混组合简支梁桥的桥面连续结构开裂等病害,围绕桥面连接板的横桥向应力问题,采用线弹性理论和板的偏微分方程进行分析,得出了桥面连接板挠度和应力的分布函数,建立非线性有限元模型,并进行实桥荷载试验.通过比较理论解、有限元解和实测试验结果,证实了理论解和有限元的有效性.根据得到的分布函数,发现横桥向和纵桥向上的最大拉应力出现在钢梁端部位置的连接板的上缘.此外,还分析了连接板区域尺寸变化对横桥向应力峰值的影响,包括纵梁端部距支座的长度、纵梁的间距以及连接板区域整体尺寸变化.结果表明:较小的纵梁间距和较长的纵梁端部与支撑之间的距离会导致连接板中的横向拉应力峰值增加,并提高横向拉应力在总应力中的占比,从而导致桥面连接板早于设计荷载开裂.因此对于纵梁间距较小、梁端长度较长的钢-混组合简支梁桥桥面连续结构,仅计算其纵桥向受力性能会导致计算结果偏危险,建议按照本文方法考虑横桥向应力对桥面连接板的影响.  相似文献

异构片上系统具有定制化满足应用的特异性需求特点,成为多个领域内的主流解决方案.但用户在异构片上系统上进行开发需要面对多种计算资源带来的程序错误,而不同异构片上系统构建统一的调试器框架也面临巨大的挑战.针对上述问题,本文提出了一种面向异构片上系统的调试器框架,该调试器框架设计了异构处理器调试器框架通用接口,开发者可以通过框架功能接口快速构建异构调试器.该框架功能丰富,通过线程切换实现了对异构多核程序的调试,也实现了异构程序性能分析等功能.该框架生成的调试器与传统硬件调试器相比,加载异构程序速度快,是读内存速率的5.5倍,是写内存速率的16.5倍,调试速度大大提高.  相似文献

现有车-桥耦合振动分析中车辆模型不能精确考虑车辆动力特性和柔性轮胎对车桥耦合振动响应的影响.为了进一步研究充气轮胎胎压对车-桥耦合振动的影响,基于LS-DYNA程序,采用线弹性橡胶材料模拟轮胎并定义轮胎内气压,结合常用重载三轴汽车的结构参数,运用弹簧阻尼单元及梁、壳单元模拟车辆悬架系统的动力特性,建立可分析车轮气压的三维车辆模型;并基于实桥试验结果及响应面法得到高精度有限元桥梁模型;通过显式求解程序LS-DYNA内置的接触算法,将车辆子系统和桥梁子系统联立耦合起来,形成显式的车-桥耦合振动分析模型.计算结果与实测结果对比分析验证了该方法的正确性,并分析了轮胎胎压对桥梁振动的影响.  相似文献

根据能量守恒定律构建系统的功率表达式,对混杂系统进行模式识别与跟踪.首先对混杂系统进行键合图建模,对系统的每个疑似模式构造其诊断键合图模型并推导功率表达式.通过分析诊断键合图产生的残差,判断混杂系统的当前运行模式.最后利用20-sim键合图仿真软件进行仿真实验,结果表明混杂系统基于诊断键合图的模式跟踪方法具有有效性和可行性.  相似文献
