大数据技术在漳州生态环境保护中的应用实践

随着物联网、云计算、大数据、移动互联网等新兴信息技术的不断发展和深入应用,环境监管和信息化面临着重大的发展机遇和挑战。环境管理制度的落实离不开精细化管理,精细化管理离不开信息化的支撑。针对生态环境精细化监管,如何利用大数据手段分解责任、量化管理、精准找源、靶向治理,成为政府部门亟待解决的难题。该文从分析漳州市环境监管存在的问题入手,提出环保大数据技术解决思路,构建环保大数据应用架构及基于大数据的漳州市"智慧环保"解决方案。     

Effect of thermal exposure on the stress-rupture life and microstructure of a low Re-containing single crystal alloy

In this paper, the stress-rupture tests of a low Re-containing single crystal alloy IC21 before and after thermal exposure at 1100 ℃for various periods of time were conducted under the test condition of 1100 ℃/137 MPa, and the microstructure of the tested specimens was characterized by SEM and TEM. The experimental results showed that the stress rupture life of this alloy was over 150 h after the standard heat treatment of1320 ℃, 10 h/AC t 870, 32 h/AC, however the stress rupture life decreased with the increase of exposure time due to the microstructure degradation. The TEM analysis revealed that the interface mismatch dislocation networks were well established. It was observed that these mismatch networks could form at 1100 ℃ even after thermal exposure for 1 h without the external stress, which is quite different from that in the traditional single crystal superalloys.     

桂林市四湖水系水环境现状及水质评价

为了进一步监测、控制以及优化桂林市四湖景区的水环境,明确该湖区水环境变化特征以及主要影响因子,分析2008年春、夏季四湖水系的10个样点监测数据,采用因子分析法的主成分分析方法,结合水质标识指数,研究该湖区水质状况及变化趋势.结果从时间变化上看,春夏季水质较好且变化不大,春季的水质稍优于夏季;从四湖水质受控因子上看,春夏季四湖水的第一主成分都为营养盐,它对水质影响最大,是控制治理的主因子.     

Improving the solidification structure of commercially pure aluminium with electropulse acting on liquid metal

The effect of electropulse on the solidification structure of commercially pure aluminium was studied. The orthogonal array L9 was used to determine the effect of three process parameters of electropulse modification (EPM), which were pulse current intensity, pulse frequency, and treating time. For each factor, three levels were chosen to cover the experimental region. According to the experimental results, the solidification structure of commercially pure aluminium was modified from large grains with columnar crystals to finer grains with equiaxed crystals, by allowing the electropulse to act on liquid aluminium. However, the solidification structures could be refined differently at different EPM parameters. Certain EPM parameters should be selected to get the optimum solidification structure. Among the three parameters, pulse frequency was the most important factor influencing the solidification structure, the secondary factor was current intensity, and treating time was the third one. The optimum parameters were the pulse frequency of 5 Hz, the current intensity of 68 A, and the treating time of 10 s.     

应对气候变化与军备控制的关联研究

气候变化与军备竞赛是当前人类面临的共同挑战.这两个挑战看上去是两个不同的议题,但是这二者之间却有着内在的联系.应对气候变化和推进军备控制都需要秉承人类命运共同体建设的基本哲学,在研究层面,这两个学科也存在直接的关联.本文以三个问题为例,介绍应对气候变化与军备控制这两个全球治理关键领域之间的关联研究.     

基于智能的网页信息提取系统的研究与设计

随着Internet的迅速发展，为人们提供了大量的信息，但这些信息都包含在网页中，为了使用这些信息数据，需要将数据从网页中提取出来.该文介绍了一种新的基于智能的网页信息提取系统EIES，通过对RoadRunner的改进和利用，在提取过程中不需人工干预，实现了信息提取的智能化.实验表明，该系统能够更准确、更有效的分类相似网页和提取网页信息.     

体育中考考前心理调控的应用

谁都不想输在起跑线上，因此，无论文化课成绩如何，学生一般会在体育中考前的这段时间内，认真、积极主动地学习。根据笔者多年带初三体育中考经验，结合体育中考对学生心理能力的要求，本文设计了一套考前心理调控的方法，经过在我校实际应用，证明针对性的心理训练能够有效地帮助运动员克服心理障碍，提高体育加试时的心理稳定性，促使学生顺利地达成良好的比赛心理状态。     

高速铁路地基刚度的合理取值范围

利用动力有限元 ,通过对地基的不同刚度值对轨底动应力、基床表层动应力衰减规律的研究 ,并结合已有的不同路堤高度和地基变形情况下的地基临界刚度值 ,提出了高速铁路地基刚度的合理取值范围     

矿业工程系统可靠性分析与综合

矿业工程系统属于“人—自然—机器”复杂系统,可以分解为“人—自然”、“人—机器”和自然”、“自然—机器”三个关联的子系统.这三个子系统在功能上属于串联关系.本文在对这三个子系统进行可靠性分析的基础上,采用模糊可靠性理论对整个矿业工程系统进行可靠性综合分析,对矿业工程系统可靠与否作出恰当的描述.     

Fabrication and property of high-performance Ag-Pb-Sb-Te system semiconducting thermoelectric materials

High performance Ag-Pb-Sb-Te system thermoelectric bulk materials were fabricated by a combination of mechanical alloying (MA) and spark plasma sintering (SPS). Phase composition and microstructure of the resultant materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron micros-copy (SEM) analysis. A special emphasis was paid to the effects of chemical composition, especially the Pb content on the thermoelectric properties of the Ag0.8Pb18 xSbTe20 samples, including electrical resistivity, Seebeck coefficient, power factor, thermal conductivity and dimensionless figure of merit. The present study reveals that the optimal composition of Ag0.8Pb18 xSbTe20 samples is Ag0.8Pb22.5SbTe20 and the maximum figure of merit (ZT) is 1.2 at 673 K.
