In this paper, control design is investigated for hard disk drives in mobile applications with unknown external arbitrarily fast time-varying disturbances. The disturbances can be estimated with exponential accuracy using the proposed disturbance observer based on a series of integral filters. The position error signal will converge to zero with the proposed control technique for systems subjected to the unknown disturbances. 针对目前油田注水系统缺少地下系统能耗评价指标,且地上系统能耗指标不完善的问题,从不同油藏类型、区块注水效果角度提出了注水地下系统的能耗评价指标。研究了主要的储层参数——渗透率、孔隙度、饱和压力、地层水矿化度等与地面注水系统重要参数标准单耗的关系,综合了地面注水和油藏注水与采收效果评价体系,以注水能耗替代注水量,实现油田开采效益最大化;新增了站效、管网能量利用率为注水地上系统的能耗标杆指标。从而建立了完整的地上地下注水系统的评价指标体系,综合评价了整个注水系统的能耗现状。为衡量注水系统能耗状态提供了具体完整的标杆指标。 相似文献

Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) is the core component of replication complex in eukaryote. As a processive factor of DNA polymerase delta, PCNA coordinates the replication process by interacting with various replication proteins. PCNA appears to play an essential role in many cell events, such as DNA damage repair, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis, through the coordination or organization of different partners. PCNA is an essential factor in cell proliferation, and has clinical significance in tumor research. Phototactic movement is a characteristic of some microorganisms' response to light environment. Most of the algae have dramatically phototactic responses, underlying the complicated biological, physical and photochemical mechanisms are involved. With the development of the micro/nano and sensor techniques, great progress has been made in the research of the algae phototaxis. This review article summarizes the progress made in the research on the functional phototactic structures, the mechanisms of photo-response process and photodynamics of phototaxis in algae, and describes the latest developed micro-tracking technique and micromanipulation technique. Moreover, based on our own research results, the potential correlation between the phototaxis and photosynthesis is discussed, and the directions for future research of the phototactic mechanism are proposed. 相似文献
