采用二次生长法在α-Al_2O_3四通道中空纤维支撑体外表面合成SAPO-34分子筛膜,用于渗透汽化脱水分离。考察操作温度对分子筛膜渗透汽化性能的影响,并研究渗透汽化过程中膜结构性能的稳定性。结果表明:采用球磨晶种诱导合成出了高质量的SAPO-34分子筛膜,75℃下膜在异丙醇(90%)-水(10%)体系中,分离因子达到3 600,渗透通量为3.34 kg/(m~2·h);在乙醇(90%)-水(10%)体系中,膜的分离因子最高为419,渗透通量为1.19kg/(m~2·h)。SAPO-34分子筛膜具有良好的渗透汽化分离稳定性和耐酸性能。 相似文献

Dialdehyde starch nanoparticles (DASNP) were prepared by the redox reaction of NaIO4 and starch in water-in-oil microemulsion. IR spectrum showed that DASNP had aldehyde groups, and quantitative alkali consumption showed that its dialdehyde content was about (50±5)%. The average diameter of DASNP determined by SEM was about 100 nm. TGA-DTA showed that its thermal stability was better than starch nanoparticle (StNP) and dialdehyde starch (DAS). Its low biological toxicity was detected by cell experiment. Also the best mass ratio of doxorubicin (DOX) to combined DASNP detected by UV-VIS was 15 : 1, and the product was effective for controlled release of DOX. The cell experiment showed that the drug-carrier particle (DOX-DASNP) can release DOX for a long time and strengthened the effect of the anticancer drug. This work demonstrates that the DASNP, which has good thermal stability, small particle size, low biological toxicity, and slowly anticancer drug-releasing to strengthen drug effect, is a potentially useful carrier for anticancer drug. 相似文献

To understand the characteristic of circulation flow rate in 250-t RH-TOP vacuum refining process, the l:4 water model test was established through the bubble behavior and gas holdup in the up-leg to investigate the effects of different processes and equipment parameters on the RH circulation flow rate. With the increases of lifting gas flow rate, lifting bubble travel, and the internal diameter of the up-leg, and the decrease of nozzle diameter, the work done by bubble floatage and the circulation flow rate increase. The expression of circulation flow rate was derived from the regression analysis of experiment data. Meanwhile, the influences of vacuum chamber pressure and nozzle blockage situation on the circulation flow rate were discussed in detail by the bubble behavior and gas holdup in the up-leg. It is necessary to maintain a certain vacuum chamber liquid level in the molten steel circulation flow. Compared with a nozzle with symmetrical blockage in the up-leg, when a nozzle with non-symmetrical blockage is applied, the lifting gas distribution is non-uniform, causing a great effect on the molten steel circulation flow and making the circulation flow drop largely. 相似文献

This paper reports the study of ancient potteries unearthed from the Guangfulin site in Shanghai. From the external features of these potteries, archeologists can classify them into two different cultural types: Liangzhu culture (local culture) and a new culture which might be derived elsewhere, but they can not recognize whether they were produced in the same place. Proton induced X-ray emission (PIXE) and instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) were used to measure the chemical compositions of the samples and the results were analyzed using multivariate statistics. We found that the two methods can complement each other and their database can be mutually referenced in the study of ancient potteries. Experimental results show that the compositions of the potteries from the two cultural types are different, which means that the materials for ancient potteries of new culture originate from elsewhere. This supports the archaeologists’ speculation that a group of ancient people migrated to Shanghai from some other places 4000 years ago. 相似文献

为探讨白黄链霉菌TD-1菌株挥发性有机物(VOCs)对灰霉孢菌的抑制作用,采用双皿对扣法测定VOCs对灰霉孢菌的抑菌率,通过扫描电镜观察VOCs对灰霉孢菌菌丝体的影响,利用GC/MS技术对VOCs组分进行分析。结果表明,作用5d后,6.0g TD-1菌株麦麸培养物产生的VOCs对灰霉孢菌的抑菌率为66.67%,灰霉孢菌的产孢量(3.9×106个/cm2)较空白组(5.9×107个/cm2)显著降低(p<0.01),且菌丝形态异常、表面粗糙,菌体细胞膜通透性增强。TD-1菌株VOCs由63种组分组成,其中2-甲基异冰片(13.52%)和1,4-二甲基金刚烷(14.08%)的相对含量较高。白黄链霉菌TD-1菌株产生的VOCs对灰霉孢菌良好的抑制作用为将其开发成生物熏蒸剂提供了理论依据。 相似文献

A multiple MIPS 4Kc processor cores based interrupt processing system is introduced. The interrupt controller plays a key role in the high definition television (HDTV) system-on-a-chip (SoC) platform, especially when it is a multiple processor system. Based on a general introduction to the whole HDTV SoC platform, a layered interrupt controller and its implementation are discussed in detail. The proposed scheme was implemented in our FPGA verification board. The results indicate that our scheme is reliable and efficient. Meanwhile, as a functional intellectual property (IP), the interrupt controller has reusability and expandability with the layered structure. 相似文献
