Design Optimization of RFI Parameters by Manufacturing T-shaped Composite Panel

The aim of this project is to develop a novel approach for optimizing design resin film infusion (RFI) processing parameters by manufacturing T-shaped composite panel. The dimensional accuracy was selected as the objective function. By investigating the rheological properties of resin film, the compaction behavior of fiber preform and characteristics of RFI process, an optimal mathematical model was established, it was found that the numerical results obtained from the RFICOMP program package have good consistency with the experimental results, and this optimization procedure can be applied to other composites manufacture processes.?AKeywords：Composites, Resin Film Infusion, Design Optimization, Accuracy.

Manufacture of Flax Reinforced PP Laminates and Research on the Tensile Properties

Flax fiber was used to reinforce Polypropylene （PP） owing to its lower impact on environment and suitable mechanical behaviors. To overcome the difficulty of penetrating fibers due to the high viscosity of thermo-plastic resin, PP filaments wrapping around the linen yam produced commingled yams, which were woven into fabrics as preforms to make laminates by optimum hot-pressing technology. The effects of fiber volume fraction, fabric density and structure on tensile properties of composites were researched through analyzing the tensile test results and the scanning electronic microscope （SEM） micrographs of fracture surface. Conclusions are drawn that the properties of laminates with fiber volume fraction of 0.50 are better than those with the other two fractions. For plain structure, the tensile properties in warp direction decrease according to the increase of weft density while in weft direction increase. For different fabric structures, properties of laminates with structures of plain 3, twill 2/2 and twill 3/1 increase gradually. And properties in weft direction are prior to those in warp direction for each laminate.

Investigation on Water Jet Treated Polyester/cotton Blended Cambric

Analytical examination was made to ascertain the effect of the high pressure water flow on the fabric properties. Polyester/cotton blended cambric was spurted by high pressure water flow. Fabric properties such as handle, thickness, tensile strength , stiffness and air permeability after the water treatment were investigated.     

Research on Evenness of Woollen Cashmere Yarn

Parameters influencing the evenness of the woollen cashmere yarn were analyzed,and fifty batches of yarns with fineness of 38.5 tex were used to study the quality control parameters in relation to the evenness.Through statistical analysis,the models of yarn evenness were built.Moreover,the relationship between the evenness of spinning yarn and roving yarn was also investigated.The results showed that a positive correlation existed between them,and the amount of thin place per kilometer was the most importan...

在新疆生物多样性研究中,苔藓植物的作用是不可忽略的.新疆苔藓植物资源丰富,但系统,全面的研究起步较晚.到目前为止,主要研究仅限于苔藓植物区系,形态解剖学的研究,同国内其它地区的苔藓植物区系研究尚有较大的差距.目前已记录的新疆的苔藓植物有56科,181属,458种,其中苔类19科,29属,56种;藓类37科,152属,402种.本文介绍了新疆苔藓植物物种多样性、生态环境多样性及应用多样性研究的进展过程,存在的问题及对今后研究工作的展望.
